I started cooking at an early age...

My mother encourage me to...

I am happy that she did...

It gave me time to spend with her...

And memories that have lasted my lifetime...

The smells brings back images of her in my mind...

The care she took in preparing for us her very best...

The tastes would make you want to scream with joy...

Now I've developed my own skills...

And a joy it is...

To watch people delight on what I now create...

I fills me with pride that I am my Mother's child...

The icing on the cake is that she's with me all the while!!!
