IN THE WOODS, THE QUARRY,
Elena and Jenna were sitting on the ground. The aunt was clutching at her head as she had woken up in transistion.

''Oh, my head. What's wrong with me?'' she muttered.

''Do you remember what happened?'' her niece asked her, concern heard in her voice.

''You called me. You were so scared. Oh, ah, I should have realized that it wasn't you. The second I walked out of the house, someone grabbed me. A vampire.''

''Klaus. It was Klaus.'' the girl said in realisation.

''He made me drink his blood. And I don't...I don't remember anything after that.'' the blonde woman now spoke as she looked then around anxiously.

''Where are we? What happened?'' she now questioned the doppelgänger.

''We're at the quarry. He brought us here.''

''Why don't I remember anything?''

''Jenna, do you remember...When I told you how someone becomes a vampire?''

''Yeah, if you die with vampire blood in your system, it's...'' she now pauzed as she realized what had happened to her.

''Oh, god. He killed me.''

''Jenna, listen to me. Listen to me; everything's going to be okay. I'm going to get you out of here.''

''I'm a vampire?''

''And I bet you're hungry.'' someone suddenly spoke at which they turned to look at a witch who approached them.

Elena saw a sharp rock nearby and rushed to grab it, but with a wave of her hand, Greta, the witch, send Elena flying backwards at which the brunette landed painfully in the dirt. Greta waved her hand then again, creating a circle of fire around the girl. Elena stood up and rushed towards the flames, but found out that she couldn't escape.

''Don't bother trying to get through. I spelled the circle. You're trapped. No matter what you do.'' the witch now spoke as she saw the doppelgänger try.

''Greta...Please, just- just let her go.''

''Klaus chose her.'' the witch said with a stern voice.

''No.''

''Drink it.'' Greta now said to Jenna, forcing her to her own wrist.

''Jenna, don't!'' Elena yelled out.

''I can't.'' the in transistion vampire muttered.

''Jenna. It's going to be okay. Look at me. Hey, look at me.It's gonna be okay. It's gonna be okay.'' the girl now repeated to her aunt as she knew now they wouldn't get away.

Jenna now drank a bit of the witch her blood, silently saying ''no'' as the dark veins of hunger now creeped towards her eyes.

ATHENA HAD LEFT TO THE
friendgroup to get the plan started while Lily and Joshua stayed now behind to take care of their little siblings. Joshua looked at the two who were now drawing at the kitchentable.

''How are we going to explain this to mum?'' he asked his older sister who still looked stunned at the twins.

''Lils???'' he now said, touching her shoulder at which the red haired girl broke his arm.

''Lily wtf!'' he exclaimed as he held his arm which she broke.

The arm was healing now immediately as well but the pain he could still feel. Lily looked at her younger brother and rolled her eyes.

''Why are you so sensitive? And no we don't have to explain anything to mum. She will find out soon enough'' she answered now sitting besides Destiny to join in the activity.

Joshua just sighted and followed Lily her lead and sat down next to Salazar.

ATHENA RUSHED TO THE OLD
witch house, vamping into the basement, and then sat besides Bonnie looking at the grimoires the Bennet witch was flipping through.

''This is useless. All these grimoires. There has to be something in here to keep Elena from becoming a vampire.'' Jeremy said annoyed.

The latina shook her head with a sigh.

''And we'll keep looking. Until the last minute.'' she then replied, making them aware of her presence.

Outside, Elijah, Alaric, and Stefan arrived and walked across the yard towards the house. Stefan being worried about both Elena and Faith.

''The sacrifice is completed in stages as the full moon sets. First the werewolf is killed, then the vampire. Finally the doppelgänger. Once Elena dies, the curse will be broken. Klaus will become hybrid.'' Elijah once again explained.

''So when do we attack?'' Alaric now asked the original in suit.

''Elena's death will activate his dormant werewolf side. He'll be vulnerable during the transformation. That's when Bonnie comes in.''

''And you're sure Bonnie will survive this?'' Stefan now asked the original vampire.

''If she can deliver him to the brink of death, I'll finish the job myself.''

The phone of Stefan rang now at which he took it and checked the name before picking up.

''Damon.'' the blonde now sighted as he had seen his brother was the one calling him.

