Hey everyone, here's a shoutout from Tevinblair

Tevinblair: Hello there, everyone. Welcome to this very special and important chapter in the story which features one of the most iconic and important places in Pokemon history that sadly to this day has never really got a official appearance in the anime series but that's why we're here the chapter that we believe would've happened had the writers actually put the time and effort in putting this place officially in the anime series all those years ago. Releasing this chapter as the month of February rolls in is actually kinda fitting in a way considering that this February is the month that 25 years ago to this month is where the name Pokemon would be born and raised to eventually become to this very day one of the most beloved and iconic franchises in multimedia history and we hope that this series will also continue to grow as much as Pokemon did over time and we would like to thank all of you for following and loving this story over a 100 times since it first started back in August of last year and I hope that you enjoy this very special chapter that we have prepared for all of you today. Don't worry we're also going to be on the lookout for the potential Diamond and Pearl Remakes that could end up getting announced likely at the Pokemon Direct later this month and other Pokemon-related stuff that could also show up as well. Silph Co.

The gang were at Saffron City on their way to Viridian City

"Hey!" A voice called out

They turned & saw Sabrina with a woman running towards them

"Sabrina." Ash said

"Thank goodness, you're here, I need your help." Sabrina said

"What's wrong?" Brock asked

"It's Team Rocket, they're after this woman." Sabrina said

"How can we help?" Ash asked

"Take her to safety, while I hold the grunts off." Sabrina said

"Got it." Ash nodded

The gang took the woman to an area in a forest.

"Thank you for your help." The woman said gratefully

"You're welcome, why was Team Rocket after you?" Ash asked

"You see, I'm a secretary working for the president of Silph Co." the woman said

"Really?" Brock said surprisingly

"Yes, & Silph Co. has been taken over by Team Rocket." The secretary said

"What for?" Serena said

"For the Master Ball." The secretary said

"Master Ball?" Meowth repeated

"A Master Ball is a Poké Ball that can catch any Pokémon without fail." Brock said

"Wow, that sounds like an amazing item." Serena said

"They threatened our president as well as our scientists. They're demanding them to perfect it & wanna use it for themselves." The secretary said "They've locked up our scientists inside Silph, forcing them to work on it, & using Pokémon as experiments."

"Experiments?" Ash said shockingly

"They conduct test after test, & many Pokémon have collapsed." The secretary said

"That's awful." Brock said

"The president sent me to get help, cause he couldn't get a single message through because of Team Rocket" the secretary said

"This is bad, if this keeps up, they're going to catch a lot of Pokémon successfully." Ash said "We should do something about it."

"Yeah, we can't risk doing nothing & letting those Pokémon die." Serena said

"Then let's get to Silph Co." Ash said

When they got to Silph Co.

"There it is." The secretary said

"Ash." A voice said

They turned & saw Sabrina's dad

"My daughter told me everything, I would like to help." Sabrina's Dad said "I'll take the woman to the police station."

"Alright" Ash said

"What're gonna do in the meantime?" Sabrina's dad asked

"We're gonna storm the Silph Co." Ash said

"What?" Sabrina's Dad said surprisingly

"Why can't you wait for the police?" The secretary asked

"If we stand back, those Pokémon will keep suffering, & we're not gonna let that happen." Ash said

"Alright, be careful." Sabrina's Dad said as he teleported away with the secretary

"You ready to do this, Brock?" Ash asked

"Yeah." Brock nodded

"Serena?" Ash said

"Let's do this." Serena said

"Meowth? Pikachu?" Ash said

"Pika." Pikachu nodded with determination

"Born ready, Boss." Meowth said

When they entered the Silph Co

"Hey." The receptionist called out "I have to tell you our office is a bit of a real disaster right now"

"But we're here to help you." Serena said

"I'm sorry, but this is no place for kids." The receptionist said "Team Rocket are very dangerous people."

"Come on, don't be such a stick in the mud." A voice said

"Yeah, let us have a look around." Another voice said

Ash & Brock turned & saw Blue & Green

"Blue. Green." Ash said

"Hey squirt, fancy seeing you here. & you as well, Brock." Blue said

"What are guys doing here?" Green said

"It's Team Rocket, they've taken over this company." Brock said

"You don't say." Green said

"Excuse me, but are you actually Blue Oak." The receptionist said

"Yep, that's me." Blue said walking up to the receptionist "You mind telling me, why you're not letting my friends help you with Team Rocket?"

"I'm sorry, Mr. Oak, but I don't think they could handle them." The receptionist apologized

"Really?" Blue asked before turning to Ash "Ash, show her how many badges you have."

"Right." Ash said as he pulled out his badge case & showed his badges to the receptionist.

