And so we go to police to talk child protection service and report our case

I was then immediately taken to see a psychiatrist and they also go to ask for the medical notice or something like that

It was akward for me... since I am getting my mental checked and stuff, and filling in some questions and stuff on the papers

But Sora-senpai stay by my side until the check and consultation is done

I then got a headpat from Sora who is sad and feeling proud of me as we leave the consultation room

Sora: " There there... you did your best today "

Y/n: " Yes... "

Sora: " Hmm, the formal and end result for the mental health conditions should be out tommorow right? And also some medicines as well "

Y/n: " Yes, we will need to go here again "

Although the formal and end result of my mental health conditions after the consultation and answer of the questions form is coming out tommorow

But from the consultation alone i seemingly have

A major depression with borderline suicidal, social disorder, and Insomnia

Y/n: " Do I really need medication though... is antidepressants really needed... I feel like sleeping pills should be enough"

Sora: " don't say that, medicine could help you get better after all "

Y/n: " Still... It's just weird a single pill can manipulate your emotion and thoughts... "

Sora: " Ahaha, well that's science for you I guess, now let's go back home and have some dinner together"

Sora say happily as she hug me

And so we went back to Sora apartment

Sora-senpai start cooking, as I was told to go take a bath, and while at it I also bath Okayu and Korone since I'm worried if they would dirty Sora-senpai home

I went out of the bathroom after I'm done properly drying Okayu and Korone

Sora: " Ah you're finished just in time! The food is ready "

Y/n: " yes thank you for the food "

It was a simple Omurice

Korone got a plate of rice with some chicken bones, and some bits of carrots

Okayu got canned of sardines

Sora-senpai then a sit as well

Sora: " Now lets eat! Itadakimasu "

Y/n: " Itadakimasu... "

We start eating

Sora: " Sorry if the taste don't match yours "

Y/n: " Its fine... it taste delicious far better than eating leftover or mold bread... "

I keep eating slowly to savor the taste

Sora: " I see... well from now on you are not eating any molding or expired stuff okay "

Y/n: " Okay... but some expired stuff is still good even if it pass the expired date thought"

Sora: " Well that is in some cases, but its still dangerous"

Y/n: " Well I survived so far "

Sora: " Right... say that your damaged liver and heart "

Y/n: " ... well that's not a fair answer "

Sora: " But I am speaking the truth "

Y/n: " Yeah... "

After couple of minutes pass were done eating

Sora: " Alright be sure to take your heart medicine okay "

Y/n: " Yes "

I take my medicine and then went to help Soea-senpai wash the dirty plates and bowl

Sora: " Now how about we play some games! "

Sora-senpai take out a deck of card

Y/n: " Sure "

And so we play some Uno

Y/n: ( Hmmm... Should I loose willingly? )

I thought looking at my hands

2 skip, 1 plus four, 1 plus two, and reverse

Sora: " Fufu~ I am winning this! "

She place down a plus 4, and I place down a plus 4 too

Sora instantly regret using the plus 4, as she now need to draw eight cards

Y/n: " I'm sorry Sora-senpai, but its pure game businesses"

I place two skip, then revers, and then the plus 2

Sora: " aaaaaaa! How are you so good at this "

Y/n: " I just made sure to keep all the good card in hand to use only if needed and use all the other cards "

Okayu: " Nyaa~ "

Okayu seem to be curious

Y/n: " You want to play too? "

Okayu: " Nyah "

Y/n: " It seems Okayu want to join "

I start to shuffle the deck and hand the card to each of the players

Sora: " Uuhhh... can she really play thought... wait why is a cat playing Uno in the first place "

Y/n: " Well then you'll be suprise "

We start playing again and Okayu won

Sora: " I-i lost to a cat... h-how.. "

Y/n: " You'll get used to it soon enough"

We play some more game and before we know it, its already getting late

Sora: " alright time to sleep! "

Y/n: " Okay "

We went to brush our teeth

After that we went into Sora-senpai bedroom, as she prepare a futon

Sora: " Alright you can sleep here " she pat the futon

Y/n: " Yes thank you "

Sora get up to her bed

Sora: " If it gets too cold down there, you can turn up the temperature with the remote beside the door okay "

Y/n: " okay"

Sora-senpai turn off the light, and she then lay down on her bed

Sora: " Good night Y/n, Okayu, and Korone "

Y/n: " good night"

Okayu: " Nyaa~ "

Korone: " Arf~ "

Okayu and Korone went under the blanket

Few hours later

....

Y/n: ( I can't fall asleep... I don't feel tired... during this time I would be working at the construction or some kind of bar... )

I turn around trying change my sleeping position trying to see if I can maybe find a good spot or position to help me sleep

Y/n: ( Well... this is hopeless... maybe I can sneak out and ask the construction boss if I can work a shift tonight, he's a pretty chill guy after all... and the work is pretty easy just need to pick up some metal scraps and falling bolts and nails, I should left a note saying I'm joging if when Sora-senpai awake in the morning and I'm gone since I don't have the key to here, and sleeping at park bench is not that bad just the weird noise is annoying )

And so I get up, and try to sneak out as I reach the front door

Sora: *Yawn* " Where are you going this late at night? "

Sora-senpai ask me, as Okayu is following her

Y/n: " ......... Jogging?"

Sora: " At 1 Am...? "

Y/n: " Well... as they said the air is lot fresh at morning right...? "

Sora: " You're going to work aren't you "

Y/n: " No... "

Sora: " you definitely are going to work... good thing Okayu wake me up "

Y/n: ( Nooooo Okayu, you betrayed me! )

Sora: " Right... now go change back to the pajamas, and get back to bed "

Y/n: " .... yes... "

I change back to my pajamas and went back to bed

Sora: " Alright... lay down here with me "

She pat the spot beside her, wanting me to join her on the bed

And so I lay beside her, she then hug me and pat me on the back

Sora: " Now lets go and sleep okay " *yawn*

Well... it feel nice and safe in her arm but I don't seem to be able to sleep actually now I'm somewhat wide awake being hugged like this although I am being treated like a child

Sora: *Yawn* " You still not sleepy yet?.... oh right... how about I sing you some lullaby that my mom used to sing to help me sleep when I can't or got scared of nightmare"

And so Sora start to sing a lullaby as she brush my head gently and pat my butt like a mother trying get her child to sleep

Soon I start to feel a bit sleepy

Y/n: *Yawn*

I don't understand what actually made me sleepy, is it the song? Sora comforting presence? Or just generally being treated like a child like this feeling safe and warm?

It does make me wonder if this is how child feel like to be in their Mother warm and safe embrace?

Cause I don't know... I'm sure my mother did this as well once maybe when I'm still at kindergarten... but that was so long and clouded In the past that I already forgot how it actually feels....

Or maybe its just me lying to myself to comfort myself that in truth my parents never done this to me... and so now I generally just crave for this kind of affection and attention...

I don't know... and I don't understand...

But soon I fall asleep, and snuggle closer to Sora

Y/n: " Nn... "

Sora: " Hehe... good night and have a sweet dream Y/n "

Sora kiss my temple, and then she continue to hug me as she also fall asleep