''You're not going to like what I'm about to say.'' the older brother said through the phone.

''Cut to the chase. Is the sacrifice happening or not?'' Stefan said, wanting to know an answer.

''It's happening. I tried to stop it, but it got...complicated.''

''We're sticking with the original plan. We're meeting Bonnie right now.''

''He's got Jenna, Stefan.''

At that Stefan his eyes widened.

''What?''

''He got Kath to lure her out of the house.''

''What is it? What's wrong?'' the history teacher asked Stefan now, trying to get answers. Athena joining them now.

''He's going to use her as the vampire in the ritual.'' Damon now said to Stefan.

''Oh, my god.'' the heretic muttered as she heard everything with her supernatural hearing.

ELENA WAS PACING BACK AND
forth in her circle of fire while Jenna was kneeling in hers.

''How are you feeling?'' Elena asked her aunt.

''I feel like myself...Only not. Everything is brighter. The fire's hotter. Part of me is terrified, but there's another part of me that doesn't want to feel anything.''

''Vampires can turn off the part that's human. That's the part that hurts.''

Jenna her eyes were glistening with tears now as she looked at her niece.

''I'm gonna die, aren't I?''

''No! Jenna, I'm not going to let that happen. I don't care what I have to do.''

Suddenly there were screams of pain heard nearby.

''Who's that?'' Jenna now asked as Greta came back with a woman.

''That must be the werewolf.'' Elena said, thinking that the werewolf looked familiar.

''What's happening to me?'' Jules , the werewolf, asked in pain.

''I cast a spell to slow down your transformation. Your insides are trying to tear themselves free.'' the witch simply said, moving away and flicking her wrist so that a third ring of fire encircled Jules.

''Greta, witches are supposed to maintain the balance in nature. It's your duty to them to keep this curse sealed.'' Elena said now, trying to change the witch her mind.

''My duty is to Klaus! The new order.'' she said at the same moment Klaus himself arrived while dragging the little witch.

''Glad to know I still have a dance partner.'' he said with a smirk as he dropped Faith now onto the ground, taking the tape off of her mouth.

''Hello, my lovelies. Are we ready?'' he now asked them all as he patted the healer on her head who struggled with the chains on her wrists, tears in her eyes as she felt the vision was slowly becoming true.

HOLLY WAS WALKING BACK AND
forth in her new appartment. It was another full moon. The werewitch was supposed to be shifting into a wolf but somehow nothing happened. Pannick was seen on her face as the blonde was looking through many books to get to know what was wrong with her.

Hours has passed and the werewitch thought about the one person who might know. She knew she was supposed to stay away from her, but would it be so bad? After all she wanted to apologise for her outburst. Faith deserved a better goodbye, she knew that.

Holly loved her, always did. Just her emotions were a mess. She thought she was in love with the healer, but she realized she simply fell in love with the person who was there for her. She misstaked romantic feelings with platonic. She never knew how to confess it. Faith always looked so happy, and her life was already hard. She couldnt dare to break her heart.

The 35-years old grabbed the phone and now started calling the witch her phone. Immediately she heard the voicemail. She sighted, and decided to leave a message.

''Hey...I know you probably don't want to talk. But I want to apologise for lashing out on you. you did not deserve that. I am just finding out that I am not turning into my wolf form...I know it's not your business...but just tell me what it could be and I will fix it myself. If you don't answer then it's fine as well...then this will be my final goodbye. Know I never wanted this to happen...I truly loved you. You are everything to me, the light that I needed in my life when no one could shine one. Your smile brightened my world, anyone's to be honest. I am sorry for the pain I might have caused...just promise me you will take care of yourself and watch out who you trust. You never know who can or can not be trusted....Take care my love. I will carry you in my heart always. Goodbye'' With that the witch dropped her phone on the floor, tears were welling up slowly, threatening to spill but she refused to let them fall.

They were over ever since the healer layed her eyes on the Salvatore and ever since the werewitch lost her feelings months ago. Only they both never had the strength to end their relationship...someone else had to force it to end. And they did it, their plan worked. On a painful way.