"You have 7 badges!?" The receptionist gasped

"Wow, that's impressive." Blue compliment

"Not only, that but Brock here is the Pewter City Gym Leader." Green said

"Wait, you're THE Brock Slate?" The receptionist asked

"That's right." Brock nodded

"Oh, pardon me, go right on ahead." The receptionist apologized

"Thanks Blue, Thanks Green." Ash said gratefully

"No problem." Blue said

"Besides, you two are not gonna do it alone. We're gonna help you." Green said

"Thank you." Ash said

They went to the 3rd floor & saw Archer with one of the grunts

"Archer." Ash said as Archer looked at him

"You again." Archer said "I should've known you'd be foolish enough to get in our way."

"If you're here, then that must mean Phantom is here." Brock assumed

"Correct." Archer said

"Guys, you go ahead, Blue & I will handle them." Green said

"Okay." Ash said as he & the others left

On the way, the gang took out the other grunts one by one.

"Everyone, get out of here! You're free!" Serena said as she freed the Pokémon

"You too, get going." Brock said as he freed the scientists

"Is that everyone?" Ash asked

"Yes." Brock & Serena said

"Alright, let's get to Phantom." Ash said

They were almost at the president's office until

"Stop!" A voice shouted

The gang turned & saw Archer.

"I will not let you reach the boss, so this is as far as you go." Archer glared as he threw a Poké Ball & sent out a Voltorb-like Pokémon with its colors swapped

"Electrode." The Pokémon said as Ash pulled out his Rotom Phone

Electrode, the Ball Pokémon, an Electric Type, & the evolved form of Voltorb. Electrode feeds by absorbing electricity, often from power plants & lightning storms. If it eats too much at once, it explodes.

"Ash, Serena, go ahead, I'll catch up." Brock said

"Are you sure?" Ash asked

"Yes, I'll deal with Archer." Brock said "Go, Rhydon!"

"Don!" Rhydon roared

"Come on, Ash." Serena said "Let's go"

When they arrived at the office, they saw Cassidy & Butch guarding the door

"Hold it right there, our boss is in a meeting." Butch said

"You better not disturb him." Cassidy said

"Ash, I'll handle them." Serena said

"Eevee." Eevee said as she went into battle position

Ash entered the office & saw Phantom with the president

"I really hope you're not lying, Mr. President. You successfully created a Master Ball, am I correct?" Phantom said

"It's not that easy to make, there's no way I want to make a thing for someone like you." The president argued

"Is that so?" Phantom said

"Yes, that's not something Silph should ever do?" The president said

"Hm, you're very clever, but you should know what would happen to your people if you say no." Phantom said

"Phantom." Ash said as Phantom looked at him

"Ah, Ash, we meet again." Phantom said "The president & I are discussing a business proposition. You should really keep your nose out of adult matters."

"Proposition? You forced your way in!" The president shouted

"I'm here to stop you, Phantom." Ash said "The police are on their way."

Phantom frowned under his mask, then he smirked.

"Somehow, you managed to sneak past the grunts & made it all the way up here. I should congratulate you, now that my plans are all for nothing." Phantom said as he chuckled under his breath "Team Rocket's plans ruined by a meddling brat like you."

"..." Ash glared

Back with Brock

Brock had already defeated Archer's Electrode with his Rhydon. Now he was battling Archer's Magmar with his Kabutops

"Kabutops, Use Hydro Pump." Brock said. Kabutops fired a powerful blast of water from his mouth & hit Magmar which caused it to faint

"It's over, Archer." Brock said

"Hmph, I should've expected that from a Gym Leader." Archer harrumphed as he returned Magmar. "I think it's about time for me to leave."

Archer pulled out a smoke bomb & threw it on the ground. When the smoke cleared he was gone.

"Brock." Blue said as he & Green ran up to him "Where's Ash & Serena?"

"They went up ahead, while I held Archer off." Brock said

"Well, let's go." Green said

With Serena

"Eevee, use Last Resort on Primeape. Butterfree, use Psychic on Tentacruel"

Eevee became surrounded by golden aura which formed into a massive star, then she fired it & hit Primeape which caused it to faint. Butterfree's glowed blue & released waves of psychic energy which hit Tentacruel & caused it to faint

"Hm, looks like Team Rocket blasted off." Cassidy said grudgingly as she & Butch returned their Pokémon

"You may have won this round, but we'll be back." Butch said as he pulled out a smoke bomb & threw it on the ground

When the smoke cleared

"Serena." Brock said as he ran up to her with Green & Blue. "Where's Ash?"

