Five years has passed since Hiccup defeated Red Death. It was thanks to him that all dragons were just misunderstood and been threaten to survive under her rule. 

Although, he was grateful that he had Toothless, his night fury to help him accomplish this goal, but something felt something else. 

It was not a single thing he wouldn't forgive himself. It was something that he buried inside. The memory of Kara. 

Even though he never show his true feelings about that day, he never smiled about it, or the fact that he ever mentioned it to his Dragon friends about it, not even to his girlfriend, Astrid Hofferson. 

"Hey." She said, as the teen was gazing onto the new land he had discovered. "Oh, hi." He replied as she sat next to him. 

"Has something bothering you? Is it because of your dad pressuring you to become Chief of Berk so badly?"

Hiccup sighs, as recalling of mentioning of his persuasion . "Hiccup, I want you to become Chief. I wouldn't be around sooner or later. 

And you being so reckless, I thought it would be best to you to lead this village." 

Hiccup asked, "Why would he ask me to become the Chief? It's not like I don't want to, but ... it's not come to mind to me at all." 

"Oh, and what else could be?" Astrid asked, as to trying to cheer him up. Toothless sniffed the air, as the black dragon sensed something. 

"What is it, bud?" The young teen asked his dragon as he scooped him up into his seat as that Toothless soared into the land and spotted a white night fury and a young teenager, trapped by a net.

Hiccup was puzzled. He never seen a white night fury before, and he was curious of how this girl even encounter one. 

"Are you ok?" He asked, as that the girl was unspoken and uncurious, mostly because of the trap and had multiple bruises . 

He cuts the trap off and gently catches the young girl in his arms. Toothless continues sniffing at the white dragon to get familiar with its scent. 

"Easy there bud. There is no chance that you would be familiar with this new dragon. " He said, trying to ease with him. 

He decided on his behalf to bring this rider into Berk, and decide of what to do there .
