Applejack looked at Twilight and Pinkie Pie. Things were getting weirder by the day. They were on their way to the town for the festival.

Back at the castle. Kicker had been acting strange around Rainbow Dash. The Pegasus had took one look at her and nearly charged at the princess. Then Rainbow glared at Kicker and said, "stupid winged pony".

She would never talk bad about Kicker. Something was terribly wrong. Applejack was riding with Rainbow. She was the only one keeping Kicker from tearing Rainbow Dash apart. She was the one that was able to calm him down earlier.

As the group soared through the clear blue skies of Avalen, she couldn't help but feel like something was off with Rainbow.

Well, obviously something was off with Rainbow. Everyone in the palace knew. But Applejack didn't feel right holding her. She didn't feel like they fit together anymore and that worried her.

"How much farther??", she called to the king.

She wanted to get away from Rainbow Dash for a while. King Lightning looked back at her.

"We're here", he called back.

The king had felt up to going to the festival, despite being sick. He had somehow found the energy. Though he had gaurds with him, just in case.

The group landed in the middle of the town. Applejack smile.

"Wow!!", Pinkie exclaimed.

The girls looked around in awe. The town looked amazing. The decorations were amazing. There were shops opened and fairies playing games. Kids flew around laughing. Wonderful smells of food filled the air. It was awesome.

Applejack got off of Kicker and helped Rainbow down. Rainbow looked around.

"This looks cool".

Applejack turned to her friends.

"C'mon. Let's go and find somethin ta do".

Pinkie grabbed Twilight and Applejack and dragged them towards the games. They went over to ring toss game. Pinkie went up against
Applejack.

The girls laughed as they competed in many of the different games. They eventually went to eat.

"There's a bakery", Twilight said.

Sugarbelle was at the shop, selling food. The three girls walked over to her.

"Hey Sugarbelle!!", Pinkie yelled.

Sugarbelle looked at them and smiled.
"Hi girls. Enjoying the festival??. Isn't it amazing??".

"You betcha", Applejack said. "You wanna join us??".

"The games are really fun", Pinkie added.

"I wish I could", Sugarbelle said grinning. "But I have to stay here".

She looked around.

"Where's Princess Rainbow??".

Applejack shrugged. "Don't know. Don't care".

Sugarbelle looked at her with wide eyes.

"What's up with you two??. It's like you girls don't love eachother anymore".

Applejack sighed. "Ah do. It's just...... it's hard to be around her when she's actin' all.... well, her".

Applejack crossed her arms.

"Ah really gotta talk ta her".

"Then go do it", Twilight said. "She's right over there".

Applejack turned her head. She saw Rainbow Dash sitting on a bench at one of the tables nearby with the pegasi. Kicker seemed alot calmer than before they had left that morning. Applejack looked back at the girls. She had to do it sooner or later.

"Alright. Ah'm gunna get to the bottom of this".

"Good luck", Twilight said.

Applejack walked over to Rainbow. She tapped her on the shoulder. Rainbow turned around and saw her. She smiled.

"Hey".

"We need ta talk", Applejack said seriously.

Rainbow frowned, standing up.

"What is it??".

Applejack crossed her arms.

"Is something wrong??. You've been acting like the complete opposite of yirself ever since you were attacked a few months ago".

Rainbow raised an eyebrow.

"What do you mean??".

Applejack sighed. "Well, you've been really rude to everyone. You say things you wouldn't normally say".

Rainbow looked taken back.

"Are you saying there's something wrong with me??".

"Yes!!", Applejack said, giving a "duh" look.

Rainbow's mouth fell open. She was not happy.

"What could there possibly be wrong with me??".

Applejack smiled. "Oh, ah don't know. Maybe the fact that you've been a total ass ta everyone and that you don't even care about yir parents being sick. Everyone had noticed. What happened ta you. You use ta be so sweet and kind and caring and fun"

"Well, maybe it's not my fault!!", Rainbow yelled.

"Maybe it's everyone but me. I'm the only one normal in this world. And remember your place, girlfriend".

Applejack's clentched.

"Excuse you. Who do you think you are??".

Rainbow glared at her.

"The princess. While, you're just a hunter. So, watch what cha say ta me".

She did not just say that.

"WHAT DO YOU MEAN JUST A HUNTER. AH'M YOUR GIRLFRIEND".

"OH AS IF!!", Rainbow shouted. "YOU WE'RE JUST SAYING THAT NOONE LIKE ME ANYMORE. YOU'RE JUST JEALOUS OF ME".

They didn't notice but they had gotten the attention of quite alot of people. Twilight, Pinkie Pie and the king stood a distance away, watching, unsure what to do. A most of the fair had heard the girls yelling and watched.

Applejack laughed. "Jealous??. Me??. That's funny. Why would ah be jealous of a rude prissy brat like you??. Fir Celestia knows how long, you've been nothin' but rude, ignorant, and don't pretend like ya didn't notice".

Rainbow growled. She shot her hand out directly at Applejack. Applejack gasped and jumped out of the way. A blast of magic barely missed her. The hunter rolled and got up on one knee. She looked up at Rainbow Dash. Suddenly Rainbow was restrained by a few guards.

"LET GO YOU IDIOTS!!", Rainbow shouted.

Twilight, Pinkie, and the king ran over to Applejack. Twilight and Pinkie knelt down beside Applejack.

"Are you alright??", Twilight asked worriedly.

"Rainbow", King Lightning said. "What is the matter with you??. You're not like this".

Applejack stood up and looked at the princess. Rainbow struggled against the guards.

"The Rainbow ah know would never do that", she said.

The princess looked up at her angrily.

"Well I'm not Rainbow Dash!!", she yelled angrily.

Applejack's eyes widened. What??.

So yeah. This story is not as great as I thought it would be. -Sigh- well, I better continue this train wreck anyways and get it done. I'll update again tonight. Let me know what cha think :)