"He's in the office." Serena said

Back with Ash

"Well, I guess I have no reason to stay here." Phantom said as he was about to leave

"Hold on, you're not going anywhere this time." Ash said

"Oh, really?" Phantom said as he scoffed "I was going to let this go, but it seems that you need to be put in your place"

"Ash, are you alright?" Serena asked as she & the others entered the office

"I'm fine, Phantom & I were just getting ready for a battle" Ash said

"Y'know, the last time we battled, it ended in a draw, but this time will be different" Phantom said as he sent out a big Krabby-like Pokémon

"Kuki Kuki." The Pokémon said as Ash pulled out his Rotom Phone

Kingler, the Pincer Pokémon, A Water Type, & the evolved form of Krabby. When one Kingler waves to another with its giant claw, it's sending a message. The larger pincer has 10,000-horsepower strength. However, it is so heavy, it is difficult to aim.

"The evolved form of Krabby, huh?" Ash thought before saying "Meowth, I choose you!"

Meowth jumped off of Ash's shoulder & went into battle position

"Bring it on, Crab Cakes." Meowth said

Phantom laughed

"Do you honestly think you're going to defeat my Kingler with an unevolved Meowth?" Phantom said

"I do, Meowth is very strong." Ash said

"& he would be a lot stronger if he were a Persian." Phantom pointed out

"Hm, Meowth, use Fake Out." Ash said. Meowth clapped his hands together sending a shockwave & hit Kingler which caused it to flinch

"Now, use Thunderbolt"

Meowth fired a bolt of yellow electricity & hit Kingler

"Use Mud Sport." Phantom said. Kingler's claw glows yellow, hits the floor, & globs of mud comes flying & splatters all over itself & Meowth

"Use Seed Bomb." Ash said. Meowth fired multiple glowing green explosive seeds from his mouth

"Use Protect." Phantom said. Kingler summoned a turquoise force field & protected itself.

"Use Slash." Ash said. Meowth's claw glowed white & charged at Kingler

"Vise Grip." Phantom said as Kingler grabbed Meowth's arm with its claw "I'm surprised that your Meowth knows super effective moves. Use Slam."

Kingler slammed Meowth on the ground

"Are you alright?" Ash asked in concern

"Use Stomp." Phantom said as Kingler jumped in the air

"Dodge it." Ash said as Meowth dodged "Now, use Seed Bomb again

Meowth fired Seed Bomb & hit Kingler

"Use Crabhammer" Phantom said. Kingler's becomes surrounded in water & hit Meowth

"Now, Hammer Arm."

Kingler's arm glowed white & hit Meowth

"Meowth!" Ash shouted as Meowth got up on his knees

"Just as I expected, like I said before, you're Meowth could've been stronger if it were a Persian. Right now, he's nothing but a weak, pathetic, little freak." Phantom said

Phantom's words echoed in Meowth's, the same word he's been called in the past, it all hurt so much. Meowth began shedding tears, starting to believe that they were right.

"Meowth," Ash said "remember what I said when we first met; you're special & an amazing Pokémon, we can prove that you're more than what people say you are & prove them that they're wrong."

Then suddenly, Meowth's eyes glowed red with black pupils

"AAAAAAAAAAGH!" Meowth yelled as he became surrounded by black & red aura

"What's that?" Ash said as he pulled out his Rotom Phone

Your Meowth has learned Lash Out, If a Pokémon's stats were lowered during the turn, the power of this move is doubled.

"Alright Meowth, time to show them what you're made of, use Lash Out." Ash said. Meowth punched & kicked Kingler repeatedly & sent it flying to a wall with a finishing blow causing it to faint. Then he collapsed in exhaustion.

"Meowth, are you okay?" Ash said as he picked up Meowth

"Sorry Boss, I can't go on." Meowth apologized

"It's alright, Meowth." Ash said "You were great."

Phantom returned Kingler

"Your Meowth has done well, but this battle isn't over. Go Gengar!" Phantom said as he sent out his Gengar.

"Gengar." Gengar said

"Pikachu, it's your turn, I choose you!" Ash said

"Pikachu!" Pikachu said as he went into battle position

"Let's get this over with." Phantom said as he touched the Key Stone on his Mega Glove which shined in a white light "Mega Evolve!"

Gengar glowed bright red orange & mega evolved into Mega Gengar.

"Gengar" Mega Gengar said

"Gengar, use Shadow Punch." Phantom said. Mega Gengar's fist became surrounded by black & purple aura & punched Pikachu

"Pikachu, use Thunderbolt." Ash said

"Pika CHUUUUUUUU!" Pikachu said as he fired a bolt of yellow electricity & hit Mega Gengar

"Use Electro Ball." Ash said. Pikachu fired a yellow ball of of electricity from his tail

"Use Shadow Ball." Phantom said. Mega Gengar fired a black & purple ball of shadow energy which collided with the Electro Ball

"Use Knock Off." Ash said. Pikachu's hand glowed black & hit Mega Gengar

"Use Counter." Phantom said. Mega Gengar glowed orange & hit Pikachu

"Now, Hypnosis."

