"Dang it! I lost again!" A female's voice rang out of the small house. Said female growled in anger as she stared at the computer screen in front of her, showing a 'You lose!' screen. She stood up from her chair and walked to the headphones she had thrown in her anger.

Once she put them on she could hear laughter from them. "Wow! Never thought you would rage this much!" The person continued to laugh as the girl sat back down on her chair.

"Well sorry, but you freaking cheated! You didn't say anything about using Ultra Rares!"

"Sorry, I just assumed you would use the one you had." The person nervously laughed, a few clicks being heard. "Anyway, I have to go to bed. It's late, got school tomorrow."

"From where you are, it's only three pm for me." The female sighs as their friend goes offline. She goes off the game she and her friend were playing and decides to go on another game.

'I heard Blank used to play on this, before they disappeared.' She never met nor played with the famous group of gamers. She goes on a server and explores the area of the game. She sees the chat where all the players are talking, they seem to be saying something about Blank.

I wonder what happened to them

Don't worry about it, they were just a bunch of cheaters.

I want to see them again!~♡

The female rolled her eyes at the chat and continued playing, checking the dungeons. She soon found the game boring as she went from dungeon to dungeon. Mostly getting hurt by small enemies.

"Well I'm bored." She declares out loud in her room. She stood up and went to her kitchen to get some refreshments. She came back with some of her favorite drinks and foods, she looked at the computer to see she got an email. "Huh?"

She clicks on it to see it came from an unknown person. "Probably some jackass trying to spread a virus. Delete!" She puts the email in the trash and heads to her bed. "I'll play some Swap games, maybe Scent of the Wilderness? Or play Titan on my XS4." She continued to list games she could play, finally settling on Titan.

She pops the disc in and selected random match, choosing Time Girl as her character. Once a game was found she started playing, she was actually surprised when her team won. She decided to join the chat that was open and her request was accepted. "Heyo!"

"Hi! Welcome to the team! Ignore whatever the other team says." A male's voice was heard, along with others arguing. The only person who wasn't talking was someone playing as Grim. "Who's playing as Grim?"

"No idea, doesn't really talk. They're in the chat." One replied.

"Max! Stop shooting me!"

"That's what you get for playing Angel! She sucks!"

"She's the best!"

"You're only saying that cause she's hot." A monotonous female voice said.

"Just pick your characters for the next round! You staying," The male paused. "AlphaWolf? That's the name you chose?"

"Lame!"

"Whatever." The female replied. "And sure I'll stay." She chose a different character, another female named Hacker. The round started and she turned herself invisible to start getting the health packs. A few times she was found out and she ran as fast as she could out of shooting range. She found a health pack just as one from enemy team cornered her.

"Shit! A little help here!" She yelled as she dodged a shot from Fighter: 67.

"I'm trying! But there's too many! I can't heal you from here! Try making a teleporter." The person playing as DJ shouts. The female could see him trying not to get into enemy fire as he inches towards her.

"Screw just let them kill me so I can respawn back at the base." She suddenly saw a player in front of her, blocking the attack. Then they defeated the Fighter: 67. It was someone playing as Cyninja. "Thanks dude."

They didn't respond but ran ahead. She shrugged and this continued throughout the match, her being cornered by the enemy as she got ahead of herself and the person playing Cyninja saving her. Then them leaving as soon as they appeared. She found it weird but didn't pay attention to it. After a few matches she called it a day, saying goodbye to the group, making some friends, and turning off the console.

She heard her computer go off and got off the bed to check it, another email from the same person. She was about to delete it but something told her not to, her becoming curious. The curiosity got the better of her and clicked on the email. It had a link, she clicked on it and the link lead her to a chess game.

"You've got to be kidding me." Her eyes scanned over to a chat that was opened. Her fingers immediately went to the keyboard to start typing.

Why did you email me? Or even send me a link?

Just wanted to play chess!

"Really?" She asked out loud.

Really.

"What the hell!? You can hear me!?"

Yep! Your headphones are hooked up.

"No they aren't you bastard! You hacked into my headphones!? How!?" She tried to exit the website but as soon as she closed it another popped up. "You hacked into my computer!? What do you want!" Her anger rising as she continued to leave the site, failing each time.

I really want to play Chess with you (Y/n)!

"You know my name? How?"

I'll tell you if

You play a game with me

If you win I'll let you leave and we forget about this

"And if you win?"

Let's worry about that later

"No tell me now!"

Fine

You have to do one thing for me

That's all, it won't be something bad I promise!

"And how am I supposed to trust you?"

I was the one who kept on saving you in Titan

"What? What does that have to do with anything?"

Come on! Let's just play!

She thought about it but since she couldn't leave, she agreed to the deal. The game started and she was at a bad start, she was always the worst at chess. It continued with both sides losing pieces, mostly with her losing them. Throughout the game the person kept on asking about how she saw the world. She just responded with what was on her mind at the moment.

Soon the game ended in a tie.

Wow! I guess you still remember some things!

"Huh?" She looked at the screen, not noticing she was moving pieces in the first place. She was more focused on the questions she was asked. "The heck? I never get ties."

Oh really? Well since we didn't say anything about a tie what do you want to do?

Oh wait I know! Answer this question for me!

How would you feel if there was a world with no bloodshed or violence? If a world where simple game decided everything, a world on a board, where the rules and goals were clear?

'A world with no violence? Simple games decided everything?' Her fingers went to the keyboard.

If a world like existed, it would some place, much better than this place full of violence. I'd dream to live in that kind of world.

"Really?" A voice suddenly said, she turned her head to find the source but couldn't. "I knew you would say that! Why don't I bring you back to our world?" Two hands with a star started to pop out from the screen, the female screamed and jumped back. Suddenly a flash of light blinded her, causing her to close her eyes. She felt wind hit her face and opened her eyes to find herself falling from the sky , not noticing a boy next to her.
