After we removed all the trees and destroyed remains of tents we all sat in the centre of camp around the campfire. We sat and had some breakfast, well it was more lunch but it was our first meal, and we talked about what we should do. Ideas were flying everywhere but the first thing everyone wanted to do was get Apollo down here and shoot him where he doesn't shine. Unfortunately though, before we took any drastic measures Artemis calmed us down, which Apollo should be thankful for. She said she would tell him off at the next council meeting which is bound to be soon because the gods will find Orion. "Milady, perhaps thou could go and search for Orion. Maybe he will listen to thee and break the curse," I suggested.

"I would love to Zoe, but if he comes back while I'm away I don't want anything bad to happen to you girls," She said and we all started protesting, "and I know that you girls can care for yourselves but I am still worried, okay."

"But milady what else can we do, there are few choices in the matter?" Phoebe asked.

"Girls, I am afraid that we are going to have to do the one thing we don't want to do but we are left with no choice, we have to hunt and kill Orion." We all looked at the ground. We know it is the only choice but none of us want to kill our brother, especially considering it is all Apollo's fault. There were quiet murmurs of agreement everywhere so Artemis told us to break camp and get ready to go.

We broke camp in about 30 seconds and were waiting on the edge of the clearing within the next 10 seconds. I have been part of the hunters for a few centuries and it still amazes me how quick we can break camp. Once we were all there Artemis said, "Orion was heading North but it won't be too hard to find him just follow the path of destruction. So we did, we walked and ran for hours following the uprooted trees, destroyed buildings and occasional dead bodies before darkness came and we were forced to stop and set up camp. Before we went to sleep though we did up a roster for night watch so we constantly had someone on lookout in case Orion decided to ambush us while we slept.

I was on first watch. So while everyone else was in the realm of Hypnos I was on border patrol and Orion duty. I checked around the perimeter of camp a few times before stationing myself a few metres away from camp so it was still in sight but I would be able to get there and give them good warning and time to get ready if there is something or someone coming. I sat down and looked up at the stars marvelling at their beauty but also extremely saddened that the stars were not as bright as they used to be because of the pollution the men are putting into the world. I sat there and recalled all my good memories of the hunt, when I got my firs bulls eye, when they didn't judge me after I told them what I did, hunting monsters and animals together and the bittersweet memories of Orion, my ex-brother. I unconsciously started smiling reminiscing the good times and only then did I realise that this is what a family should be, not what my blood family was, always fighting and leaving each other alone, so the hunt is my true family.

When I woke from m day dream it was time to get Phoebe for next watch and I went to bed. My last thought before I fell asleep was that I am glad I found Artemis because without her I never would have found my true family, I never would have found my sisters that are sisters and not sisters at the same time, and I definitely would have never found the hunt and learnt how to shoot a bow and arrow or any survival skills. So I quickly thanked Artemis before I succumbed to my exhaustion and had dreams of all my times in the hunt.

Hey Everyone,

My life will hopefully stop being hectic, at least on the weekends, because states for nippers was on the weekend so that's finished until September. For anyone who is curious I came 17th in my swim heat and missed out on making semi-finals by one place because it was top 16 went through 😨. I came 10th in my board heat but the conditions were massive and messy so it was an achievement to get out, so despite being the last finisher (3 people didn't finish) I did well and an added bonus I caught a wave that was awesome and fun and so sick and oh my gods it was massive like two or three metres tall and it was from right out the back too 😃. So, the chapter, was it good, bad, okay give me any improvements I can make.
