The moon shines brightly tonight, unfortunately there are thick clouds passing by. The enemy can't see us, but we can't see the enemy either. So I am useless here. Caspian and the others slink to the carriages where I can't see them. I go a bit closer to the carriages, when I hear someone scream. Shit. We are in trouble.

"Who is there?"

Great a Telmarine soldier, I know he has heard me moving but I can't see him. The real problem is that I can't move otherwise he know where I am. I am dead, Caspian and the others are too far to save me and Caspian probably thinks I am back at Aslan's How when he notices that I am not here.

"There you are."

Shit, I turn around and see a Telmarine soldier. I want to throw my dagger, but I can't find it anywhere. Double shit, now I have to fight with a sword. I draw my sword and begin to attack, first mistake. He is way better at sword fighting than I am. I am not going to make it. I slowly walk backwards to the forest. My second mistake is when I feel a tree in my back I lose my concentration and the soldier manages to disarm me. Once again I am dead unless there happens a miracle.

I close my eyes and wait for him to strike. I open my eyes again when I hear the sound of metal against metal. The sight surprises me, the Telmarine is fighting against a cloaked figure. They fight faster and faster until the stranger disarms the Telmarine and knocks him out.

"Come on, we need to get out of here."

"Who are you?"

"Not a thank you for saving my live."

"Thank you, now who are you?"

"You can call me Strider."

"Is that your real name?"

He sights and turns around, I don't think he likes questions. He whistles a few times and a black horse appears from the woods. The stranger jumps on and mentions me to climb on. As soon as I am on the horse he gallops away.

"Hold on."

When I clutch my arms around his torso I feel his muscles. One word wow. It is not he is a bodybuilder, but I think he has a six-pack. I only realize now that he sounds very young, I expected him to be in his mid-thirties, because of his sword fighting. But his voices sounds like my age, if I am not mistaken he is my age.

"Where do you need to go?"

Should I trust him? Probably, he did save my life. I hope the Narnians won't want to kill him.

"You can take me to Aslan's How."

"Okay, but you are going to lead the way, I have never been here before."

"Oh really, where do you come from?"

"Minas Thrith."

"In which country lies that?"

"Gondor."

"I have never heard of that country. How old are you anyway?"

"Sixteen."

"You don't talk much, do you?"

"I am glad you sorted that out."

No need to be rude. It is strange that I never heard of that country. There is something strange about this mystery boy. Maybe he is a sibling of that other mystery boy.

Edmund pov

That girl seems nice enough, I didn't mean to be so rude but I am scared that I say something that gives a clue to who I am. Something about this girl seems familiar, it is like I have seen her before but can't remember where. If Peter or the girls come to Aslan's How they will know immediately who I am. It might have not been my smartest plan I ever had to call myself Strider from Lord of The Rings. But I had to say something and that was the first thing I thought about. I wonder what Aslan's How is. The first sunrays shines through the trees. Before me is an open field and something big, like a temple. One word wow.

"Welcome to Aslan's How. Magnificent, isn't it? Wait till you see the inside."

"What makes you think I am going to stay?"

I am planning on staying, but I just want to see her reaction. We walk to the entrance of the How. I can't believe the Narnians build that, it is so magnificent.

"Well, I just thought because you saved my life you wanted to fight with us. At least come inside."

"Okay, but that doesn't mean I am going to stay."

"Follow me."

We are going deeper into this labyrinth. The torch she is holding shines on the wall. There are some figures incised. I recognize them from somewhere.

Lily pov

Strider is looking at the figures on the wall. Those figures are telling the story of the kings and queens of old. They say that the beauty of the kings and queens are indescribable. He slowly touches the figures. It looks like he doesn't have a clue what they are.

"The figures are telling the story of the kings and queens of old. The kings and queens stumbled through the Spare Oom and the War Drobe to the land of Narnia, where animals talk and magic exists. It tells the story of how these four children with the help of Aslan, the Great Lion, helped defeat the White Witch who holds Narnia in her everlasting winter. The first of the children to make their way into Narnia is Lucy, the youngest. There she meets Mr. Tumnus, the faun who confesses to her that he is an agent of the White Witch and he is supposed to capture any humans he meets. He explains that the Witch has held Narnia under an enchantment which makes it always winter and never Christmas. The only way the Witch can be defeated is to have four humans sit on the throne at the castle of Cair Paravel. There they were crowned by Aslan and he gave them their names, High King Peter the Magnificent, High Queen Susan the Gentle, King Edmund the Just and Queen Lucy the Valiant. The years they ruled is called the golden age of Narnia. Never in Narnian history it was so peaceful as in the time they ruled. Years after the coronation the kings and queens were hunting for the white dear. But they never returned. After they disappeared the Telmarines invaded Narnia and killed almost everyone. None of this would have happened if the Kings and Queens never left"

"Maybe they didn't want to leave? What if Aslan send them back home?"

"It could be, but Aslan isn't seen after the coronation of the kings and queens of old..."

I wanted to finish that sentence until we heard someone shouting, probably Caspian.