As Holly breathed in once again she felt dizzy. The room started to spin as she inhaled more air. She turned around and tried to open her windows but it wouldn't work. The frontdoor then, the werewitch thought. She needed to inhale clean air. Something was clearly wrong in the air here. When she went to touch the doorhandle, she heard footsteps behind her. The girl turned around to be met with the same girl who put her in this state.

''I warned you.'' the unknown girl said, annoyance soundable in her tone.

Before Holly could react the gas in her home made her vision go black. Her body hitting the floor before it got dragged away to a van outside the appartmentbuilding.

JULES, ELENA, AND JENNA WERE
still contained in the rings of fire while Faith kept trying to get up for only to fail due to the magic bounding her internal strength.

Jules continued to moan in pain at which the healer first scoffed, but also feeling pity. After all she tried to kill her.

Up on a nearby hill, Klaus retrieved the moonstone from his pocket while glancing also at the healer to make sure she was not getting away.

"I've got the moonstone. I spent 500 years looking for this. I hate to part with it." he said to his witch as he passed it to her.

"The moon has passed its apex. Remember everything you need to do?" Greta now asked the hybrid as she held the moonstone now.

"I remember." he replied with a nod.

"Look I promise you I'm sorry...Everything I did...I was just trying to help Tyler." Jules now said between moans of pain.

Faith shook her head, knowing she was the one who ordered people to bury her alive. But still she didn't deserve this in her eyes so the healer now looked at the werewolf.

"I forgive you... and you don't deserve to die like this...you were trying to help Tyler.." she said as she moved closer to Jules now, not able to do anything still.

"I...I'm sorry for burying you...you seem like a great girl now...Tyler made me see that. I just...was so pissed at Damon killing one of us...that I didnt realize I was doing the same thing!" the werewolf continued now as she screamed in pain once again.

The girl felt sorry for Jules, tears now rolling down her cheeks as the fire around the wolf now stopped

"I'm here... I'm here alright..." the brunette said while watching Jules her eyes turn yellow as Klaus walked up to them now.

Faith wanted to scream, push him aside, but all she could do was witness it all, feeling useless.

Juls used her werewolf speed to rush at Klaus, though Klaus got like always the upper hand and pinned Jules to the ground, plunging his hand into her chest and then ripping out her heart.

A cry of pain escaped the healer her lips as she witnessed Jules taking a final breath, tears streaming down her face, and then died. Klaus breathed heavily as he held the bloody heart in his hands. Elena and Jenna looked at him, horrified.

But Faith was crying. Yes she didnt know her, and yes she hurt her and her friends, but she did not deserve this. The healer sobbed, watching as the hybrid stepped to the witch now.

BACK AT THE OLD WITCH HOUSE

Jeremy was looking through a grimoire as Bonnie looked over his shoulder.

''Which one are you reading?'' she asked.

''Emily Bennett's, there's a section on spells she did for my ancestor, Johnathan Gilbert.'' he answered.

''Yeah, I think she had a thing for him.''

''There's something on a resuscitative spell she was working on.''

''I saw that, too. She just didn't explain what it did, exactly.''

''Well, maybe Johnathan wrote about it in his journals. You know, I can have Stefan bring them.''

''Someone's here.'' the Bennet witch now said as she heard a sound.

''Hey, what are you doing here?'' the Gilbert asked Alaric who walked to them now.

''Elijah, Athena and Stefan are upstairs.'' he answered and then looked at Bonnie.

''You mind if I have a second with Jeremy?''

''Sure, yeah. Of course.'' she said as she got up and left the basement.

''What's the matter?'' Jeremy now said, feeling something bad had happened.

''Jeremy...Something's happened to Jenna.'' he started now while Bonnie now got to hear it from Athena upstairs.

''Why did he take Jenna?'' the Bennet asked Elijah.

''A punishment for meddling.'' the original replied.

''Klaus was going to use Tyler and Caroline. But Damon rescued them.'' Stefan explained further.

''Then we need to go. Now. Before Jenna's been sacrificed. I can kill Klaus myself.'' the witch said.

''Bonnie...If you use that much power, you'll be dead. We've already been through this. It's not an option.''

''Neither is letting Jenna die. Athena can help''

Athena now looked up from her phone.

''Sorry..what?'' the heretic asked as she turned the camera footage off of her girlfriend who was now a wolf and was rubbing her butt at a tree.

