- Peter's Point of View -

"Goooooooood mornin'!" Tanya says as soon as I open the door.

She walks in and immediately heads to our fridge, taking out a cheese stick and biting off the top, pealing the rest off the sides. She was more like a sibling then any friend.

"Mornin." I laughed, closing the door.

"Hey Tanya!" My little sister Rose says, coming down the stairs.

"Oh hey flower."

Okay, Tanya has this habit of giving everyone, and I mean EVERYONE, a nickname. Weather if it's shortening their names or just giving them an entirely new one.

"Soooooo, what's up?" She asks me.

"What do you mean?"

I had the sneaking suspicion that she knew what I was thinking.

"You know what I mean. There isn't a moment in the day when you don't tease me about something I said. What's wrong?"

"Hey, you tease me just as much."

"You still haven't answered my question." She said, grabbing two bananas.

She passed one of them to Rose and then started to wave a finger at me.

"You better spill. You know I can tell what you're thinking if I have a moment to spare." She laughed.

"Ugh, it's just a bad day...Uh oh!" I said as I realized what was going to happen next.

"CAUSE YOU HAD A BAD DAY, YOU'RE TAKIN' ONE DOWN, YOU SING A SAD SONG JUST TO TURN IT AROUND!" They sang together, using the bananas as microphones.

"YOU SAY YOU DON'T KNOW, YOU TELL ME DON'T LIE, YOU WORK AT A SMILE AND YOU GO FOR A RIDE...YOU HAD A BAD DAY, THE CAMERA DON'T LIE, YOU'RE COMING BACK DOWN AND YOU REALLY DON'T MIND, YOU HAD A BAD DAYYYYYYY...You had a bad day!" They finished.

I started to clap sarcastically and they took a bow in good humor.

"Not anymore I don't...You certainly know how to change a fellows mood." I laughed.

"Of course. I grew up with two girls that looked exactly like me. It starts to get annoying when one of your triplets starts crushing on a guy. I know how to handle it."

"So, have you ever crushed?"

"Who? Me? No, no, no, no, no. Not me. Too much trouble." She answered, peeling her banana.

I smiled and opened the fridge, pulling out a string cheese for myself.

"So, how come I've never seen your sisters?"

"How do you know you haven't?" Rose said.

"They are triplets, after all."

"They may be triplets, but even triplets have different personalities." I observed.

"Too true, too true....They're off places. I haven't seen them in a while....Anyway, I was thinking."

"Uh oh." I said, trying to keep a strait face.

"I was wondering, if you would like to go on a road trip with me?" She rephrased it.

"Mmmm, where to?"

"Washington. I feel like going to the beach and I have a friend in a town near it. So, what do you think?"

"Hold up...You don't like traveling."

"No, but I like it once we get there. How bad can it be?"

The next day.........

"This is the worst trip EVVVEEEERRRR!" Tanya groaned.

"Well don't look at me. You were the one who wanted to go."

"Yeah but I never thought I could be cluster phobic. There's so much stuff in this car."

"No, it's just that the car is small." I corrected her.

"I'm just glad you let me come along." Rose said, enjoying the ride thoroughly.

"Well it was summer break and we couldn't rightly leave you alone at home." I told her.

"You're forgetting mom and dad."

"Oh yeah...Well they were fine with it."

"How can you guys talk so much. It's like a flock of hens was let loose." Tanya groaned again, hitting her head on the window for no apparent reason.

"We're just enjoying the beautiful things in life. And you should to."

"Hello." Tanya said, lifting her head from her laying position.

"What do we have here?"

We were driving through an open plain in Arizona and off in the distance you could see the glint of the sun on metal.

"I don't know...Could be a chemical plant." I thought out loud.

"What would a chemical plant be doing right next to a water whole?"

I hadn't even noticed that the water system was right next to it.

"Do you want to go check it out?"

"Sure...But leave the car here...I'm not so sure about this whole thing."

- Alright, here you go. Another update. I'm sooooo sorry it took so long, but writers block hit me like a bomb shell. Aaaannnnyyyway, I'd LOVE it if you guys could tell me what you think and votes do not go unnoticed. Thanks :D - Anna
