Chiara is a young girl from Pensacola who moves in with her uncle and cousin in Portorosso after her father passed away unexpectedly. Her mother disappeared when she was little. Close to her 13th birthday, she and her cousin, Giulia, meet two boys named Luca and Alberto, who are secretly sea monsters from below the surface of Portorosso. Chiara soon discovers some changes in her life.

Appearance

Chiara has dark brown hair with a few red highlights, mostly worn up with an orange and white scrunchy. She has light skin and freckles on her face. She has shimmering, emerald green eyes and wears glasses. She wears a blue T-shirt with a sketch of Portorosso, denim shorts, and a pair of green and blue tie dye sandals.

Information

Chiara has been her father's first mate since she was little. She loves marine biology like her dad, who's been trying to prove the existence of sea monsters throughout his life. When she moves to Portorosso, she shares an interest in stargazing with Giulia. She enjoys writing stories, whether it's about sea monsters, her dad, or even her daily life.
