Sid's point of view

"Preeti..."

"Preeti..." I called her fifth time but there is no response from her side.

When I awaken she was not my side and I haven't seen her since morning. I walked out from my room and climbing down from the stairs while rolling my white shirt sleeves up to my elbow, when saw one of our made.

"Hey...Have you seen Preeti..?" I asked her.

"She was in a kitchen when I last saw her, If you want I can look for her for you sir." She said.

"No..It's fine..I will find her myself. " I said and climbed down from the stairs and walked towards the kitchen.

I entered the kitchen and looked for preeti. But she is not there except cooks. They stopped their work when they saw me.

"Do you want anything, sir..?" one of them asked me.

"No..Please continue your work." I said and left from there.

Where is she? She was not feeling well last night instead of taking rest she is working.

I was passing through the hall when I saw keerti walking towards her room talking to someone on phone. She is wearing white suit and salwar.

Today is Holi so guests are arriving to celebrate. I wanted to wish her in the morning but she is not beside me when I woke up.

I wanted to be the first one rubbing holi colours on her soft cheeks but I don't know where she is.

If someone apply holi colour on her before me I swear I will not leave the person.

"Hey..Do you know where is Preeti?" I asked her.

"Hold on." She said to the person on the line.

"Yes, bhayi.."

"Do you know where is Preeti?" I asked her again looking around.

"Why..? Do you miss your morning kisses?" She teased me.

She never leave the chance to tease us.

I glared at her because I am not in mood of teasing.

"Fine..fine...I don't know where is she. Look for her at backyard..May be she was there. " she said.

I nodded my head and walked to the backyard. When I entered at our backyard, there are so many people dressed in white. Some of them our investors, business partners and Dad's friends.

Dad is talking with his friends while drinking thundayi. Kids are throwing colours and water on eachother. Some boys and girls are dancing on dj.

I looked around for any sign of my wife but I didn't find her.

"Happy holi Siddharth Sir." My manager Atul Mehra wished me.

"Happy holi Mehra.." I wished him back while looking around for Preeti.

"Sir I want to talk to you about new tender in textile which we just offered from Walters textile." He said try to catch my attention.

"What about them." I asked him still looking around.

"They want us to pass their cloth material without checking and for that they offer us double amount." He said.

"Kapoor groups is a brand itself I don't want to let anyone ruin its name for just few million. Don't pass the material further until its quality check and if they make any fuss cancel the tender. We have already many tenders line up. It won't much affect our textile business." I said looking at him and then again look for Preeti in the crowd.

My eyes lands on mom. She is talking to Nick's mom and some of her other friends.

I should ask her she must know where is Preeti.

"Okey, I will inform them. You asked me about the sales report so I bring it here." He said while opening the file.

"Maile me.. Now Excuse Me.."

"Sure sir but will you sign on this. It really need your signature." He said while taking out pen from his pocket.

I glared at him but finally take the pen from him and sign on the few papers.

I give him file after signing on them and walked towards mom.

I gritted mom friend by nodding my head shortly when I reached her.

"Mom.."

"Yeah..."

"Excuse Me.." i said while pulling mom aside.

"What happened Son." She asked me.

"Do you know where is Preeti. I haven't seen her since morning." I asked her.

"Yeah..I saw her around few minutes ago." She said while looking around.

I also looked around try to find her.

"There she is..." mom said looking at particular direction.

I followed her gaze but failed to find her.

"There..near the sweet counter." She said.

I looked towards the sweet counters and I spotted her. Her back is on my side but she immediately turned around with a huge smile on her face. Her hair is falling in air when she turned and looking hell gorgeous in white lehenga, make me lost in her beauty. She always looks beautiful in indian traditional wears that every time it make hard to move my eyes from her.

I saw a little boy around 3 or 4 years old standing in front of her. She bent down to his level and give him sweet. He took the sweet from his tiny hand and kissed her on her cheek which make her laugh. She pinched his cheek and lifted up in her arms. She kissed him on his cheek and laughed along with him.

I looked at her with adoration. She is playing with him like he is our son. I know she like kids and I will giver her our babies but not now, may be after three or four years.

"When you both were going to give us baby. I want to be a grandma." Mom asked me looking at Preeti and the little in her arms.

"Not now Mom.." i said still looking at her.

"But why..? Look at her. She is looking so happy holding that child." Mom said looking at me.

"Mom we are not ready and I don't want to be father that soon. We just married." I said looking at her.

"Ok..I don't want to pressurise you. It's your decision. " she said and join her friends again.

I also walked towards Preeti. She is still playing with the little boy and make him laugh by making funny faces.

I walked to her and she smiled looking at me.

"Say hello to Sid uncle.." Preeti said in baby voice to the little boy. She is looking very cuet that I want to kiss her right now.

"Hello.." I also said in a baby voice while shaking his tiny head cutely.

I lean to kiss his chubby cheeks but he hide his face in the crook of Preeti's neck.

Preeti laughs looking at me.

"I think he doesn't like me." I said while leaning back and huffed.

He is looking at me while still hiding his face in the crook of her neck.

"I think so.." Preeti said looking at the little boy.

"Well.. it's not his fault. Kids usually scare of me." I said and shrugged my shoulders.

"Don't worry you will learn..right baby.." she said in a cute manner to the little boy.

I leaned again to kiss him but he again hid his face in the crook of her neck.

Stubborn child...

"He doesn't want you to kiss him." She said looking at him and then me.

"Well..I can kiss you." I leaned to her and kissed on her cheek.

The little boy leaned off from her shoulder and glared at me.

"Why he is glaring at me." I asked her looking at him.

"Because you kissed me. He is being possessive for me." She said looking him and smiled.

"Oh! Is that so." I leaned and kissed again on her cheek.

