AITRI'S POV

We arranged everything for Amma's birthday. I bought something for Aarvik when we were in mall. I will give him tonight. After making all the arrangements we shouted when we heard footsteps. We got really shock at what we saw. I mean Amma is wearing a gown. OMG! I never thought that she will wear modern dress and dad is in three piece suit. Here we are wearing traditional for them. I feel pity for Chiko, she almost took 2 hours to tie her saree.

"What happened children?", Appa asked in a cool tone. "Dad I have seen you wearing suits but mom, she never used to wear even a salwar and today gown that too with a side cut",Viku said.

"Well your dad literally made me wear it", mom said. She blurred out that without thinking anything and started blushing. "But you are looking really hot aunty", Mukilan winked at her.

"Stay away from my wife young man. Get someone for yourself", dad pulled mom more to him.

"Wow uncle still so possessive about aunty huh?", Mukilan teased them. There entered other couple.

"Wow mom you look super cool in that dress", Dhruv went and hugged Parvathi aunty. She is looking really gorgeous.

"Dad you look handsome too", Rakshan went and hugged his dad.

"Somebody complement me too", Grandmother entered. Really the family has become royal like England royal family. And here me, Aathu, Pradhu and Chiko looked at each other.

"Why did you all did this to us aunties? We got ready to give you company. Now we are looking like aunties and you are looking as hotties", Chiko said. "You are an aunty", Mukilan said to her. "Have you done any degree to irritate people?", Chiko asked him. "Well just to irritate you. I have got Ph.D you know", Mukilan said.

"Guys stop your silly fights. Amma come let's cut the cake", I told her. Everyone came in. The party began. Chiko slipped in her saree almost every step she took and Mukilan took those opportunities to tease her. Pradhi and Dhruv were also doing their fighting job perfectly.

"Aitri I need a gift from you", Amma said. "From me?", I questioned her.

"I know you are a very good dancer. I want you to dance for a song", she said.

"Amma, How did you know this?", I asked her. Only Aathu and Pradhu knows about it. Because I started dancing only after these three idiots left for London. So they would've not said.

"Last year in our school annual day function you choreographed a dance.", Mom said.

"Amma I can't I mean I just know a little", I told her. How can I dance in front of everyone?

"Come on Anni(SIL) don't be shy", Dhruv teased me. Now I get it why Pradhu is calling him drunken monkey. I am going to kill him one day.

"Maybe she will dance infront of Anna (Elder brother) alone", Rakshan joined him. This guy I thought him as sensible. Today he is also not in my side.

"Aiyu dance, see your MIL is asking something from you on her birthday how can you deny it?", Pradhu said. I have traitors all around me.

"Come on Aiyu she is not asking you to give her a grand child.", Chiko said. I looked at her with shock.

"That will be my next birthday wish. Oh sorry maybe after my DIL completes her dream of becoming an IAS officer. On that birthday I will wish for a grand child.", Amma said. I am crimson red now.

"Offo, just dance Aiyu and stop blushing", Aathu said. "See who is saying you are blushing whenever you hear Rakshan's name itself", Pradhu said. Thank god at least this time she is supporting me.

"Aiyu dance na please", Viku asked me. I nodded.

"See at last you are doing it only when Anna(elder brother) is asking you. Not fair Anni(SIL)", Dhruv said. Viku glared at him.

I asked Pradhu to play "Kalvare Kalvare" song. I have already choreographed for that song once in school. And also that is my favorite.

"You are dedicating the dance to Periamma(aunty) or Anna (elder brother)",Rakshan asked me. I glared at him. When he will romance with Aathika I will see him.

I started dancing after all my favorite song. I looked at Aarvik because this song indicated about partner.

AARVIK'S POV

God she is dancing like Apsaras. Whenever she looked at me at some of the lyrics, she literally took my heart away. Now I have no doubt, Chiko was hundred percent right. I am in love with this girl. I was so foolish that I have not realized that yet. She finished the song. Everyone stood up and clapped for her.

"Now it is Aathika's turn", Mom said. Aiyu looked at her like now go and die.

"Wh.. What me?", she slurred. She is always shy. "Yea you. We know even you will dance well", Parvathi aunty said.

So today all MIL's are teasing their DIL's. Aiyu came near me after the performance. She looked at me.

"You were so seductive when you danced", I whispered. "What", she shouted.

"What happened Aitri?", grandmother questioned her. "Nothing grandma. I just wanted to ask Aathika what song she is going to dance?", Aiyu made an excuse.

"Aiyu play "Nannare" song", Aathika said. Aiyu went near Pradhu and played the song. Aathika started her performance. She really danced well not more than Aiyu though. That is for me. But someone is really looking at her as if he is going to eat her anytime. I went near Rakshan.

"Don't worry brother. She is all yours. You don't have to look at her like this", I told him. He chuckled.

We all clapped after her performance. So I hope everything got over. But the next shock was waiting.

"Pradhu your turn", Parvathi aunty said. She almost spilled the juice she was drinking.

"Aunty why are you pulling me into your teasing game? I am not your DIL anyway", she told her.

"So what? you can dance for us", both the queens said. But why do I feel that there is a reason behind it.

"What song for you chimpanzee?", Dhruv asked her. "Just shut up you drunken monkey", Pradhu shouted.

"Why don't you both perform together?", mom asked them. We all were shocked. Really it is like asking India and Pakistan to play together.

"NO WAY", they both said together.

"Come on can't you this for your periamma(aunty) and Amma Dhruv?", Parvathi aunty asked him.

"Fine just for her and you.", Dhruv said. Now Pradhu is obviously screwed.

"What song can we play for you both?", Aiyu asked them.

"Any song will be fine", Pradhu said.

Actually Dhruv dances really well. That is one of the reasons why he is a playboy.

"We will play "Vaarayo Vaarayo" song from movie Aadhavan", Aathika chirped.

"What I should do a couple dance with him then", Pradhu whined.

"Atleast for today stay together", Rakshan said.

They both started their dance. OMG! Man the floor was on fire. I never know that the tom and jerry can become so romantic too. No one can say that they are fighting partners when they danced.

I wish to dance the same way with Aitri. The song ended but they stayed in the same position. We all coughed all of a sudden. Not bad my family is really having common sense. They both came out of each other's embrace.

"Let's have a dance together" Mukilan said. Then we started playing random music. I danced with my mom, aunt and grandma.

We were all in the floor together. Then the current went off. Within 2 minutes it came back

Then I saw Aitri in floor with the pool of blood near her.
