Tony's POV

I walked into the meeting room where I saw Nat and Carol looking over. Hologram of the coordinates we were going to take in order to get to the planet where Thanos was hiding. I walked over to them, "So what the game plan?" I asked.

"So, what we are doing, is going via this pathway. Rocket said it has something to do with 'space jumps'... I don't really know much about that sort of a thing so I am just letting him take over because I haven't really been to space like some of them."

"True." I nodded.

"Excactly. So that's why I'm exchange." Rocket clarified.

"Of the space travelling." Nat added to clarify. Rocket frowned a little but didn't argue.

"So let's go get him." Steve dismissed and everyone walked walked out towards a the large spaceship. I reached out to Steve to stop him from leaving.

"Uh Steve?" He looked at me to continue, "Can I uh, can I please bring y/n?" Steve looked at me confused, "I know it sounds a little wired, but once we kill Thanos, everyone will come back. I just- I really want y/n to be right there. I don't want to have to waste a single second of living without seeing her."

Steve nodded smiling at me sadly, "Of course Tony. you can get her. We'll take her with us and you will see y/n again. Alive." I nodded.

"Thank you." I cleared my throat and walked out to go and get y/n.

"I'll tell the others to wait a little while longer." He stated walking out the room.

I walked down the hallway to the lab where I had y/n. I walked up to her and crouched down to her eye level. I looked straight into her glowing red eyes and my heart cracked, "We're gonna do it today y/n. I'm going to bring you back to me and you will be ok." I told her eventhough it's not like she could hear me.

I picked her up and walked out of the lab. I walked out to the ship and stepped inside. No one said anything about y/n. I guessed that Steve had already told them. I set y/n down in a spot where she wouldn't fall over or anything and sat down at the front near Rocket.

"Ok, so who hasn't been to space before?" He called out to everyone on the ship. He look around to see Nat and Steve with their hands raised in the air slightly. Rocket chuckled a little, "If you need to vomit, just hold it in ok? I don't want my ship getting dirty." Carol smiled a little at Nat reassuring her questioning expression that it was going to be fine.

Rocket pressed a bunch of buttons and flipped some switches. The ship started to hum as the engine activated, "hold on." Rocket mumbled. The ship slowly levitated off the ground and we were off soaring through the sky at lightning speed. We were flying for a bit in silence until Rocket spoke again, "Ok we are approaching a jump. Every hold on this might get messy." I just tightened my grip on the seat while I could see Nat and Steve share a petrified look.

We neared the jump and the ship jolted massively through the portal. I looked out into the galaxies we were passing and every time I blinked I would see a whole different scene. At one second here would be nothing but dark shades, then the next a burst of bright illuminating colours would glow brightly. I stared out amazed at every amazing view. I looked back at y/n and thought to myself. You would have loved this... I pictured y/n sitting in a seat next to me and looking out at the beautiful skies with a massive grin across her face and bright sparkling eyes. She looked back at me smiling brightly and my heart shattered when the fake picture vanished. Because y/n wasn't here anymore.

I gulped down a lump in my throat and huffed as I continued to look forwards. We came out in a galaxy that had bright blends of red, pink and orange. The colours swirling together with the bright stars shining.

"How are you guys doing back there?" Rocket called out.

"I'm f-fine-n" Steve answered. But he sounded like he was going to throw up.

"Good..." Nat answered too. The colour had flushed from her face and she was clutching onto her seat for dear life. The sight making me chuckle a little.

"Good, because it get's worse than that." Rocket muttered that last part.

"Wait what-" Steve was cut off by the ship jumping and zooming through portal again. I felt my stomach do flips and I felt the vomit rising in my throat. I slammed my eyes closed and swallowed the vomit. But closing eyes didn't help at all. It just made it worse.

"F.R.I.D.A.Y, if I vomit in here can you use a filtering system to clean it or something?" I spoke to my AI.

"Sure boss." F.R.I.D.A.Y answered.

"Ok good cause I feel sick." I swallowed again. Rocket laughed next to me and I shot him a glare. It wasn't very effective however because my face was enclosed by my mask.

The ship continued to jump until we eventually stopped for a break, "Ok, we're just gonna take a little break now. Technically it's not healthy for the body to do 50 jumps. So considering that we just did 82 we are doing pretty good." Everyone turned to look at Rocket with freaked out expressions, "What?"

"We just did 32 more jumps than is healthy!? On our first time!?" Nat freaked out.

