Sid's point of view

Kesha's take it off song was playing and I was dancing along with James and Nick enjoying the song fully.

"SSSiidddhhhhaaaarrrtttthhhh.........."

Suddenly I heard a scream, a scream full of pain. I turned and my eyes went wide in shock. Floor slide down under my feet looking at Preeti's bleeding forehead.

"SSSiidddhhhhaaaarrrtttthhhh.........."

Her hands are on her both ears and she screamed my name with full of pain.

"Pprreeetttiiiii....."

I run to her to hold her in my arms but my step halted when she vomited the good amount of blood. I was standing there in shock, don't know what is happening.

"Aaaaahhhhhhhaaaaaa...."

I came out from my shock when she again screamed loudly with pain while holding her head. Blood is oozing out from her nose and forehead. She was about to fall when I immediately run to her and took her in my arms, saving her from falling. Her hands fell on back, her breast were touching my chest when I hold her by her waist and looked at her worriedly.

Tears are falling from her beautiful eyes and a pain filled in my chest when she was looking at me with her beautiful chocolatey brown orbs which are full of pain. It wasn't just a emotional pain but physical too.

Music stopped and everyone surrounds us.

"What happened to her?" Someone  asked but I don't who was the person because my mind is fill with Preeti who was in my arms, strained in her own blood and looking at me, like she was asking me to help her.

"S..save...me..I..I don't..wan..want t..to die..." she managed to say while looking at me like she was begging to me. When she asked me it felt like someone stabbed me with knife many time. I was feeling pain to see her in such pain.

Before I could ask her anything she pushed me by my chest and again vomited a blood and fell on the ground.

"Aaahhhaaaa...Ssssiiidddddhhhhaaarrrttthhhh...."

She crawled down and screamed my name while holding her both ears.

I kneeled down on the ground and took her in my arms but she again pushed me away and put her palms on her head.

"Baby...who did this to you? What is happening..?" I asked her again trying to take her in my arms but she again pushed me and vomited blood.

"Aahhhaa...it's hurting. My head is hurting. I can't bear the pain. Ppppllllleeaaasseee..." She said while crying through her throat. Tears streamed out from my eyes looking at her in such pain.

"Call 911.." I heard someone said.

"Preeti....beta what happened.." Mom said sitting beside her and try to touch her but she didn't let anyone touch her. Keerti also come but she pushed her away to and screamed in pain while bowling her body and holding her head. She was screaming in pain. I was so afraid looking at her in such pain.

"It's hurting Siddharth...My head is splitting....Aaaahhhhaaaa.." She screamed in so much pain that it can shook your soul.

I wiped my tears with my forearm and took her in my arms. She tried to pushed me but I didn't let her go this time.

"Please..please baby tell me what happened..?" I asked her while wiping the blood from her nose.

"Aaahhhhaaaa..." she pulled her hair in pain and vomited blood. My shirt strained red in her blood and she hide her face in my chest while screaming in pain.

"Kkkiiiilllll meeee Please. I can't bear this pain. My body is burning from inside." She screamed and clutched my shirt tearing the upper two buttons.

"I won't let you anything baby. Please don't say that." I sniffed and said while pulling her more to me. Like my life is depending on her. My vision is getting blur due to my tears.

"Where is the Ambulance?" I screamed and looked at everyone in anger.

"They are on their way." Nick informed me and sit beside me while James was talking someone on phone. Looking at his expressions, he must be calling to doctor.

"Aaahhhaaaa....." Preeti screamed again while holding her head and blood came out from her mouth. She pushed me away with all her strength.

"Don't wait...Please kill me. I'm begging you. This pain is killing me slowly from inside. Please take this pain away from me." She crawled  to me and beg me for killing her by holding my legs.

I went through a death when she begged me to kill her. She was asking  the person to kill her who love to kill himself before anything could happen to her.

"Nothing will happen to you. Please don't say that." I said while holding her head.

