In a far away galaxy a young girl who was no less than sixteen years old was picking up some ingredients. She was bagging up some fruits at a vendor's place when she felt someone grabbing her hair and yanking her to the floor.

"Get out of my way kid!" The alien demanded harshly.

The girl looked up and her face turned to anger when she saw the alien that shoved her to the ground. It was one of the Neenkuns, an evil alien empire that invaded her planet ten years ago. During the invasion her father was killed protecting her and she was only six years old at the time. After that she was forced to drop out of school and find a mentor to train her so she wouldn't end up in an orphanage.

Thankfully a good friend of her father was in need of an apprentice and he took her in under his wing. After that she started working as his delivery girl and has been working hard for him ever since.

"Hey Mr! I was shopping here!" The girl screamed angrily.

"Oh yeah and what are you going to do to stop me kid?" The Neenkuns asked.

The girl just looked down and didn't say anything knowing it's best not to try and fight him. The Neenkuns laughed before turning his attention back to the street vendor.

"Hey, what do you want? I already paid your superior last time!" The alien woman started angrily.

"Oh no miss, that's not what I came here for." The Neenkuns explained.

"I already told your superior no! I won't give any of you my family's farm!" The alien lady exclaimed angrily.

"Mph you should really take the offer to heart, anyway I'll have some Junie's and I'll be on my way." The Neenkuns said.

"HEY BAX WHERE ARE YOU!" A male voice called out from the Neenkuns communicator.

"Um, I'm at the street vendor's." Bax explained.

"WELL GET BACK HERE NOW I HAVE AN ASSIGNMENT FOR YOU THAT'S MORE IMPORTANT THAN THE VENDOR'S!" The voice yelled to Bax and he sighed before leaving.

"Well that was lucky." The girl said while getting up.

"Yes it was, oh and I almost forgot to tell you Catala my son made this for you. *picks up a floating blue star shaped cake* it was something your mother loved and since it's your parents' anniversary he thought it'd be perfect for you to put on their altar." The vendor explained.

"Thanks they would've loved it." Catala said before taking the cake and heading back to the restaurant.

When she got there she went up to the counter and placed the ingredients there.

"Hey Mr. Vack! I brought you what you wanted!" Catala called out.

Vack then came up from the back on the counter and took the ingredients. He was a Yavet and they had green skin, where hunched over, another pair of arms on their back, along with four completely black eyes.

"Thanks Catala, Oh I made you something." Vack said before grabbing onto something.

He then gave her bag along with some black milk, Catala looked in and saw that there was some pink pasta and purple chocolate chip cookies in there.

"It's for your parents... well you know." Vack explained.

"Thanks they would've loved it." Catala said sadly.

"I'm really sorry about them, especially your father." Vack said.

"It's alright it was the Neenkuns fault, they were the ones who killed him, and I'm going to make them regret it one day." Catala explained.

"I wouldn't bite off more than you could chew kid, remember they have armies and a large amount of resources so unless you wanna potentially end up dead I wouldn't go for it." Vack explained.

"Well someone has to do something, and I know for a fact that they will regret what they did to my family and my home!" Catala exclaimed.

"Okay well do you still want your payment for the delivery?" Vack asked.

"Oh yeah sorry, today is just a lot of emotions for me." Catala explained.

"I know I'll get you your money and you'll be off for the rest of the day." Vack said before going into the back.

Catala stood there waiting for him to come back, as she waited she looked around the place to see if any Neenkuns were there, and thankfully there wasn't.

"Ohh hey look at this, it's a picture of an Andromeda, they look so cool!" Catala heard a kid say.

She looked over at what they were looking at and saw a picture of a Andromeda with their beautiful cosmic hair and star eye's.

"Yeah oh and it says here that when one of them dies the next one that's born will have its powers." A little girl explained.

"Ohh you guys think we'll see one?" Another kid asked.

"No way the Neenkuns killed all of them, they are possibly extinct by now." Another kid said.

