How are u all....i know u all waiting  for the chapters....as i informed already I was sick and was not in a state to write or use mobile for long time...so only it took long for me...

So here is the next chapter. I am giving it as it has been so long that I updated...but I am not going to relent with the target next time....

Its been 3 days after Maithili has joined as the manager in the Singhania company. In this 3 days all she witnessed was Laksh always being with Raghav. Not even a second he was away from his brother. More than he is not away... Raghav didn't let him away from him. The only time Laksh was alone was the time he studied in their private room and Raghav having any important meeting or else he will be also there with him.

Maithili was confused why Laksh is here when he has to be attending his college. And she came to know that he is Raghav's PA..it's not like the prince of Singhania household should work in this age but she didn't knew the truth about him till now. But she came to know that Laksh is studying his college in correspondence and working as his dada's PA.

How much she did tried to find out why she couldn't. But one thing was evident that Raghav is so protective of Laksh and both the brothers love each other like anything. Laksh obeyed Raghav with just a stern look and Raghav whenever scolds him will be found pacifying his kid brother in next 20 minutes. But it seemed Laksh always preferred to attract troubles and get scolded by his Dada.

In fact it was a way of Laksh to keep himself assured that his Dada loves him. He will deliberately get into trouble sometimes and gets scolded by Raghav and will wait for him to come and pacify him. It was his way of making his heart to believe no matter what his Dada will be with him. Raghav who understood his dilemma always assured him with love.

Maithili entered Raghav's cabin to get signature in a file only to witness Laksh whining and complaining about the assignment he have to submit in that weekend class.

Laksh: dada...this sum sucks dada...i hate it....

Raghav: are u serious Laksh...this is the most easiest formula in statistics and i very well knew u would have learnt in the school itself...

Laksh: but i am not liking it na....so only i opted to another subject during the admission but u didn't let me....

Maithili who stood silently cleared her throat as both the brothers didn't bothered to realise her presence...one too much annoyed with the sum and the other one annoyed with first one.

Raghav: yes Ms. Sharma....he asked formally when Laksh shook his head in disbelief. His Dada will never change.

Maithili: i came to get ur sign in this sir....she said giving him the file.

Raghav took the file and looked at Laksh who was looking at them and not doing his work.

Raghav: Laksh...i think ur sum is on ur notebook not on our face....

Laksh huffed and made a face getting back to solve the problem. Maithili suppressed a laugh looking at the annoying kid who was struggling with his maths. She found Laksh so adorable and cute. He was so innocent and naive. But what she didn't know was this innocent and naive kid can tolerate as much as insults and taunts.

Laksh: no...i am done....i can't do this anymore dada....i am done...he huffed and put the pen down.

Maithili: can i help with that....

Both the brothers looked at her one with shock and another with a huge grin on his face.

Laksh: u know statistics di....

Maithili: i did my major in Statistics kid....she said smiling at him. Raghav remembered her academics and she was the topper on the subject having 98%

Laksh: don't call me kid di....i am not a kid...dada also calls me like that only....he huffed...

Maithili: u are indeed a kid Laksh...a cute kid....

Raghav looked at their conversation and somewhere he like the way she was behaving so softly with his kid but the same time he didn't liked the way they were getting close with eachother.

Maithili: u want help or not....she asked softly but Laksh looked at Raghav for permission. That small gesture attracted her more. He was indeed Raghav's kid. She could sense the father-son relationship between them but what made her confused was she never saw Laksh talking with Amal singhania his father or he talking to Laksh. She found that weird but shrugged if off.

Raghav got a urgent call to attend and he nodded at Laksh to get help from her. Maithili happily sat beside Laksh and started teaching him. It was indeed the easiest problem in statistics but he was whining like it's was most complicated one. Raghav was on the call but his eyes were fully on Maithili and Laksh.

He saw how Laksh was whining and a smile formed on his face. His little brat will never change...and also he how patiently Maithili was teaching him. She was being friendly and the same time strict with him. She even twisted his ears when he answered the question wrong intentionally. But Raghav could see how gentle she was with him. But somewhere in his heart it doesn't settled well with him the way she was with Laksh.

Raghav felt jealous and more than jealous he was feeling insecure. He didn't want anyone to create distance between him and his brother. From childhood his parents has tried their best to take Laksh away from Raghav. Once they even sent Laksh to the orphanage at his age of 8 and Raghav was 14. Raghav was on his school trip for a week and when he came back his little brother was nowhere to be seen and no one answered him.

It was Ripu who told him that his bade papa and bade ma took Laksh somewhere the next day he went on the school trip and they returned without him. And also he told how Laksh was crying so badly when they took him forcefully. On that day Raghav started to hate his parents internally but he always respected them. And after 2 weeks of constant fight with his parents only they brought back Laksh from the orphanage.