"No....I know I will die." She pushed me away and crawled to Nick and James who were sitting beside me

"Please kill me...My head is going to burst. I can't bear this pain." She begged both of them while holding their legs and I wanted to die looking at her in this pain, begging to others to kill her just because  she wanted to get release from this pain.

"Preeti..." They both whispered her name and first time I saw their eyes glistening with unshaded tears. Mom, Dad, keerti and her parents and sisters are crying mess looking at their daughter like this.

"I begging you Please kill me....kill me...." When James and Nick didn't say anything she greeted her teeth and hit her both hands on ground when another wave of pain hit her when she vomited blood and screamed while holding her head. I immediately came back to my vulnerable situation and took her in my arms while stopping her to hurt herself more.

"Is there any doctor here? Please help my wife." I looked at everyone and begged them for help and then looked at my wife who was wiggling in my arms to free from my hold. I trap her both legs between my legs and hold her tight so that she can't pushed me away. She was pulling my shirt and crawling my chest to get herself free but I tightened my grip on her to not let her go.

"Preetiii...." Suddenly Anshul walked out from the crowd with a bag in his hand and set beside me. He tried to took Preeti's in my arm who was trying in pain and continuously begging for killing her. I refused to leave her while holding her in my arms.

"If you want to save her, you have to her go jiju and help me before paramedics reach here." He said while looking into my eyes and I immediately let her go.

"Pooja took my laptop and Skype Dr. Ahooja." Pooja nodded her head and took Anshul's phone from his pocket while he took out the stethoscope from his bag and put it in his ear. Preeti again started to pushing us away.

"Jiju hold her tight and turn her to her left side." I hold her both hands while Nick hold her both legs to halt her movements and laid her on her left side so her airway doesn't get block if she vomited. Anshul checked her heartbeats and then her pupils.

"Her heart beat is low. She is also having a problem in breathing. Please move aside she is feeling suffocated." Anshul said everyone to move aside and everyone move aside but I, Nick and Anshul were sitting beside her holding her tight.

"Please kill me...." Preeti screamed again and wiggled in our hold and keep begging to kill her.

Mom and mummy was looking at their daughter.

"I won't let anything happen to you baby. Just have little patience.  I am with you." I said while whispering soothing words in her ear to calm her while I was a nervous mess inside.

"Jiju Do you have Sphygmomanometer. (Blood pressure measuring device.)" Anshul asked me while looking at me.

"Yes...in Dad's room." I told him and nodded my head while looking at him.

"I'll go, get that.." Keerti got up and run inside the house towards Dad's room. Anshul wear the gloves and put his two fingers inside Preeti's throat and let her vomit the leftover vomit she had stuck in her throat so she could breath. Keerti come with Sphygmomanometer and a medical kit of injection which we usually keep in our house after Dad get the heart attack two years back. She give it to Anshul. Anshul checked her blood pressure and get shocked.

"Anshul Dr. Ahooja is online." Pooja said while showing the laptop screen to Anshul. A man in his late 50's appear on screen.

"My sister is having bad headache and vomiting blood." Without sharing greetings Anshul directly come to the point.

"Gave me full update." Doctor asked.

"Her pupils are dilated and her eyes are blood red. Blood pressure  40/80 and her heart is beating very slowly. She has a nose bleed too." Anshul informed to the doctor.

"Her heart is failing slowly. Give her CPR and check her vitals for First aid. You will buy the time before Paramedics reached there." Hearing the doctor, I didn't weight for Anshul's permission and feeling my lungs with air I started giving her stimulating  respiration and Nick was giving her a chest compressions while Anshul was checking her vitals.

Dr. Ahooja said the injection name and Anshul found it inside the kit. He filled the syringe with transparent liquid and injected it on Preeti's right forearm carefully.

When her soft lips touch mine it was the first time I wasn't feeling well to touch her lips with mine because I touched my lips to touch her only to save her life. At once my

"Where are the fucking Paramedics." I screamed and again give Preeti mouth to mouth breathing whose moment are halted.

