Ah yes... Another day, another work till the next morning

I said as I was vomiting on the public toilet...

Okayu: " Nya... "

Y/n: " I'm... Fine... Probably drink too much coffe-mmph "

I start vomiting again, and Okayu pats my back

After a few minutes, I'm done and drink water from the free tap water that you can drink just fine...

Y/n: " ... Aaaah... Feel better after vomiting although I still feel sick... "

Okayu: " Nyaa... " She was worried and she drew on the ground using her claw a plus symbol

And so I sleep as Okayu went to between my arm

A few hours later 3rd POV

Y/n was asleep although a bit crying in his sleep like he had a bad dream or maybe his body was just in pain from the lack of rest and proper nutrition

Okayu is also asleep while being hugged by Y/n

But she woke up as if she sensed something was coming

And she was right

The ground not far from where Y/n sleeping was lit up in a purple fire as it rose and formed a door shape

And there comes out a tall Lady with a scythe

Tall lady: Alright he's coming with me this time

She says as she approaches the sleeping Y/n who starts having a hard time breathing and holds his stomach like it's in pain

As the lady was crouching down about to touch Y/n

Okayu attacked her, jumped on her face, slashed, and bit her

Tall Lady: Fuuuckkking! Catz! Get off me!!

Okayu: *Hiss Angry and scratch her even more*

The tall lady starts thrashing around trying to get Okayu or the cat off her face

She manages to get Okayu off her face and throws her to the ground

But the lady stumbles and falls to the back, which was the door where she came from

And the door was closing too

Tall Girl: You fucking cat! I will remember this!! It will be not the least you see me!

Okayu: " Nyaaaa! "

The door closed as the fire disappeared

Okayu: " Nyaah... " she makes a gesture of wiping her forehead with her paw

She was about to go back to sleep but she noticed something

Not far from where the door was, something was on the ground

Okay get close to see if it is something the lady left behind when she was trashing around

The thing moved and looked hurt

She then went to wake up Y/n

Y/n Pov

I feel a nudge and something wet

And I started waking up

Y/n: *Yawn* " What's wrong Okayu...? "

She points at something

Y/n: " What is it? " I ask as I go to where Okayu is pointing

And there...

I a Dog? Is it a dog? Well it looks like a dog but they look so dirty, and thin

They also look sick

Y/n: " Right... Where is the nearest Vet "

I searched on my phone

I try to hold the dog that is probably only a little bit bigger than Okayu

As I try to lift the Dog to my bag so I can carry her to Vet it bites my finger

Y/n: " .................. Ouch "

The Dog stands up with shaking legs, as it moves away from me

Dog: " Grrrr... "

Y/n: (... It's scared of me huh? Did it get bullied by Humans...? )

I try gently move closer and place my palm on the ground to let the dog not think of me as an enemy

It took a bit of time before the Dog started getting close to me and sniffing my hand

I pat the dog's head gently

After a bit, I carry the dog and put the dog inside my backpack, Okayu as well

I keep the backpack open as I run to where the Vet is

As I was running I noticed something weird

Okayu fur was turning a slight purple?

Y/n: " Hmm... Am I hallucinating? Okayu does your fur always have been this color? "

Okayu: " Nyaa? "

Y/n: " You know what I'm probably still tired and because of the adrenaline rush after I just woke up... "

We arrive at the Vet

And the Dog was treated and I also make Okayu get a Vaccination shoot as well

Although she doesn't like it and I now have a scratch wound but this is fine...

Y/n: " ... Well there goes the money I saved up to buy a Futon... But this is fine no regrets as long as Okayu will be fine "

Okayu: " Nyaah... " she was grumpy

Y/n: " Sorry," I said to her

We were waiting to see how the Dog is doing

After a while, the doctor came out, and he told me that the Dog needed to stay the night

And so I and Okayu leave the Vet and will check on the Dog tomorrow

Y/n: " Right... Back to my part-time job "

Okayu: " Nyaa~! "