He glared at me and kissed Preeti two times on her left cheek.

Preeti laughed looking at his possessiveness.

"Competition..look now buddy." I cupped Preeti's face and kissed her tightly on her right cheek.

He cupped Preeti's face with his tiny hands and started kissing her on her face. I also cupped her face from side and started kissing on her face from right side.

Preeti is giggling. I am really enjoying this. We both continue kissing on her face. It's like a compilation between both of us.

"Haha..! Stop... stop both of you. I am feeling ticklish." Preeti said while laughing.

I stopped and looked at him. He also stopped and glared at me with his tiny beautiful gray orbs. To annoy him more i hold Preeti's chin and kissed her tightly on her cheek while looking at him.

"Siddharth...stop.." she said still laughing. I never saw him laughing this much.

To our surprise he cupped Preeti's face with his cute tiny hands to make her looked at him and peck her on her lips. My jaw dropped to the floor and I looked at him with opened mouth.

"Did he just not kiss you on your lips."
I glared at him fakely.

He started giggling at my defeat showing his white milky teeth. Preeti also join him.

"Give this naughty boy to me." I said and take him from Preeti's arms.

He is looking so small in my hand. I also afraid to hold kids in my hand first because they scare of me and second I am afraid that I might drop them and they might get hurt. But Preeti make this possible. She can do anything.

"What is your name buddy." I asked him. Preeti lean to me and put her both hands and chin on my shoulder.

"Alessxx.." he said in his baby voice.

I am just loving to play with this boy.

"Okey so look Alex. It is bad a manners to kiss anyone's wife on their lips." I said. His lips trembling, he make a pout and then started crying.

"Siddharth...stop it he is just a baby."
Preeti said while slapping on my shoulder.

"Okey..okey I am sorry. I am sorry. I am just kidding. You can kiss her anywhere you want. I won't say anything." I said try to stop him from crying.

"Preeti Please do something.." I said looking at her for help.

"Give him to me." I give him to her and she make him calm by saying lovely things to him.

"Alex you know Sid uncle will give you so many toys and chocolates if you let him kiss you." She said him in a baby voice when he finally calm

"Will you let him kiss you."

He nodded his head again and spread his arms towards me.

I took him again in my arms.

"I am sorry buddy." I said while kissing him on his chubby cheeks.

"So friends.."

"Flends.." he said in his baby voice while nodding his head and then kiss me on my cheek.

I and preeti both broke into a laugh.

"I am sorry Is he bothering you." A lady come to us and took Alex from my arms.

"No at all.. He is just playing with us." Preeti said pinching Alex' cheeks.

"I was looking for him. Thank You for taking care of him." The lady said.

"Anytime..." preeti saud looking at the lady and then me with a smile. I also smile to her.

"Okey..I should go now he is father calling me. Happy holi both of you." She wished us and then leave.

"So..Where were you since morning?"
I asked turning to Preeti.

"I was busy doing preparations." She said while adjusting some sweets on plates.

"How are you feeling now. How are you feeling now." I asked her concerns.

She turned to me and looked at me with smile.

"I am fine it was just a headache." She said and coated her fingers with yellow colour and apply softly on my both cheeks.

I was grinning looking at her pretty face.

"Happy holi my love." She whispered looking into my eyes lovingly.

I pulled her close to me by holding from her back and She put her both hands on my chest. Our foreheads are almost touching. I also coated my fingers with red colour and apply on her both cheeks. Red colour really suits her. It look beautiful on her cheeks.

"Happy Holi love..." I whispered and fill the partition of her hair with red colour.

She closed her eyes when I fill the partition of her hair.

I lean to kiss her on her lips but she put her hand on my mouth and leaned back. I frawn.

"We are in public." She said looking into my eyes and removed her hand from my mouth.

"Fine.." I sighed and nodded my head.

"Happy Holi love birds.." I shot a look towards the shouting.

My eyes widen immediately looking at Nick and James holding a water balloon in their hands. I immediately hide preeti in my arms and turn so that my back facing them.

Water balloons hit my back and trust they hurts like a bitch.

When their balloons finished. I late go Preeti and pick a plate full of purple colour secretly from the table and turned to them. I threw the all colour on them. There face is covered with purple colour.

"What the fuck.." They both shouted in unison.

I took the bucket full of water and throw the all water on there faces, make them look uglier with wet purple color.

Preeti was laughing all the time when I took my revenge from them.

"Now happy Holi my friends." I said while hugging both of them.

They both glared at me and that's the cue of me to run away. They are not going to leave me.

Preeti's point of view

I laughed when I saw Siddharth run away save himself from Nick and James.

I turned to the sweet counter to eat some sweet but suddenly my head started spinning, everything around me is spinning in a fast circular motion and feets stumbled. I hold the counter for support and squeezed my eyes shut tightly to get this feeling off from me. Suddenly nausea hit me and I felt like vomiting. When it didn't work I palmed my face to get rid off the feeling and gulped the forming lump in my throat to control the nausea.

After few minutes I felt batter. I take off my hands from my face and take a deep breath to calming my raging heart beats.

"Happy holi..." Someone rubbed holi colour on my face from behind.

I hold the both hands and turned around.

"Happy holi bhabhi..." keerti said while hugging me.

"Happy holi to you too.." I said while pulling of from hug and rubbed the colour on her face.

"Where is bhayi..?" She asked looking around for him.

"There..." I said while gesturing towards his direction.

Nick and James coloured his face with red colour and now they both are laughing to him.

He spit the colour which went to his mouth and wiped the colour from his face with handkerchief.

"Poor him.." keerti said in a pity tone while shaking her head.

"Come Emily is looking for you.." she said while dragging me towards Emily.
