These are the worst ones 

Kalinda, goddess of the sun burnt Pride's hand. His hand completely singed and so painful, he ended up cutting it off to stop the pain of burning. He had to use sloth's magic to grow his hand back.

Lust, goddess of sex used a device on him to electrocute him so he couldn't attack her. When attempting to kill her, he was shocked. She pressed the button so long without stopping causing blood to pour from his eyes, nose and mouth because it went on for so long.

During the time he was captured by Greed, he was chained to the floor and had acid poured on his face, melting his eyes and tongue. He had to live like that for days before Sloth was able to heal him.
