A week after the incident with Team Rocket going After Kaelyn, the group are back in Lumiose City just to pass on through. They are now walking through the streets of the Largest City in Kalos, and Kaelyn is running in front with Bonnie.

"Could we stay here for a day so I can look around? I never had the chance to sightsee the first time we were here." Serena asks looking at Prism Tower. "W..well maybe next time. We should go! We don't want to have Ash wait for his first gym battle." Clemont says slightly panicked.

Bonnie and Kaelyn come back to the group and Bonnie nervously smiles. "Is there something you two are hiding?" Ash asks looking into Clemont's eyes. "No of course not! Just cmon lets go!" Bonnie says pulling Kaelyn along, and Clemont starts to drag Ash and Serena along as well.

"Clemont! Bonnie! There you two are!" A man says coming up behind the two siblings. They quickly stop dragging Ash, Serena, and Kaelyn along and turn to him. "Dad?" Clemont questions. "Daddy!" Bonnie shouts with a nervous smile.

"Who are they?" He asks looking at Kaelyn, Ash, and Serena. "They are our new friends! Ash, Serena, and Kaelyn!" Bonnie exclaims pointing to each one respectively. "Oh I'm so happy for you both! My name is Meyer and thank you so much for being my two kids friends" Meyer says with a smile. Clemont and Bonnie laugh nervously.

He sees Ash and Serena with them holding hands. "Clemont you should be like them. You need a girlfriend." Meyer says laughing. "Anyway Where have you two been? Aren't you supposed to be doing your gym leader duties Clemont?" He asks and Ash and Serena look at Clemont in shock.

"Well you see.." Clemont says scratching the back of his head. "Ah forget it, you'll tell me tonight over dinner." Meyer says smiling. "Bring your new friends too. See ya!" Meyer shouts running off towards where no one knows except maybe, possibly, Clemont and Bonnie. Ash and Serena wave to him and then turn back to Clemont and Bonnie and laugh nervously.

"Clemont why didn't you tell us you were a gym leader?! Ash shouts at Clemont. "Because I was embarrassed.." Clemont replies looking at the ground. "What do you mean embarrassed?" Serena asks as Bonnie and Kaelyn run around the three. "Well.."

That Evening...

"You lost control of YOUR gym to YOUR robot?!" Meyer exclaims looking at Clemont. "Yep.. I did but I didn't mean to! I accidentally programmed him wrong and he kicked me out." Clemont says trying to make his point made, and Meyer sighs at his son. "Well I never thought you'd make a mistake.." Meyer says softly.

"I promise we will get the gym back. Tonight though, I want to battle Ash. I haven't had the chance yet." Clemont says determination flashing in his eyes..

The group arrives to Lumiose City for a short pass through, but now have the task of taking the Lumiose Gym back. But first, a Battle between Ash and Clemont is brewing. See what happens next, as the Journey continues...