"Not entirely true there's rumors going around that there's still one left and if they're the last one then they must have all the powers of the ones that died before them!" One of the kids exclaimed excitedly.

"And if that was true then the Neenkuns would put an incredibly high price on their head and every known bounty hunter would be out looking for them." Another kid said while flipping through the book they had.

Catala stopped listening to the kids, as she felt like it wasn't worth her time. Soon Vack came back with a packet in his hand and he gave it to Catala.

"Thanks Vack, so same time tomorrow?" Catala asked.

"Yes kid see you then, and again I'm sorry about your father." Vack said.

"It's fine like I said it wasn't your fault." Catala explained before leaving the restaurant.

When she got outside she got on a hoverbike and drove off to her home. She soon arrived at a little cave that she made into her home, as Vack lost his home to the Neenkuns so he was forced to live in his own restaurant. Unfortunately he didn't have enough room for her so all he could offer her was a job to earn money so she could afford food.

She managed to make it work as it doesn't snow or get cold on her planet so she never had to worry about the cold at night. She went inside and looked around her little makeshift home. On the right side were some pillows, mattress, and blankets along with a stuffed doll that her father gave to her. On the farside was a makeshift bathroom that surprisingly has a proper working shower.

On the left side was a little kitchen area she made along with an altar to her parents that had items that they both loved in life. She went over to the altar and placed the foods she got that day on it and began to pray to her parents.

"Mom, Dad I don't know if either of you can hear me, wherever you are, but I want to let you both know that I'm kinda doing alright despite the circumstances. I've been doing well thanks to Vack's help and our other friends here, *sigh* But things just aren't the same here anymore. Mom I know I've never met you before, as you got sick after having me, but I know that if you were here then you'd love me with all your heart, and Dad I miss you so much, I wish you were still here with me. I hope you and mom are enjoying yourselves up there in the stars and in eternal peace." Catala said.

After a while she had some dinner and got ready for bed. She laid down on her bed and looked over at her parents altar again. She then looked at the outfit that was folded right next to her mothers picture. Catala's father had told her that her mother was a worrier before they met and got married. The outfit was her mothers battle clothes, he also told her that when she's old enough she'll wear the outfit herself.

"Dad I wish I knew what you meant by that, *sigh* I miss you so much." Catala said sadly as she slowly drifted off into a deep sleep.

(The Next Day)

Catala was walking through the marketplace looking at a list that Vack gave her. She had some dishes he made in a bag and she also had to pick up some ingredients for him. As she was walking she suddenly had the feeling that someone was watching her. She looked around but all she saw was the same people and the Neenkuns walking around town.

As she observed the area she spotted someone unfamiliar hiding in an alway. Catala felt uneasy about this so she decided to carry on with her work. She then looked at her list again to see where she had to deliver first.

"Okay let's see here, ah Mr. And Miss. Bomandy, they ordered a cake for their daughter's birthday. That's so sweet I might just wish her a Happy birthday when I get there." Catala said to herself as she made her way there.

When she finally got to the Bomandy's house she gave them the delivery and wished their daughter a happy birthday.

"Thanks Catala, hey if you want to you can come by and enjoy the party once you're done with your work." Miss. Bomandy offered.

"Really? Thanks, I'd love to do that. I haven't been to a party in years so it'll be a great break for me." Catala explained.

"We Know... the last part you were at was when your father died." Mr. Bomandy explained.

"Yeah, but I wont allow such a bad experience ruin my love for parties! So I'll come by again once I'm done with my work! See you till then!" Catala exclaimed before running off to finish her work.

As she was making her way to her next delivery point she heard an explosion and screams coming from around the corner. Curious, she ran to the area to see what happened and saw some rebels fighting off the Neekuns to get whatever supplies they had.

"You Rebels have caused us enough trouble! Surrender now and we'll spare your lives!" One of the Neekuns said.

"Ha no way we'll fight till the very end of this war! We won't stop till all the planets you all conquered are free from your evil grasp!" The rebel leader exclaimed as his team started gathering the supplies.

