Sorry but this is going to be the sh-ttiest ending yet. Again, sorry but I couldn't think of anything else, my inspiration was going out and I didn't want to drag this out forever.

"Hurry up!" a girl, or young woman, called excitedly. "I can see it!"

The boy, or young man really, she was talking to laughed. "Calm down, no need to get so excited."

"Why not?" the girl bounced up and down. "Aren't you excited to see your home?"

Naruto Uzumaki let out a soft smile. "Yes, I am."

"Then come on!" the girl tugged on him as they quickened their pace.

"Ha, slowpokes!" A friend of theirs taunted, his fuchsia eyes sparkling as his mouth curved up into a big grin.

"Oh, you wanna bet?" Naruto challenged.

Yagura snorted. "Fine, I'll let you off the hook this time since I know you inherited Minato's speed. But don't expect me to do that all the time, ya hear me?"

Naruto sweatdropped slightly. "I'm the one letting you off the hook here. . ."

"Shut up," Yagura grumbled. 

"You two, quit bickering and get a move on," a motherly voice scolded them as a blonde woman bypassed them, a man wearing shades running alongside her.

"Yeah, quit being a child Yagura," a male voice snickered as a brown-haired, kimono-wearing man floated by on a bubble.

"Oh there is no way in hell I'm losing to Utukata!" Yagura snarled and set off sprinting.

"And there is no way in hell I'm losing to Yagura!" Naruto declared as he set off at breakneck speed. Just as the gate was nearing his sights, he jumped high, the sun illuminating him as he soared over the gate and flashed to the Uchiha Compound.

"Oh my Kami!" the boy screamed as a body tackled him the moment he arrived. "What the hell, man?!"

"Naruto why the f--k did you not send us any word for three whole weeks?!" a duckbutt Uchiha cried, shaking him hard. "Do you know how worried we were?! And then you just come in here without any notification?! Did you forget we are your family you idiot?!"

"I'm sorry Sasuke now get off me!" Naruto exclaimed, wrestling him over.

Sasuke Uchiha growled slightly and stood up, jerking his pouting brother to his feet. "Sorry, but you seriously had us worried."

"Sorry, but we were travelling," Naruto whined. "Where's Mom and Dad?"

"At the Hokage's Office."

"F--k."

"Language, otouto."

"Oh, hey Ita-nii! Can we go see Mom and Dad now?"

"Depends if you want to go to the Hokage's Office. They'll be back soon, though."

"Eh, the guys will probably be tearing up the village soon looking for me, so I'll head over there," Naruto said, looking around with slight nervousness as if he expected to see eight people destroying the village this very minute.

Sasuke and Itachi sweatdropped until their arms were grabbed and they were flashed to the Hokage's Office.

"What the -" Sasuke quickly swivelled around and puked into the bin. 

"Give us warning next time, otouto," Itachi managed to say, his face looking rather pale as he held a hand over his mouth just in case he would follow his little brother's reaction.

"Oops. . ." Naruto rubbed the back of his head sheepishly. "I forgot that you guys aren't accustomed to the flashy travelling."

Sasuke glared at Naruto as he wiped his mouth. "Yeah, suuuuuuuuuuure."

Naruto shrugged and then noticed his adoptive parents standing there. "Hey Mom, Dad! I'm home!" 

"Hello Naruto," Mikoto smiled as she brought her son into a hug. "We've missed you."

"And I missed you," Naruto smiled as he returned the hug. 

"Where's the Hokage?" Sasuke whispered to his father, only just noticing the absence of the Yellow Flash.

"Hmm? Oh, Minato had to go outside for a minute. I think it was because Kushina sent him a message saying she was pregnant again or something. Anyway, you guys got lucky."

Sasuke snickered. "I would've punched him out the window for intruding on a family moment if he was still here."

Fugaku rolled his eyes as Itachi poked his brother's forehead at the ludicrous statement.

When they parted, Naruto took in his eight jinchuuriki friends and then brought the green-haired girl forward.

"Mom, this is my uh, girlfriend. Fuu."

"Nice to meet you, Fuu," Mikoto said politely, shaking her hand. "Take care of my boy for me, okay? He's quite a trouble magnet."

"Mom!" Naruto yelled.

Mikoto laughed as Fugaku walked forward. "You know she's only teasing, son."

Naruto huffed. "That doesn't make it any less embarrassing."

Mikoto and Fugaku exchanged looks of amusement before Fugaku reached out a hand to ruffle the blonde locks.

"Okaeri, sochi."

Naruto looked back at them with slightly wide eyes, then he smiled.

"Tadaima, kazoku*."

*According to Google Translate, "kazoku" means "family".
