Mairin's POV:
I finished my chores and Grace said I could walk around the village–she's been really nice to me lately.

I shook my head and kept walking. The streets were calm, not much people. They were probably eating with their families.

"MAIRIN!!!!!" I looked over and saw Alain! "ALAIN WATCH OUT!!" Serena yelled. And before I knew it, Alain was on top of me!

We were blushing—i mean, who wouldn't be?! Alain quickly got up. "I'm so sorry! Are you hurt?" He asked while helping me up. I shook my head "No." I replied.

"Why were you guys running?" I asked. Serena looked at Alain and talked about Mal. "Oh no!! We need to find her!!!" I said. "We've been trying to find her all day, but no trace" Alain said. "Did you check outside the village?" I asked. Serena and Alain exchanged glances "No." They replied.

"She could've gone to the Loumious Badlands!!!!" Serena's eyes widened. "Oh no! That's not good!!" Alain said. I stood there confused. "The Loumious Badlands is a place just like the desert, only winds that go 90 mph" Serena said.

I put my hand on my heart.

"We could take Charizard!" Alain suggested. "But the winds would be too strong!" I said.

"Not for my Charizard!" Alain smirked.

"Oh goodness....." Serena and I said.