But after the return from orphanage the Laksh who always wanted his papa and mumma's love started to keep distance from them. He agreed when they kept a condition to live in the outhouse. He agreed to do all the house hold chores but not to tell anything to his brother. But the way Raghav loved him made him to agree for anything to be with his Dada...to be loved by his Dada...so till now he was doing that..still somethings not known by Raghav....

By the time Raghav came back Laksh was happily closing his notebook. He completed the assignment with her help.

Raghav: completed....

Laksh: haa...now i am free...now let's go na...i am so hungry...he said rubbing his belly.

Raghav caressed his head and smiled.

Raghav: go and wait in the car...we will have lunch in ur fav place..Laksh gave a huge smile and the next second he was at the door but stopped and turned around.

Laksh: thank u so much for the help di....he said with a charming smile and left. Maithili also smiled and was about to go when Raghav stopped her.

Raghav: it was so sweet of u to help him Ms.Sharma...and thank u for that....but from next time keep urself away from him in situations like this...i can very well take care of my brother....he said in a cold tone shocking her. It was clear warning that he didn't like the way she teached Laksh. She just nodded her head and left from there. Raghav sighed in frustration and took his car keys as his brother will be waiting....

KG institute of Arts and science, Mumbai.

Bharath was standing near his art which he chose to exhibit that day...the institute conducted a exhibition of arts and most of the artists around the city was there exhibiting their own works. Bharth was also there on the compulsion of someone special. He chose to exhibit the arts he painted on the topic 'Brotherhood'....

He has always admired Raghav for loving all of them equally but he was one step ahead in admiring the bond of Raghav and Laksh. He still remembered how Raghav took Laksh in his hands when they found him on their door step with just a letter stating ' this is the result of ur one night stand Mr. Amal Singhaniya'....

Everyone in the family was in shock. His bade ma didn't believed the message came with the just one day old baby boy. She even told her husband to get rid off the baby. But it was Raghav who found the baby first on their door step at his 6 and when he refused to give the baby back. As his parents loved him enough to let him keep the baby...but after sometime when they found the orbs of the baby as same as Amal they went to do DNA test and found that baby was indeed his child. Still he didn't wanted to accept him and also his wife supported him blindly.

Bharth witnessed the fatherly love between Raghav and Laksh from then too...so he captured the moment with his art.

He saw them growing up with so much love which made himself love his baby brother.

But what astonished Bharath was Raghav was not only showing his love to Laksh but to all of them. The four brothers remained like a thick wall...he knew their parents don't like Laksh but Raghav made sure Laksh was loved by all the brothers. He still remembers the time they spent together....

So he exhibited his arts based on their brothers love...he was standing there explaining about his art to the viewers. As it was taking place in the college..the students of the college were also allowed to come. As the students were enjoying the arts one group of boys were teasing and taunting the arts.

When they came near Bharth and his painting they stopped and started to speak non sense. As Bharth was always a silent kid he didn't wanted to get into a fight. So he remained silent. But the boys were going out of control talking bad about the love between the brothers. And one of them crossed the limit when he suddenly took the painting from its stand and was about to crash it on the floor.

Bharath got panicked and was about to stop them when someone stopped the boy from his back. All of them turned to see and gulped in fear seeing the lady don of their college...the final year student and also the students committee head. Everyone knew how bold and sassy she is. And she will not hesitate to broke the others bone.

Boy: m..mam...

Girl: give the art back...she said coldly...

The boy gave back the painting but another one stopped. She looked at him angrily..the another boy took the painting and held it throw it on the floor...

Bharath: my painting....Manvi...he said running towards the painting. He was about to bent down to take the painting from the floor when the boy who threw it came down and fell on the ground groaning in pain.

Bharath looked up and saw Manvi his childhood best friend beating the hell out of those boys. Atlast they ran from there asking sorry to both of them. Bharth came to her and hugged her.

Bharath: thanks Manvi....

Manvi: it's ok....but thanks for accepting my invite....

Bharath: was that invite....u literally made me sign the form at knifepoint....for that my lovely brothers were ur support....

Manvi: whatever....but ur painting is awesome Bharath.....she said excited and he smiled a bit.

Then he got a call from his younger brother Ripu and came to know that their parents are not going to be home today and Raghav has planned a brothers time eve party....he was more than happy as he always loved those moments...when Ripu came to know about Manvi is with him he asked her also to join to which she accepted gladly.... 

So guys here is the next chapter.....

There will be next set of characters sketch after all the new characters are introduced...

And about BLOOD IS THICKER THAN WATER the next chapter will be updated only after the target is completed fully....I have given enough time for that but u guys didn't do the work ...