"Sid...Ambulance is stuck in traffic. I already called the chopper. They are here in anytime. We have take Preeti to terrace, to helipad of your house." James said.

"Jiju we can't wait more. We have to take her to hospital otherwise we will loose her forever." Anshul said with a worried expression on her face.

"Aaaaaahhhhhhhhaaa.....Ssssiiiddhhhhaaarrtttthhhh...." Suddenly Preeti screamed my name in such way that it shook my soul and my heart beat increased in such way that it felt like I am going to have a heart attack. Mummy sobbed loudly and broke into tears while putting her hand on her mouth.

My grip loosened on her hand and she put her hand on abdomen. My eyes followed her action and saw blood on her lehnga skirt near her abdomen. I put my hand on her abdomen and looked at the blood in my hand.

"Aaahhhaaaa.." she screamed one last time painfully before givin her consciousness.

"Preeti...Preetii...Please baby open your eyes." I said in my shaking voice while patting on her cheeks. Her face was pale and strained with blood.

"Don't leave me..Please...Please..baby Please open your eyes..." I whispered tears blur my vision. It was like someone is sucking my life from me slowly and torturing me to make me see my Preeti suffering and begging me to kill her. I will die if anything happen to my Preeti. I can't live without her. She is my life.

"Sid...chopper is here Let's take Preeti to the hospital. " James said while shaking me and I came back to my senses.

I immediately scooped Preeti in my arms and run towards  the chopper. It was landed on our garden's clearing which was big enough to landed at least three choppers there. It was my company's chopper with all basic Paramedic facilities. I laid Preeti on bed and after me Nick, James and Anshul step in it and Nick instruct the polite to take off and reach hospital as soon as possible while Anshul was giving his first aid treatment to Preeti with the help of Dr. Ahooja who was instructed him. All the time I was holding her hand and looking at my beautiful wife who lying on stretcher almost lifeless.

We reached the hospital with in five minutes and doctors are already waiting for us at hospitals helipad. They immediately took her to the I.C.U. and we all followed them while Anshul was talking to the doctor. I was walking with them while holding Preeti's hand and looked at her with love and telling her she have to be alright, for me, for our baby. I was silently telling her if something happened to her I will also kill my self and followed her after her death because without Preeti there is no Siddharth.

"Mr. Kapoor you have to wait here." One of Doctor said while stopping me out of the room.

"No..I want to be with her. She needs me." I shouted and pushed the doctor away from my way and enter the room while another doctor come and stopped me.

"Mr. Kapoor your wife's condition is already critical. It will be miracle if we save her life after loosing so much blood. We will try our best to save her but you are only creating problems for us." Dr. Malik said to me.

"Dr. She is pregnant with my baby." I whispered while looking at him with hopefully and a lone tear escaped from my right eye. He didn't say anything just tap on my shoulder sympathetically. Then James and Nick came inside and took me out from the room.

I was standing outside the I.C.U room and looking at my love through the small glass window while doctors were treating on her. The feeling which i was feeling from past days came true. I am on the verge of loosing my love and our baby. But I know one thing if something happened to her I will kill myself next moment. Now I can understand how Preeti was feeling when I met an accident and lying unconscious on hospital bed. It is feeling of passing on many death to seeing your love one lying on hospital bed unconscious and fighting for their life.

I don't who did this to her. I won't leave that person alive if something happened to my Preeti or my baby. I burn them alive.

"Sid beta...where is Preeti..? How's she?" Papa ( Preeti's father) asked me while running towards me and behind him other family members of Preeti and mine following him.

I didn't turn to answer of anyone. I wasn't in a situation to speak anything. I just want my love, my Preeti beside me, fit and fine. Few hours before we were sharing one of the happiest moments of our life. She was dancing with me in my arms and I was feeling the most luckiest person in world when she was performing for me and sharing her feelings through songs. The love she was holding for me in her eyes made me shook to the core.