"Wow rebels! They're so awesome! And they're fighting for an amazing cause. I really hope they can set my home free soon so that future generations won't have to grow up in such an environment like this. *Sigh* I wish that I could join the rebellion, but it's too risky and I don't wanna die young, maybe one day I'll join them, but not now all I gotta focus on is my job as a delivery girl. Oh OH MY DIKUN! I FORGOT ABOUT MY NEXT DELIVERY!" Catala exclaimed in a panic before running off to her next delivery.

(Later that day)

Catala had finished up her deliveries for the day so she decided to head off to the Bomandy's house to see if their daughter's birthday party was still going. Thankfully when she got there she saw it was still in full swing so she went inside to have some fun.

She knocked on the door and waited for someone to answer and soon Mr. Bomandy opened the door, greeted her, and let her in.

"Hey Mr. Bomandy how has the party been so far?" Catala asked.

"It's been going great and we were just about to get the cake out so you're just on time." Mr. Bomandy explained.

"Really that's great! I can't wait!" Catala exclaimed excitedly.

"CATALA! OMG YOU CAME!" Catala heard someone shout happily.

When she looked and was then almost tackled in a big hug by the birthday girl herself.

"Hey Astra! Happy birthday old friend!" Catala exclaimed happily.

"Thanks Catala, oh and lets put your hair down it looks much better down then up in a bun!" Astra exclaimed before taking Catala's hair out of its bun.

Her hair then went all the way down to her knees and Astra admired it.

"Wow Catala, I wish I could grow my hair this long. It looks so pretty!" Astra exclaimed.

"Thanks Astra but actually try taking care of it especially in the crappy condition I live in." Catala said.

"I know but still it would be worth it to have such beautiful locks of hair." Astra said while brushing her hands thru Catala's long black hair.

"Thanks Astra, but this is your big day so why don't we stop talking about my hair and let's go have some fun and cake!" Catala said.

"Okay, oh and I heard that it was made by Vack so let him know I said thanks when you go to work tomorrow." Astra said.

"Will do Astra, I'm sure he'll appreciate it." Catala said.

The two then went into the main area and began playing some of the games that were set up for the party. Soon Miss. Bomandy came out with the cake, and when Astra saw it her face lit up with joy as it was a purple strawberry, red chocolate delight and it looked amazing.

Everyone sat down and Mis. Bomandy lit the candles on the cake, once they were all lit everyone started singing happy birthday to Astra. Once the son ended Astra blew out the candles and everyone cheered.

"So Astra, what did you wish for?" Catala asked.

"Well normally I wouldn't tell anyone as if I did it wouldn't come true, but I've been making the same wish every year since I've known you Catala, so I think It's time I tell you what I've been wishing for." Astra explained.

"Oh what's that, and what does that have to do with me?" Catala asked.

"Well Catala, I've been meaning to tell you, Catala I'm-" Just before Astra could finish lasers started shooting through the windows, walls, and the door was smashed open to the floor.

Everyone panicked at what was happening and it only got worse as the Neekuns bursted into the house. The Neekuns pointed their guns at everyone and this caused everyone to panic even more.

"ALL OF YOU GET ON THE GROUND NOW!" One of the Neekuns commanded in a demanding tone.

"What's going on here! We're just having a birthday party. What's all this about?!" Catala asked in a panic.

"Someone here was feeding information about our operations to the rebels, this act of treason will be met with immediate punishment!" The Neekun commander explained.

Mr. Bomandy then raised his hands and walked forward to the Neekuns.

"DAD WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!" Astra asked in a panic.

"Don't worry dear I'm doing what's right. Now You Neekun's the leak you're all looking for... is me. Take me away but spare my family. They had nothing to do with any of this so please take me and leave my family." Mr. Bomandy said.

"Hmm I must say that's very brave of you. However, it wont stop your family from the consequences." The Neekun commander said before zapping Mr. Bomandy with his taser.

"DAD NO!" Astra screamed as tears started forming in her eye's at the sight.

