"I should be thanking you for agreeing to meet me Young master Lloyd. Shall we get started instead of me wasting your time?" Alton said to Lloyd.

Lloyd just gave him a smile and sat down with Alton at the same time. Lloyd was dressed in white and silver suit while Alton was dressed the way he normally was, as a commer. "Now then Young-" Lloyd went to speak but then got interrupted.

"Alton is fine. I don't like that stuff. I've already told Clayton the same thing whenever we're alone he's to call me Alton." The boy explained.

Clayton nodded his head signalling that Alton was telling the truth. Lloyd gave a smile and nodded his head they both agreed to just use their names and that's when Alton started to explain the things he wanted to say. "So what I was talking about yesterday was. What if if there is any trouble in your kingdom I will send some soldiers and I'll even come to fight for you. We both know the family Of the Von-Lowther have powerful fighters. And I know the Elis Mernant family have powerfull defensive magic abilities. I'll lend my help to your family with anything you need and you do the same." Alton said to Lloyd.

Lloyd looked at him interested with what he just heard from the boy in front of him. Lloyd started to laugh and looked at him once again. "How old are you?" Lloyd asked.

"I'm sixteen." Alton just replied with.

Lloyd gave another small laugh as he heard the answered to his question. "Your younger than lady Isabella and Adina, plus your only 16 and your already really smart. I expected great things from the only heir of the Von-Lowther but you exceeded them all." Lloyd started to speak, this time Alton started to give a small laugh.

Lloyd started to speak once again which made Alton stop laughing slowly when he heard Lloyd start to speak. "You want to be allies huh? That's fine with me Alton. However what if we become something other than allies?" Lloyd asked him.

Alton raised an eyebrow to what he said. "and what do you mean by that?" Alton asked.

Lloyd gave a smile at the words Alton asked him and that's when he asked one more question. "Why don't we become friends?" Lloyd asked him.

Alton became shocked as he was asked that. He didn't know what to do, he never had a friend and the only people he was close too was his mother and Clayton. He never thought about that fact he could have friends. Since he mainly kept to himself. Alton smiled and looked down a bit, his hair covering his eyes.

Lloyd noticed the waiter coming over and setting down the drinks. Alton looked over and then looked back at Lloyd. "I didn't order anything. ." Alton said to him.

"Yeah I know that, I did, before you arrived. You was brought up as a commer so I thought I'd give you one that I think is really nice at least then you can try it and we can talk about the other things that's important instead of wasting time picking some tea." Lloyd said while looking out the window.

Alton sat there shocked and gave another smile he could see where Lloyd was coming from and it was a good idea, that's what Alton was thinking anyway. "Yes thank you." Alton said picking it up and trying it.

Lloyd looked at him smiling and waiting for what when Alton said what he was thinking about it. "This is really good!" Alton spoke up, eyes sparkling and a smile on his face.

Lloyd gave a small laugh and nodded his head as he was looking at Alton. "I'm glad you like it." Lloyd said to him.

"I do!" Alton said back. That's when he remembered that Lloyd asked him to be friends. Alton smiled and looked at Lloyd. "I've never had a friend before so yeah, I'll give it ago!" Alton said.

Lloyd gave a huge smile at what Alton said to him and nodded his head. "great! I'll be there for you and you for there me. If your in danger or need help please contact me immediately okay?" Lloyd said to him.

"Yes of course I will." Alton replied.

The rest of the time Alton and Lloyd was talking abou the fact that they need a way to contact eachother immediately so Alton said the he will try and find a way to do that. That's when Lloyd suggested that he will try and find a way that if there's an emergency the other one will know right away and where they are. They both agreed to do that and that's when they both went separate ways and went to try and find the things they will need.

Alton went another way home with Clayton and as the carriage was moving it was all of a sudden and it was very loud.

"AAAAAAAHHHHH!!"

Alton's eyes widened and looked at the way the scream was coming from. "Stop the carriage!" Alton said to the driver. That's when he got out of the carriage and looked around the forest that was surrounding him Clayton got out and looked around as well, the both of them was very worried and was looking around but they couldn't see anything but trees.

"Is someone there?!" Alton shouted out.

However, there was no answer from anyone.

"Hello?!" Alton asked once again.

But once again, there was no answer from his voice.

Alton and Clayton gave the same look to eachother and looked around. "I didn't like that scream . . . It sounded like someone was being hurt. ." Alton said to Clayton.

Clayton looked at the young boy infront of him and nodded to his words. And then all of a sudden.

"AAAAAAAAAAH-!!"
