~Next day~

As usual Alton's day started with the training session in the morning when he was finished with that he had a bath and got dressed in new clothes. He was sat in his room by the desk, looking at the wall while thinking about the events of yesterday that had happened.

That's when he was snapped out of his thoughts when Clayton walked in the room. Alton looked at him as he walked in and place a piece of paper down on the desk in front of him. "The captain told me to give you this. He said it was report you asked him to do for the training of the fox cube." Clayton spoke with a smile on his face.

Alton picked up the paper and started to read it, there was information on each of the activities that they had done the few nights since they started and even what he was already skilled at. Alton read this in his head as well.

Cody is making steady progress with the training we have been giving him, however it is noticeable that he is much better at fighting with his hands than he is with the swords.

The blood control of the Fox Clan is something to be feared as we had him try to fight one of the soldiers while he was doing his own fighting style, I regret to inform you that the soldier is currently taking rest and is unable to train for a month.

Like I have stated however, he is making steady progress with the sword, I will keep updating you each week my lord as I promised.

Alton stood up and nodded his head, pleased with the report he had just read. "Okay, Clayton prepare a carriage for me. I'm going to meet Lloyd." Alton said to him.

Clayton bowed and left to do exactly what Alton said to do for him. That's when Alton remembered something. In the letter Lloyd said his family was disappointed with him despite him completing the magic sessions at a young age. This gave Alton an idea, as he also remembered reading that Lloyd would be beat either way as he was the fourth in line.

Alton was thinking about this the whole way to the tea house. When he walked in, yet again everyone was talking about him and looking at him. He made his way to the place where Lloyd was, he stopped for a moment when he looked at his friend and saw he was sad, Alton frowned some as he kept on walking.

When Lloyd noticed the boy walking towards him, he stood up and gave a smile too him. "You actually came!" Lloyd said with a bigger smile on his face.

Alton gave a small laugh and nodded his head, while sitting down with his friend. "I wouldn't turn you down. Your my friend." Alton spoke, it was obvious that those words made Lloyd really happy and he nodded his head. This is when Alton started to speak once again. "Lloyd because you are my friend I don't want you hurt, I know how that feels. Why don't you come stay with me? Father doesn't need to know the real reason we can just say that your becoming my guard." Alton spoke up.

Lloyd was surprised and shocked when he said that him, truth was even if Lloyd was fourth in line he was ment to take over his estate but then his parents decided not to have him as their head and decided to pick on of his older siblings. Lloyd gave a smile too the suggestion and nodded his head. "Yeah I'd like that." Lloyd answered.

Alton looked at him and smiled as he said those words. That's when they both started to talk about what they should do and how Lloyd should act in the estate while other members are around. They both agreed to what eachother was saying. "Then it's settled, oh and if any of those stuck up princesses smack me just leave it be." Alton said to his friend.

Even if he didn't want too Lloyd agreed.
