Avni and Neil - what the hell.

They both screamed an unison and glared at each other with alot of hatred.

Asish - Avni listen beta.

Asish tries to speak but Avni cuts him off.

Avni - Dad, you want me to marry this chimpanzee? Like seriously dad? ( Shouts pointing to Neil).

Neil - hey, whom you're calling chimpanzee ?you annoying little prick. ( screams back ) 

Avni - How dare you Neil? How dare you to call me that? ( grits her teeth)

Paraksh - Avni and Neil stop it. Prakash says interrupting them.

Neil - Dad, how can you do this to me? I'd never marry this girl. ( with disbelief)

Avni - same here. I'd never marry a monkey.

Neil - Avni shut up or Else. ( glares)

Avni - or else what?  Huh? Or else what?  ( shouts) 

Asish - calm down avni please. ( pleading)

Avni - what calm down dad?. This irritating jerk. ( pointing towards Neil) I hate him. I hate him so much and you know that.  Sorry uncle , aunty I respect you alot. but for your son. I'm sorry.

Saying this avni ran to her room crying. Neil saw avni running upstairs  and gritted his teeth.

Neil - If I knew you bought me here for this, I'd have never come Dad. ( sternly) 

With that Neil stormed out of the Avni's house. While everyone sighed.

Sweta -  I know this will happen. Don't know why they both hate each other like this ( sighs) .

Neela - It's not like that swetaji. They love each other and I can see in their eyes but I really don't know why They pretend to hate each other.

Asish -  Praskash I'm sorry for Avni's behavior. I should have asked avni before . Neil is good guy I know but.. I'm really sorry. ( sadly)

Praksh - Even, I've fault asish. Don't be sorry it's okay. Talk with avni once again regarding this matter, I'll also try then we will decide  what to do. (pats on shoulder)

By saying they left and Neela ,asish walked upstairs to Avni's room but soon they were shocked to see their daughter's room shattered with pieces of glasses, pillows and books.

Neela - Avni.. What the hell are you doing ?( shouts ) 

Neela shouted as soon as she saw avni throwing things on ground. Avni broke the glass and turned around to face her parents but Asish gasped when he saw Avni's red teary face. She looked angry so angry.

Avni - how could you dad? ( whispers lowly looking at him )

Asish - avni..

Avni - How could you dad? How could take my life decision without even asking me? how could you? ( grits his teeth)

Ashish - Avni, calm down. I'm sorry for not asking you but Neil is a good guy for you and I know him as he was with you from childhood. ( calmly) 

Avni - You know him? I don't think so.  (sarcastically)

Asish didn't understood Avni's sentence.  he walked to her and cupped her cheeks wiping the tears that rolled down her face.

Asish - As a dad don't I want to give my daughters hand to someone trusty? I know you and Neil are having some issues but it doesn't mean he is bad right?

Avni starred at her dad shocked.

Avni - So, after all this you still want me to marry him? ( says bitterly)

Asish was about to reply but Neela interrupted them.

Neela - yes, and you will. You  will get married to Neil with or without your consent. ( sternly)

Avni starred at her mother for sometime. Her mother , who was with her in all the times and understood her every problem and now she is the only one who's forcing her into the relation she never wanted. Avni thought, How can they take her whole life decision without even asking her?  That too with the enemy she hates to the core?. After a while avni composed herself and she spoke something which made Ashish, Neela stunned.

Avni - Okay, I will marry Neil without my consent ( pauses ). But the next day of marriage, I'll kill myself and you will see my corpse on death bed.

Avni says seriously and walks out of room.

Mean While in Khanna mansion -

Neil - I didn't expect this from you dad and mom, How could you do this? You should have asked me once right? ( with disbelief)

Sweta - Neil, avni is a sweet girl. She is perfect for you. ( cups his cheeks) 

Neil - No mom she isn't perfect. I don't like her. ( grits his teeth) 

Prakash - Okay, tell me one damn reason that why don't you  like avni. ( asks) 

Neil stays silent for a minute and stares at ground , after a while he composed himself.

Neil -  She isn't my type dad. ( sternly).

Prakash - what is your type then? What type of girl you want? 

Neil - I want a girl, who is innocent and naive. I want a girl who wears traditional clothes and loves her family, husband most than others. I want a girl who knows to respect elder's and behave maturely in complicated situations unlike avni who did drama and insulted me in front of you an hour back and yeah there are many more reasons. I want to marry a girl who have all the qualities that I've mentioned and I believe avni doesn't have any of it.  

Neil said sternly and left leaving his parents astonished.

Avni was laying on her bed crying badly ,her eyes puffed up red and her cheeks had dried tear stain marks. She was sobbing from past one hour, her heart broke when her own parents wants her to be in a relationship which she doesn't like. Avni was thinking many things which made her cry more.

Avni - How could they do this to me ? ( sobs). I hate Neil . They don't know anything about him. He is heartless, cold jerk who punished me horribly and he even doesn't have regrets about that matter. ( cries) 

Suddenly Avni's eyes landed on the paper that was kept on the study table.

Avni wiped her tears and walked towards the table before she took a look at it.  after few minutes avni   realised it was the advertisement about the trip  from Mumbai to Maldives that too in a cruise ship. Avni starred at the pamphlet breiefy thinking about something seriously. She wanted break. Break from everything that made her fed up. From childhood avni was pampered and never left alone.  Avni's parents never sent her on school trips or any other vacations as they don't want  her only one daughter to get injured or get into trouble. If avni wanted to go somewhere,  they had to move along with her but due to business and many other reasons most of the time they avoided trips. Avni never had an opportunity thinking independent , her decisions were always took by her parents. They joined her in their decided college, selected stream and everything and even now her marriage was decided by her parents which made her vulnerable. It's not like they don't love avni, or vice versa. Avni loved her parents to the core and they loved her to infinity.

Avni took the pamphlet and settled herself on bed. She again read the contents of paper and saw the website that they had given to visit.

She quickly opened the website in her laptop and read few package details of the trip.

No,  it's wrong to lie. But if I don't lie then, I will miss this. (frowns ).

Avni - It's just 10 day trip, moreover they will provide everything from shelter to food then what's the worry. (sighs)  now, I've only one option that's lying. I don't care what will happen but I will definitely go on this trip. (  determined)

Thinking this avni took her phone and she called a certain number.

Avni - Hello, is this star cruise agency, I want to book a solo ticket for the trip ?