"Ack! But my daughter and wife have nothing to do with this! So please don't hurt them!" Mr. Bomandy begged.

"Sorry but everyone in here will face the consequence of any treason against us." The Neekun commander said before pulling out his gun and pointing it at Mr. Bomandy's face.

When Catala saw that she had a flashback to her sixth birthday when her life changed forever. She remembered the Neekuns breaking into the building, everyone screaming and panicking, and her father using his body to protect her from the Neekuns attack, but worst of all she remembered the pain she felt when he died in her arms.

"HEY LEAVES HIM ALONE!" Catala screamed which worried everyone except the Neekuns.

The Neekun commander then looked up at Catala and said mockingly "And just what are you going to do about it young lady?"

"I don't know, but I wont allow your kind to take someone else's father away like you did mine!" Catala exclaimed angrily.

"Haha Oh another pathetic hero trying to rebel against us, such bravery. I'd admire that coming from someone so young, I almost feel bad about arresting you kid. Men put her in cuffs along with everyone else here." The Commander said and the other Neekuns obeyed his order.

The other Neekuns went up to Catala and tried to put her in handcuffs but she was fighting back against them. She then heard Astra and everyone else screaming in fear.

She looked around and it felt like time had slowed down as she saw everyone fighting and struggling to keep the Neekuns from cuffing them. She then looked back and saw that the commander was about to shoot Mr. Bomandy.

When she saw that she lost it and her anger towards the Neekuns and love for this family fueled her strength and she pushed the Neekuns off of her.

"STAY AWAY FROM HIM!" Catala screamed and ran towards the commander.

The commander then looked and saw Catala running at him, her hand then lit up with a white ball and as she was running her arm made a throwing motion and the ball left her hand and went straight towards the commander.Catala's hair then glowed before becoming cosmic and it started to flow.

The Commander was then blown out of the house by the blast that Catala sent and he crashed right into the next building.

When the smoke from the blast cleared Catala calmed down and looked around the place to see that everyone was staring at her. She was confused by this till she spotted herself in the mirror. She saw that her hair color had changed from black to cosmic and was now flowing, not only that but her eye's pupils had turned into stars.

This meant only one thing: Catala was the very last Andromeda and that meant that she was the most wanted alien on the Neekuns list.

Catala started freaking out at this because that meant every known bounty hunter was going to come after her as the price on her head was going to be incredibly high.

In fear she ran out of the house and into the streets, when she did she saw the Neekun commander getting back up on his feet and when he saw her his eyes widened in amazement. Catala freaked out even more and bolted it back to her cave as she knew it wasn't safe for her there as the town was overrun with Neekuns.

After Catala ran, the Neekuns that were inside the house came outside to see if their commander was alright.

"Sir, what's our order?" One of them asked.

"... Um half of you continue on with the arrest while the rest of you go after that Andromeda now! I'll be meeting with my master to let him know about this. He has been waiting for a century to finally find the very last Andromeda and now that day has come." The commander said before heading off to his base.

Alright men you heard the drill you all finish the arrest, the rest of us will go after the kid!" One of the other higher ranking Neekuns said.

"Sorry but I don't think that's gonna happen!" A male voice called out.

The Neekuns looked up and four figures jumped off the roofs of the other buildings and pointed their weapons at them.

"Shot it's the rebels open fire and some of you get that KID!" The Neekun commanded and two of them ran off after Catala.

"Alexia, Cord! You two go after those Neekuns and protect the kid the rest of us will handle this!" The rebel leader commanded.

"Yes sir, come on cousin let's go help that kid!" Alexia said and her cousin Cord followed her.

Mr. Bomandy then came out of his house and saw the rebels, he then asked "What took you all so long?"

"Sorry, trying to avoid these guys is easier said than done." The leader explained before opening fire.

The Neekuns started doing the same back to them and everyone dove for cover.

"Badar what happens if the kid is caught by the Neekuns?" One of the other rebels asked.

"Well then let's just say she'll end up just like my wife and son." Badar explained letting everyone who heard know that Catala's life was on the line.
