She's goddess of the day.

Her mother is Kalinda, goddess of the sun.

Her powers are fire and solar manipulation. 

In the picture she has one wing out from her back and I'll explain why. Her mother cut off the wings of a dead giant bird but one was torn off by Greed. Surprisingly, Greed did this on accident.

She also has wings on the heels of her boots.