The two vampires blinked at that but decided to not ask any further questions. The latina turning slightly red at the stares she got.

''Well, Stefan would agree with you.'' the original now said, continuing the conversation again.

''We're going to offer another vampire. One that he'll want more. Me.'' Stefan now finished at which they all stared now at him in shock.

GRETA CONTINUED CHANTING A spell while Klaus held Jules' heart over the ceremonial bowl, squeezing the blood into the flames.

Over in the rings of fire, Elena watched Klaus and Greta in the distance. Jenna looked up at her, her eyes glistening with tears.

"The day that the lawyers called to tell me that I was going to become your guardian, you know what my first thought was? Isn't there someone else who can do this?" she said as Elena now looked down as she shook her head.

"Jenna, there was no one else who could have gotten me and Jeremy through all of that." she replied with tears in her eyes as well.

"It's just the thought that I almost passed up taking care of you."

"But you didn't." the doppelgänger said as she knelt down before continuing. "You put your entire life on hold to help us."

"Look around, Elena. I failed you."

"No. You didn't. I failed you. I'm so sorry. Listen. Being a vampire, it intensifies your guilt. But it also makes you stronger and faster. You can fight back. I'm gonna get through this. I'll be okay. I need you to believe that. Promise me, when you get the chance.." the niece now said as she placed a finger to her lips and whispered the next word.

"Run."

Jenna just nodded. "Okay." she whispered.

STEFAN WAS STANDING OUTSIDE
the house as Elijah approached him.

"Bonnie did the locator spell. They're at Steven's Quarry." the man in suit said to the blonde vampire.

"I'll head over there first and you'll follow with Bonnie when it's time." he replied.

"Just as the moon hits its final phase. She's to stay hidden until then. He cannot know that she's alive." he then continued.

"You're very honorable." Elijah pointed out.

"Are you? Because this whole plan is, um, it's contingent upon your honor, Elijah."

"I won't fail you."

"Klaus is your brother. I know I've wanted to kill my brother a thousand times. I've never been able to."

"Well, Klaus was not my only brother. I had siblings; parents. I had a family. Over the centuries, Klaus hunted them down one by one and he took them from me. He scattered them across the seas where their bodies could not be found." the original then explained.

"You want revenge." Stefan now realized.

"Sometimes there's honor in revenge, Stefan. I won't fail you."

"Please end this. For the sake of Faith." the male then said before leaving.

Hoping with mentioning the healer her name Elijah would really end all this.

In the house meanwhile John walked down into the basement, holding a cardboard box. Jeremy and Bonnie approached him as he puts the box down on a table.

"I brought the Gilbert journals. I think I know the spell you're talking about." he said.

"Where's Damon?" Bonnie asked the human.

"Upstairs. Alaric wanted to talk to him."

The latina meanwhile was following Stefan. She didn't care if Jenna died. It would sound mean, but the heretic knew how much Stefan meant to the healer aka her best friend. Stefan just couldn't die. If someone wouldn't stop him she will jump in.

KLAUS AFTER SOME MINUTES approached the ring of fire that was containing Jenna. The healer now getting out of the state she was in and trying desperately to get the chains off of her wrists.

"Hello, Jenna." he said as he was ready to take her life as well now.

"Let her go. I understand that I have to die, but she doesn't!" Elena pleaded.

"Careful."

"Elena, don't." Jenna whispered.

"No, Jenna! We can't leave Jeremy without a family." the doppelgänger now shouted and then turned to look at the male who was responsible for this all.

"I followed your rules; I did everything that you asked. I didn't run. Please." she pleaded.

Klaus though saw someone at the hill at which he smirked.

"Well, well." he then vamped to the hill, looking at the blonde vampire.

"I don't recall you being on the guest list." he spoke to Stefan.

"I'm here to talk." Stefan said.

"Very well, then. What can I do for you, Mr. Salvatore?"

STEFAN AND KLAUS WERE NOW
still conversing on the cliff top. Elena and Jenna continued to look up at the them, patiently waiting to figure out what was happening.

"What's going on?" the new vampire asked her niece and Faith.

"I-I don't know." she answered before turning to look at her aunt.

