The healer then looked up at him. "When I was six...a demon cursed me with this unbreakable healing curse" Faith explained.

The original looked now with sympathy at the young girl who sat infront of him on the bed.

"I am sorry that you are dealing with this. You do not by any means deserve this..." he said.

He wanted to destroy the demon who did this. He felt like he needed to protect this girl with his life. No one could ever hurt her without consequenses.

"It is fine..I am used to it.." she replied which was the truth.

But ofcourse by no means she enjoyed it. It was tearing her apart.

"But thank you for helping me again" she said, and then yawned. After everything that had happened the witch was exhausted.

"No problem child" the male said and then looked at the girl who yawned.

"You should rest" he remarked as he stood up.

But the healer did not want the vampire to leave. "Will you stay with me?" she asked a bit shy.

She did not feel comfortable neither safe around Damon so falling asleep was hard.

Elijah smiled gently at her and nodded. "Ofcourse little one" he answered at which Faith layed down in bed as the noble one then tucked her in.

He layed besides her which caused the witch to move closer to the vampire, her eyes closing, feeling safe with him somehow. The original ruffeling softly through her hair as he listened to her breathing. Slowly she drifted away into a deep slumber in one of the strongest vampires his arms.

"Babe...your arm" A worried voice made Faith wake up to Holly shaking her a bit.

She knew this side of Faith. And she knew the healer would never on purpose make people mad or upset.

"Damon....he pinned me against the wall...yelled at me and he even locked me up" she said at which her voice shook a bit.

Holly her eyes widened. "HE WHAT??" she yelled as her eyes glew yellow.

Faith noticed this and grabbed the blonde her arm to try and calm her down.

"It's fine...Holly it's fine okay" she said looking into her brown eyes.

''Fine...fine??'' she said in disbelief as she ripped her arm out of Faith her grip and looked at the miror.

Holly wasn't okay with it all. She stood up from the bed at which Faith noticed Elijah was gone.

At the grill Alaric, Damon and Andie were at a table.

''Maybe we shouldn't talk about this here.'' Alaric said as he glanced over at Andie.

''I just need the right opportunity.'' the vampire said now but then smiled as he saw Jenna and Elijah walk inside of the grill.

''So I hear you two had quite a meeting of historical minds today.'' Damon said to the blonde woman.

''Well, as much as I'd like to continue this, I've got papers to grade.'' Alaric said as he stood up with a sigh as he definitly didnt want to be near Elijah who was now with Jenna.

''Yes I do...why?'' she asked as she layed onto the couch and cocked her head to the side to look at him as he pulled out a small black box.

The girl now sat straight as he walked up to her.

''Consider this as a thank you'' he said as he gave it to her.

The witch took the box and looked up at the male. She was confused. Yes she felt safe and all with him, but why giving her a present, she wondered.

''Why thank you?'' she asked.

''I think you know what...'' he said with a warm smile.

Faith then smiled as she realized what he was talking about.

''To be honest it is nothing...but thank you'' she said as she opened the small box.

Her eyes now lightened up as a soft smile formed onto her lips. In the box layed a silver necklase with a silver rose attached to it. A rose had a lot of meanings for her.

''It's beautiful....you didnt have to do that'' she said as she picked it up.

The original watched the girl reaction to the gift. He had a small feeling he knew her, a feeling some memories were blocked. A feeling that she was apart of that.

Ever since he met the girl he grown attached to her and started to read things about a healer. Seeing always the rose symbol. This had drawn him to buy this specific necklase to give the girl. Not knowing he was really close to the answer to it all.

T THE SALVATORE HOUSE AGAIN,

Faith twirled infront of the mirror, wearing her long black sleeved dress together with the necklase. Holly was wearing a purple dress while Athena a blue one, and Skylar a green one.

Happily the girl went to the diningtable and sat down, seeing that everyone already were there.

''I came too late didn't I..'' the witch said as she blinked a couple of times.

