All Good Things Must End
~Sean
When the light finally subsided, I found myself standing in Sepia forest again, white fluffy clouds dotting the blue sky along with a bright yellow glowing sun that bathed my skin in it's warm comforting light. There was a gentle breeze that lightly blew my hair back, rippling my clothes. "Am I alive?" I wondered aloud, glancing around me. "S-Sean?" I whirled around and found my mother standing behind me, tears of joy in her bright blue eyes as she enveloped me in her arms, burying her face in my shoulder as her body shook with silent sobs. "I missed you so much." She sniffed, looking into my eyes. "But you shouldn't have died this early." She whispered remorsefully. "It's okay ma, I just....I want to know why." My voice cracked with emotion. "Why did he kill me? I only wanted peace, to be alone so I couldn't be hurt anymore by the ones I care about." "You mean Mark?" She asked softly. I stared out at the horizon before nodding. I knew it was true in my heart that I cared about him. Now I would never know if he felt the same way. "You're wondering if he feels the same, aren't you?" She smiled sadly. "My mind tells me no, but my heart screams yes." I sighed in irritation, wishing I could decide what to do. It was then I heard a voice. It was faint, but grew louder and louder by the minute. I instantly recognized the voice as Mark. I strained to hear what he was saying, my heart thumping in my chest as blood pounded in my ears, my breath caught in my throat. "ag baint úsáide as an chumhacht seo tá mé undeserving de go dtugann na an neart a leigheas mo ghrá march." I repeated. "using this power I am undeserving of, give me the strength to heal my love." I translated, watching as the world around me faded away in a bright white light. "See you later." Ma waved goodbye to me one last time, blowing me a kiss. "Much later I hope." I added quietly before ma was blanketed in the white light.
Suddenly everything turned black, like a lamp was put out. I felt water droplets fall on my face along with a hard pressure in my hand. When I opened my eyes, I was greeted by Mark's tearstained face, his hand holding onto mine as if he feared that if he let go I would fade away. Reassuringly I gently squeezed my hand in his, the corner of my mouth turning into a smile. His attention snapped from my hand to my face, surprise, relief, and some other unreadable emotion blossoming over his face as he hugged me in his arms. "How did you know the spell?" I asked as I reluctantly escaped from his arms. "I-I don't know, I just felt like the words were flowing from Seipteach to my mouth." He admitted, offering me his other hand where he held Seipteach. I closed his fingers around the charm, pushing his hand back towards him. "Keep it. I can make another one." Mark helped me off of the ground, observing the chaos around us. Many people lay dead or dying in the grass, arrows strewn everywhere along with bloodstained swords. "I'm king now." Mark stated almost bitterly. "And you will be a fantastic ruler." I told him as I went to heal the wounded both from my clan and his.
Two years later

"Come out come out wherever you are." I taunted as I snuck through the woods, listening carefully for any foreign noises that weren't my footsteps or my breathing. Snowflakes coated my clothes and numbed my bare feet, but I didn't mind. Growing impatient, I shifted into a wolf, padding through the crunching snow. I paused and sniffed the air, catching a scent. Excitedly I bounded towards the source, diving through the trees. "No fair!" Sean complained as he knelt down in the snow and brushed the snow from my fur. I panted in response, licking his hand with my tongue while grinning. "Alright it's your turn, then we need to go inside, it's getting dark." Sean told me. I glanced over at our distant village, watching as children built snowmen and playfully threw snowballs at each other, their laughs music to my ears. It had been two years since the battle between the Oclemora and Lupius, and since then I had ruled by the Oclemora clan leader's side as well as Felix, creating a village where the three clans lived in peaceful harmony. The village was named "Forenad" in the Broderskap language. We had no need of an army, so instead we created a school for learning how to be a healer, as well as schools for reading, writing, art and countless other subjects. Shaking my head to dispell the thoughts, I turned back towards Sean to make sure he wasn't peeking. He was nowhere to be found. I howled to see if he was nearby, but received no answer. Fear squeezed my heart as I shifted back in human form, slipping on my clothes as I called his name. Then I heard him scream in the distance.