"You can hear them. You can hear anything. Jus-Just focus on them." she now said as Jenna looked at her.

"You don't need to kill Jenna. I'll take her place." Stefan said to Klaus.

"Oh, I don't know. I rather appreciate the symmetry of three women. Three goddesses-- Sacrificed at nature's altar." the vampire spoke as he walked around Stefan.

Stefan now turned around to face Klaus. "Don't play games with me. You'll get what you want either way."

Jenna gasped: "I can hear him. I hear Stefan."

"What are they saying?" The healer now asked, worried for wha Stefan was planning.

"You're quite the hero, aren't you? I've heard that about you." the original said.

"Just make the trade. Me for Jenna."

Jenna has heard the last few fines of the conversation with the use of her vampire hearing and looked pannicked at the two girls. A feeling crept up with Faith which she didnt like at all.

"Oh, my god."

"What is it?" the healer now asked, fearing now that her gut feeling was right.

"He wants to take my place."

Faith shook her head in disbelief at what she just heard. Klaus and Stefan came down from the cliff top now and approached the three women.

''Stefan no please don't do this'' the healer now said at which the vampire looked at the witch.

It has been days since he had seen her. Every day he was worried that Klaus would have hurt her, but here she was. With no scratch or bruise on her. Just the tears that were rolling down her cheeks as he had announced that he was sacrificing his own life to safe Jenna's.

He now also realized he never got the chance to tell her his feelings for her and now he might never get the chance at all.

''Quite the predicament. You know, it's funny, all this talk about preserving family, and here's Stefan, granting your wish.'' Klaus now said at which Faith tried to take a step towards Stefan, but the original raised his hand to show that she couldn't move from her spot.

''Stefan...please don't do this'' the healer begged as she now stood still to avoid getting into trouble.

''It's okay.'' he tried to reassure the girl who just simply shook her head as more tears fell down.

''Well.'' Klaus now said as he pointed a stake between Jenna and Stefan. ''Who's it going to be, Elena?'' he now asked the dopplegänger.

''No.'' Elena answered, not able to choose.

''Oh, don't worry. There's actually no choice.'' he said as he then vampsped to Stefan at which the healer turned pale.

Klaus staked the vampire in his chest and let him drop onto the ground. The witch screamed in agony as she rushed to the vampire his side, tears now falling onto the body as she sobbed.

''Please don't leave me. I love you, please come back. I should have told you sooner, but I was too scared to'' she sobbed as she fast confessed in a blur, like it could bring him back.

Klaus just rolled his eyes at the confession and ripped the stake out of the vampire and then staked him in the back, ripping it once again out but leaving now a chunk of wood in his back.

''Thats enough of your pathetic confession love. He is not dead, I have other plans for your boyfriend. I want him alive...for now.'' the original now spoke, dragging the witch back to her spot.

Faith stared at him like the others. ''You messed with us'' she snapped at which Klaus just smiled.

''Oh no love, I did you a favour. I saw how you two looked at each other in class, it took you two too long to admit your feelings to one another. And now its all in the open, you should thank me!'' he said, letting go of her arm now.

Perplexed the healer stared at the hybrid who now looked at Greta while standing near Jenna.

"Whenever you're ready, Greta." he said at which the dopplegänger shook her head.

"No." Faith now whispered and once again started trying to break free from the chains.

"Your turn." Klaus spoke to the aunt.

"No, Jenna, no!" Elena yelled as she attempted to get to Jenna, but the fire around her flared up.

Jenna looked over at her, tears in her eyes.

"It's alright, Elena. I know what I have to do."

After a moment of shared silence between Jenna and Elena, Jenna vamp sped to Greta and ferociously bit her neck. Greta screamed and Klaus vamp sped over to Jenna who he then staked in the back, pulling her off of Greta, who had now fallen to the floor.

Jenna gasped in pain and Klaus released her at which the vampire fell to the ground and Elena started to cry.

"Jenna, no! Just turn it off. Jenna. Turn it off. You won't be scared anymore." the brunette now said to her aunt as tears were streaming down her face.

The witch almost got the chains undone and felt her heart beat very loudly in her chest as anxiety increased.

Klaus flipped Jenna then over onto her back and hunched over her. Jenna seemed less frightened when the hybrid staked her in the heart.