"Calm yourselves down. I've done 700." Rocket stated, "And I'm fine."

"You are a walking and talking space rabbit." Thor entered the conversation, "I am a God and I feel like my insides are about to spill out."

"Well they're not. So we are all good to do that again?" Rocket looked around and everyone one had the same wide eyed expression, "I'll take that as a yes."

"That is definetally not a yes-" Nat shouted but the ship soared off again. Gripped onto her seat so tight that her knuckle turned white.

"This is why I have never been to space." Steve muttered to Nat, who nodded in agreement.

"Oh God, I am never doing this again." Nat replied.

"Well, actually, you're going to have to." Rocket corrected.

"What!?" Nat gulped.

"When we come back we are going to have to do this all again."

A silence over took everyone as we all had the same thought. Steve was the only one who said it out loud.

"Oh God."

"How many jumps do we have left?" I asked trying to distracted my mind from the sickening feeling in my throat.

"Hmm..." Rocket read something on the screen, "267."

So much for distracting myself.

Time skip to two hundred and eighty something jumps brought to you by that amazing feeling you get when the bell rings at school and you sigh in relief that you can go home now and eat a packet of chips...

Just to realise that it was the lunch bell and you still have over an hour of school left

"Ok here comes the last jump." Rocket stated.

"You've been saying that for the last 30 minutes!" Thor groaned trying not to throw up.

"Well I mean it this time though." Rocket shrugged. I looked around at everyone else. They all looked like they were just about to throw up. I'm surprised that Thor has been the only one to actually do it so far. We blasted through the final jump and came out to see a planet that was covered in greenery.

"That's where he is." Nat confirmed.

"Ok. Fly us in." Steve told Rocket who obliged and stirred the spaceship towards the planet. Once we entered the atmosphere, everyone changed from looking like they were about to be sick to having hardened and serious expressions. The ship landed on a plane and the ramp lowered. We all stepped out into the open plain. It was a beautiful sight. It made anger boil in the pit of my stomach that Thanos treated himself to this planet after he killed all those people.

Nat noticed my expression and layed a comforting hand on my shoulder, "We're gonna get him Tony." I nodded in response sniffling once and we all began to walk. Rocket was holding a hologram in him hands that had a red dot on it where Thanos was.

"We're getting close." He confirmed. We walked through a forest of overgrowth and came out the other side to see a garden and a shelter. We all ran inside the shelter expecting to see Thanos. But we just aw what looked like a normal empty house.

"He's not here." Thor angrily kicked over a table.

"No. He lives here. I can see him coming." Rocket said looking out the entrance. We all walked over to the entrance to see on the horizon, a figure walking along. It was him. I walked out to the garden and everyone followed. Thanos appeared in front of us shortly.

"Ah. I expected you to come sooner or later. What took you so long?" Thanos mocked. Without another word, we were all blasted backwards by a purple wave. I saw that Thanos still had everystone in the gauntlet. This was going to take everything we have to defeat him.

No one was fazed by being blasted back. We all stood back up again and ran towards Thanos, "You've brought yourselves to your deaths!" Thanos spat. I flew up in the air and flew at full speed to Thanos. Carol was next to me.

We both crashed into Thanos at full force and knocked him over. He blasted me away and punched Carol across the head. But the punch hadn't even moved her head. She smirked and for a second Thanos seemed surprised but the gauntlet glowed and he brought his fist to her face once again. The stones working together to blow carol all the way back to the house.

Steve and Thor came up now and began to punch Thanos continuously. He stumbled back a little before teleporting behind them and moulded Thor into the ground and threw cap across the field to a forest of trees.

Before anyone else could do anything more a large blast was emmited. I saw a wave of purple, blue and red all at once until I was blasted at full force back through the forest of trees. My suit had taken a plot of damage and most of it was gone. I closed my eyes waiting for the fatal impact.

Before I could smash into the ground I was stopped in mid air. At first I thought it was Thanos. But the force put me down safely onto the ground. I looked around me and I stopped dead when I saw,

Y/n.

Y/n was standing right their in front of me. 100% vibranium.

But right there.

"Wha- how!?" I stuttered as tears came to my eyes.

"It takes more than some massive, crazed Titan with the six most powerful forces in the universe to kill me dad." And with that she fired an arrow out to the field and flew off.

My suit fixed itself and I flew off after y/n. I saw the destroyed clearing with everyone blasted across it.

Y/n flew in and everyone stopped and looked at her.

"SURPRISE BITCH!!"