Mega Gengar third eye glowed & released waves of energy

"Use Protect." Ash said. Pikachu summoned a turquoise force field & protected himself

"Now, use Thunderbolt." Ash said

"Use Sucker Punch." Phantom said. Mega Gengar's fist glowed purple & punched Pikachu at fast speed, then Pikachu fired Thunderbolt

"Use Phantom Force"

Mega Gengar sinks into a purple portal

"Be careful, Pikachu." Ash said as Pikachu looked around, but the portal appeared below him & Mega Gengar uppercutted Pikachu

"Now, Dark Pulse." Phantom said. Mega Gengar fired a beam of black & purple circles from its third eye & hit Pikachu

"Pikachu!" Ash shouted as Pikachu strained to get up

"It's over, boy. Even with a Pikachu at your disposal, you're nothing but a pitiful waste, so just give up." Phantom said

Ash stood in silence.

"Don't listen to him, Ash." Serena said as Ash looked at her. "Remember what you said to me when were little? 'Never give up until it's over'. You've been training your Pokémon, ever since you became a Trainer & you won those badges without failing. Are you really gonna give up & let Phantom win, after you came this far?"

"..." Ash stared before turning to Phantom "Phantom, we're not giving up & it's not over til it's over."

"& that's your decision?" Phantom asked

"Yes." Ash said

"Then hit me with your best shot!" Phantom yelled

"Pikachu, let's show him how strong we are." Ash said

"Pikachu!" Pikachu said in determination as he stood up as he glowed yellow with sparks of electricity around him

"Pikachu..." Ash said as he pulled out his Rotom Phone

Your Pikachu has learned Pika Papow. The more Pikachu loves its Trainer, the greater the move's power.

"Alright Pikachu, let's end this. Use Pika Papow!" Ash said

"PIIIKAAAACHUUUUUUUUU!" Pikachu yelled as he fired multiple bolts of electricity into the air, then a huge bolt of lightning came down, hit Mega Gengar & caused an explosion. When the smoke cleared, Mega Gengar had fainted & reverted back to its previous form.

"What?" Phantom said shockingly "But how?"

"It's like Serena said; we never give up until it's over." Ash said

"Hm." Phantom said as he returned Gengar "You're strong, but your luck will shortly run out."

"Why are you hurting so many Pokémon with experiments?" Ash asked

"Because Pokémon are nothing but business & we must succeed at any cost, even when sacrifices are necessary." Phantom said

"You still have the nerve to..." Ash growled before being interrupted

"You say your Pokémon are your friends, but you continue to let your friends feel the pains of battle & suffer in defeat." Phantom said

"..." Ash stood in silence

"I must go, we will meet again soon, Ash Ketchum." Phantom evilly chuckled as thick mist surrounded the office. When the mist cleared, He was gone

Later the police arrived & arrested several of the grunts while the president & the scientists thanked the gang at the Pokémon Center

"Thank you so much for your help." The president said gratefully

"You're welcome." Ash said

"We're glad everyone is safe along with Silph." Serena said

"how can we ever repay you?" The president said "Oh yes, I know."

The president gave Ash a purple Poké Ball with two brighter purple circles on the sides of the top, & a white letter "M" printed on the top.

"Is this the Master Ball?" Ash asked

"Yes, there's also something else we want to give you." A scientist said as he pulled out a white Poké Ball

"What's that?" Meowth said

"It's a Premier Ball, a Poké Ball that is used to catch rare Pokémon." Brock said

"It's not just the Premier Ball, it's what's inside that counts." The scientist said as he sent out a pink & light blue polyhedral Pokémon

"Porygon." The Pokémon said

"It's a Porygon." Brock gasped surprisingly as Ash pulled out his Rotom Phone

Porygon, the Virtual Pokémon, a Normal Type. Porygon were first created 20 years ago, & at the time, they were made with cutting-edge technology. By converting itself into data, this Pokémon can travel through cyberspace.

"Those are very rare Pokémon." Brock said

"Are sure I can have this Pokémon?" Ash asked

"Yes, you have earned & we know that you'll take great care of it." The scientist said as he gave Ash Porygon's Premier Ball

"Okay, Porygon return." Ash said as he returned Porygon

Porygon has been registered to you Pokédex

Ability: Download

Hidden Ability: Analytic

Known Moves: Conversion, Sharpen, Tackle, Thunder Shock, Psybeam, Agility, Barrier, Recover, Magnet Rise, Signal Beam, & Thunder Wave

So with Silph Co being saved from Team Rocket, the gang press on to Viridian City as the journey continues

Well, I hope you liked it. Ash getting a Porygon is based on the Pokémon games Let's go Pikachu, & Let's go Eevee. It's a shame that Porygon's evolution chain never made it in the anime & we all know why. But hey, at least I can put Porygon & it's evolution chain in my stories, I mean there's no rule about that. I would like to thank Tevinblair for the Sabrina warning the gang idea & putting Serena's speech into this chapter idea.