"Uncle...doctors are treating her." I heard James but I didn't bother to turn because my eyes were stick on the beautiful face who turned into pale and her lips, at once they were full of pinkish colour looking almost blue. Tears streamed out from my eyes when I was looking at my love and remembering the moment when she was begging me to kill her because she can't bear the pain. If it was in my hand I will took all her pain and didn't let anything happened to her.

I turned when someone put their hand on my shoulder. Keerti was standing in front of me and looking at me with teary eyes. She hugged me and started crying but I didn't hug her back.

"Bhayi..bhabhi will be fine. You don't worry. She will be fine." Her body shake in my arms when she cried.

My legs were shaking thinking of what could happen to my love and my mind was too numb to reciprocate  anyone's gesture. This time I just want my wife fine.

James pulled her from me and she hugged him immediately and cried in his arms while Shivani di hold my hand and make me sit on one of chair. She put her hand on my shoulder and I buried my face in my palm. My body started shaking when I finally broke into sob full tears and started crying. I was afraid and worried for my Preeti. I was praying God silently, nothing let happen to my  Preeti and my baby. I never cried this before in my life the way I was crying right. No one sees me this vulnerable and cried for someone like this but Preeti is my everything and if something happened to her I will be ruined.

Shivani di was rubbing my back to calm while someone took in a warm embrace. I hugged that person by holding her waist and cried while burring my face on her stomach.

"Nothing will happen to Preeti." Mummy (Preeti's mother) said while running her fingers in my hair.

I let her go waist at the instantly and again buried my face between my palms because Preeti loved to run her fingers in my hair. It reminds me of her.  Mummy set beside me and rub my back like Shivani di but I keep my face between my palms.

"Mr. Siddharth Kapoor..." I took out my face between my palms when I heard my name being called.

After feeling like a years the I.C.U door open and Dr. Malik walked to me. I immediately wiped my tears and stood up.

"How's my wife? Is Preeti fine? Is our baby fine." I asked him impatiently.

"I'm sorry but we can't save your baby." Mom gasped loudly and broke into tears while dad was holding her to give her support.

I don't  know what to feel. My chest is tighten and I can feel my heart beats  My eyes are glistening with unshaded tears and I fisted my hands in a tight grip while my jaw was clenching. I lost my baby. I lost our baby which Preeti and I created by love. I lost the little soul which was breathing inside my Preeti.

"Is Preeti fine?" I managed to ask while looking blankly behind the doctor.

"No....but situation is in our control. But before treating her further we have to talk to you alone.  There is something which I can't disclose here." He said and I nodded my head and walked with doctor to his cabin while James and Nick were following us behind.

"Can you trust both of these gentlemen Mr. Kapoor?" Dr. Malik asked me while looking at both James at Nick.

"What's the matter doctor. Say it clearly." James asked doctor.

"Mr. Kapoor can you trust both of your friends." He aske while looking at me this time.

"Yes..." I said while looking at the wall  behind him blankly and then him.

"These are the reports of the tests which I run on your wife at morning and these are the current reports of your wife." Dr. Said while forwarding both reports to me.

"What di you want to say Doctor?" James asked while greeting his teeth.

He sighed and then said with serious  face, "Mr. Kapoor I checked your wife's all previous medical reports. She had been complaining, several fever, headaches, cold, tiredness, less appetite, weight loss since past months. We found the injection mark on your wife's neck and another faded mark at the back of her shoulder. Your wife had been given slow poison on daily bases since past months."  I was shocked to the core when he gave me this information.

How could it be possible? Someone was giving my Preeti slow poison and I don't  know about it.

"I can say from six or seven months precisely. She could be dead in one or two month if she ignore her symptoms and didn't take any kind of medicines. Today someone had given the high dosage of same poison by injecting her neck which cause the blood vomiting, nose bleeding and worst headache that we both can't imagine.  Patient beg for die because he can't bear the pain. Your baby also died because of that poison."