"No! Jenna! No! Jenna!" Elena screamed as she watched her aunt die infront of her.

Faith then felt the chains finally fall off of her, but it was too late. She rushed to the body, gently touching it now. More tears rolled down now her cheeks as she knew she failed to prevent her death.

Greta then began chanting the next part of the spell. Klaus was by her side as Stefan woke up, feeling the piece of wood in his back. He tried to reach it but was not flexible enough to do so. The vampire then looked up at Elena and saw her tear streaked cheeks.

He looked over towards Greta and saw Jenna's dead body with the stake in her chest. He lowered his head in realisation he failed to prevent it as well. Faith now trying to bring Jenna back alive with her healing power.

"It's time." Klaus his witch then said.

Klaus now walked up to Elena. "Thank you, Elena."

"Go to hell." she spoke as he moved her hair to the side.

Stefan continued to struggle up, but fell back to the ground, too weak to move. Elena stared out, blankly, as Klaus sank his fangs into her neck and started to drain the dopplegänger of her blood. Stefan watched on, helplessly.

Klaus held Elena tightly as his eyes starts to sprout more veins. Elena's eyelids flutter and her eyes rolled into the back of her head and she died at which Klaus released her so Elena fell to the ground.

Blood dripped from Klaus' mouth and the flame in the bowl was extinguished. Elena's body layed lifeless and Stefan stared at her, sadly, and lowered his head to the ground. Klaus breathed heavily and walked down the stone steps.

Faith snapped out of trying to heal Jenna as she felt it didnt work. How could she already feel at peace? She wondered.

She then stood up to see Elena her lifeless body at which her heart skipped a beat. She wanted to go to her but she felt strange suddenly.

A weird sensation was felt in her entire body and she turned to look at the vampire who was fully a hybrid now.

"I can feel it. It's happening." Klaus said as he looked up at the full moon.

Suddenly, his bones began to crack and he started to transform. His eyes were yellow like a werewolf's, but he stil had the veins under them, like a vampire.

"Yes, yes!"

The healer took a step back, processing what she was witnessing. Athena then her eyes widened. She forgot her task. She tried to rush at her best friend.

"Faith, come here!! Something is going to happen which you dont kno-" before she could finish the latina her neck was magically snapped by Greta.

"Phasmatos Infero Eseri Gratas, Disasustos Vom, Mas Pro Je Ta Sue Te. Victamas Veras. Phasmatos Tribum, Niha Sue Exilum, Disasustos Vom, Mas Pro Je Ta Sue Te. Levam, Mina Sue Te, Disasustos Vom, Mas Pro Je Ta Sue Te. Phasmatos Veras. Fes Matos Tribum, Mas Pro Tes Unum. Victas Ex Melam, Phasmatos Vanem. Mas Pro Je Ta Sue Te." Bonnie chanted as she came from the shadows now, approaching the turning hybrid who groaned in pain.

"No! You were dead!" he yelled.

"I need you to get her out of here!" Stefan yelled at his brother, who appeared too and snapped Greta her neck, referring to Elena.

"What about you?" he asked his brother.

"I'm not leaving until Faith's safe and Klaus is dead. Go!"

Elijah then as well approached his brother.

"Elijah?" Klaus breathed out.

"Hello, brother."

He then put his hand in his brother's chest at which Klaus groaned in pain.

"In the name of our family, Niklaus..."

"I didn't bury them at sea!" he now confessed.

"What?"

"Their bodies are safe. If you kill me, you'll never find them." Klaus spoke.

"Elijah! Don't listen to him." Stefan firmly spoke.

"Elijah. I can take you to them. I give you my word...brother." the hybrid then said.

Suddenly they both all turned to look at the healer in shock. The witch did not know why they were looking at her, but Stefan knew.

"Leigh...your eyes" he said.

He was right. Faith her eyes were glowing yellow like Klaus his. Before she could respond a bone snapped in her leg just like some other bones broke at which she screamed in pain and fell onto her knees.

Elijah appeared to be having second thoughts now about killing his brother as he looked from the turning witch to his brother.

"Do it and I'll take you both out." Bonnie spoke.

"You'll die"

"I don't care."

The man in suit then sighted.
"I'm sorry."