Her girlfriend placed a hand on her leg, giggeling a bit as she was tipsy. ''Yes you are love'' she said.

''Where are Alaric, Elijah and Damon?'' the little witch now asked her two other friends who seemed to be a bit more sober.

Skylar though was twisting a salt bottle above her girlfriend mouth who had it a bit open.

''Okay.....I am not even going to ask'' she said at which Skylar giggled and continued with what she was doing.

Jenna and Andie were in the kitchen, cleaning up and Faith knew then that she was too late.

She had been having a weird feeling and was tired. Now she stood up, looking for the missing people, mainly Elijah who she was worried for now.

After a while Jenna and Andie left , and Faith her friends were deep asleep. The tribrid then heard the frontdoor open. Stefan immediately gave Faith a hug when he saw her. The girl hugged back, but found it a bit weird as she had a weird feeling.

''How was the da-'' Then suddenly she saw Damon carrying a body down into the cellar now with Stefan his help as they had stopped hugging.

It was Elijah. Her heart broke as she watched her friends talk to each other but she didnt listen to that.

As Damon walked upstairs, the witch immediately followed him and grabbed a fryingpan, jumping onto him, beating the shit out of him.

''YOU PRICK'' She yelled as Damon groaned in pain and fell onto the floor.

Suddenly Faith got grabbed by her arms at which she struggled. ''Leigh please calm down'' Stefan said.

"I know it was your stupid ass idea!! WHY?? He isnt bad!!" she yelled at the male vampire, her eyes filling with tears.

She ignored Stefan who kept holding onto her, and Elena her eyes widened at how Faith was acting now. No one had seen her like that. Stefan kept holding onto Faith who had dropped the fryingpan now at the floor.

"We are not undaggering him" Damon spoke, rolling his eyes, not caring about the healer her tears which now made the way down her face.

"He protected us..." she spoke, her voice breaking.

Her protector, the one person she felt so entirely safe with now was gone. Daggered, laying in the basement. She missed him already, he saw her and understood her in some way. He was good and Damon had now crossed a line for her and she knew she would undagger the original without anyone their permission.

''YOU are a selfish prick you know that!'' she then yelled, kicking Stefan and running to the cellar.

Before she could get inside, Damon had grabbed her and dragged her to her room.

''NO LET GO OF ME , YOU ARE NOT LOCKING ME UP AGAIN!'' The healer yelled, tears rolling down as her heart beated fast, remembering last night.

''Again!?'' Elena now yelled.

She wasn't pleased at all by hearing that, her heart broke seeing Faith now like this.

Damon just tossed Faith into her room, and locked the door. The witch banging her fists onto the door.

''LET ME THE HELL OUT'' She yelled, her breathing getting heavier.

As Damon came back downstairs, Elena slapped him.

''LOCKING HER UP?? Thats a dickmove Damon'' she snapped.

Damon rubbed his cheek and shook his head.

''She will undagger Elijah we all know that. She fucking cares for that man and he does too about her.'' the vampire tried to explain now.

He actually was hurt by Faith her words and felt bad how he made her feel now. She still felt like a sister to him, but he really thought Elijah was a danger to them. He just wanted to protect them.

He looked at his brother who just came back from Holly who had told him everything as she was now sober.

''Stefan you know I am rig-'' before he could finish Stefan punched his jaw hard, and threw him against the wall. His veins showing.

''You better watch it Damon. You do not mess with her'' he said at which everyone looked at him.

''Stef what is your deal man..'' Damon mumbled as he rubbed his jaw and stood up.

''Stefan why don't we just all calm down'' Elena said, but Stefan shook his head.

''He locked Faith up and yelled at her. He deserves this!'' he spoke.

Stefan felt protective over the healer as he had developed feelings for the girl. Elena now slowly seeing that together with Holly. The girls looked hurt away as Damon then looked at his younger brother.