I don't know what to say? It felt like someone sucked the words from my throat. I lost my baby. Preeti will never forgive me. I am fail miserably to protect the most two important  person of my life. My vision get blurred and clench my jaw. I won't  leave the person who did this to my wife and Kill my baby.

"I talked to you personally because it could be someone from your house. Whom you had trust or someone from kitchen staff. Because slow poison only given in food." Doctor finished the sentence.

"Doctor will my Preeti be alright?" Finally I asked him. I already lost my baby I don't  want to loose my Preeti too.

"We already give her the antidotes of poison but.." He stopped and looked at me..

"But what doctor..?" James asked impatiently.

"Due to poison in her body, blood clots are forming inside abdomen. We have to remove them through surgery but there are some complications.." Doctor said looking at me and then continue, " But there will be many risks during surgery. We could loose your wife at table and if she survived there are possibilities she loose her fertility. She might not be pregnant again." I chill of fear passed through my body and I feel weak from my knees when he said, she could die during surgery.

I slammed my hand on table and stood up in anger.

"Listen doctor. I don't care how will you do it and I don't care if she get pregnant again or not. I already lost my baby and I don't want to lose the only reason of my life to live. I want my Preeti back, normal like before. So you batter be save her or I will ruin this hospital if something happened to my Preeti." I threatened doctor  Malik while pointing my finger to him. My jaw was clenched and a lone tear escaped from my right eye when threatened him.

I can't  take this more. I want my wife alive, fit and fine. I don't care if she get pregnant again or not we will adopt the baby or I'm enough  for her to give all love in the world but I want my Preeti back.

"Sid..calm down.." James and Nick both tried to make me sit on chair and tried to calm me down.

"We are not God Mr. Kapoor. But we will try are best. Signed this consultation form so we could prep Preeti for surgery." Doctor  said looking at me systematically.

James already filled all the information and forward towards me to sign it. I took the form from him and signed it.

"Excuse me..I need to discuss this case with my team." After saying this got up from his chair.

"Doctor..can I meet my Preeti before surgery." This time I asked him firmly.

"Okey..you have five minutes with your wife." After saying this he leave the room.

"Sid ji what doctor said?"

"Jiju Preeti di will be fine right?"

"Son what doctor talked to you alone."

"James what happened inside Doctor's cabin."

Everyone showered with questions when we went to everyone. I already told James and Nick, not to tell anyone what happened  inside the cabin.

"Mr. Kapoor you can meet your wife." A nurse  come to me and informed me. I nodded her and went inside the room where Preeti was.

I opened the door of her room and looked at my love. She was lying on bed in hospital gown. She had a oxygen marks on her face, a bandage wrap around her forehead and IV is connected to her right hand. Tears welled up in my eyes looking at her like that. She was looking pale but still she was looking most beautiful girl  in the world. A wave of relief passed through me, at least now she wasn't begging me to kill her.

I ste beside her on the stool and took her hand in my hand carefully and firmly not to hurt her. I kissed her knuckles and rest my forehead at the back of her hand.

Then I got up from stool, I put my one hand beside her head and caressed her hair lovingly with another one.

"Baby...we have to win this fight together. You can't leave me alone in between. There are many things which we have to do together. We still have to go many more honeymoon. I can't live without you if something happened to you. You have to fight, fight for me, for us." I whispered the last part and touched  our foreheads while closing my eyes.

"I love you." I kissed on her forehead while lingering my lips more than a minute.

Tears drop from my eyes  and fell on her forehead when I kissed her forehead. I pulled back, wipe my tears from her forehead and looked at her lovingly while caressing her left cheek with love. After taking her beautiful face in my eyes I finally pulled back and walked out from the room.

When I came outside from the room everyone looking at me with their teary eyes. They have many questions in their eyes, which they want to asked but right now I don't have answers of their any questions.

Ring...Ring..

My phone started ringing inside my pants pocket. I picked it up when I saw it's from Andrew.

I waited for him to speak and he gave me the news which I wanted to hear.

"Hold that bitch. I'm coming." I said with my clenching jaw and greeted teeth.
