CHAPTER 29 - POSSESSIVE BROTHER

ARJUN'S POV

As soon as I dashed outside, I morphed into one of my newly evolved wolf. Jace and I were suppose to interact but the dead tiring change took a lot of energy.

"You doubt" murmured Jace.

It's nice to hear you. I said in return and he grinned. I hope he liked to be my wolf.

"Off course, you have a very exciting life ahead and a cutie sister too." He punched lovingly.

Well, it's not just me, you have her as a sister. After all you are my partner in crime.

"Yup, I loved her. She is so cute, so small and pretty too. So much like a doll."

And now that she has her mate, she will be even more strong.

"Yup, I want to know everything about her. Could you share what all happened until now, not that I'm forcing you but you know, you could share, so that I can help you and her too."

I don't want to remember everything that we left behind, instead can you see it from my memories.

"Ohk, that will do."

Jace soaked all of Arjun's memories as if they were his own and trembled on his legs feeling the intensity of what all their sister suffered.

Upon hearing or say visualizing the entire past, he reverberated with a thunderous growl that I myself got scared of my own wolf. And he took off towards our house. I never thought he would be reacting this way all of a sudden.

JACE'S POV

Upon knowing everything, what all our little sister suffered, I couldn't stand without knowing how she was. I needed her to be safe, no I wanted her in front of me, to assure that she was safe. So I ran, I ran all the way to our home and stood outside to morph in my human skin.

Once done, I ran inside to see Pierce sitting in front of the plasma enjoying all the way while giggling sounds could be heard from upstairs. It seems Pierce to heard that, so he just increased the voice up with a knowing smile.

I made a move to Anika's room, to find her under Damien, who was now hovering over her petite figure and peppering sweet kisses on her collarbone and she was giggling to his soft touches. But what made my nostrils fuel up was the now exposed part of her chest. No one touches my sister in an intimate way and with that I let out a thunderous growl that reverberated throughout the mansion and Damien pulled apart from Anika, only to gather her in his arms and present her properly. Another growl erupted within me when he touched her.

"Calm down Jace, she is my mate, other than your sister."

Whatever, there is no right for you to touch her inappropriately and that fueled his anger.

"What is inappropriate? She is M.I.N.E. My mate, and I can do whatever I feel to do with her and that's not at all indecisive." He roared. The Alpha within him wanted to claim what was his. His hold around Anika tightened and she started wriggling in his arms. I stood near them and pulled them away, carefully placing Anika on the bed and dragged the pup with his collars out of the room and closed the door on his face.

After that all I could hear were his growls and Pierce trying to calm him down.

Then I moved towards Athena, who was now awake and was grinning obvious that I was mad at her. 'GROWL' I tried to grab her attention and she looked at me with a daze. Another growl from me and she was out of her reverie.

"You are not my brother, who are you?" she asked softly and that somehow lowered my temper to her cocky mate.

Jace, his wolf and you.

"Obvious, if I'm his sister, I'm yours too" she chuckled softly at my foolishness.

I know that, so is there anything that I can do for you.

"Yep, bathe me."

What! Are you even serious. You just now said, that I'm your brother and I.. me...

"It's just that Arjun use to do that whenever I had a nightmare or a dream"

And why would he do something stupid like this.

"Because I couldn't help myself after the fatigue caused by the dreams"

Okay, come along. I never knew Arjun could do this. But then he piped and said, "Dude, I've my eyes closed." Ohh, that was the case then I too could do the same.

After getting her cleaned, I picked her in my arms and got down to feed her growling tummy. Her mate jumped on sensing us and what I thought that his growling had stopped, now started with a renowned force. His eyes were obsidian black showing his wolf was in control and let me tell you he didn't like us being there with wet hair and same enticing smell. He stood up and marched towards us, his eyes showing the blaze that could destroy anything that would come in his way.

"Come here" he ordered for my sister. But she was helpless and looked at me for help. But seeing our little interaction, he growled loudly and she yelped in fear and snuggled in me seeking protection. I turned over and came back to her room, placed her on the bed and left to get her some food.
