First of all, I just wanna say that I didn't really get that addicted to Prim when I read THG, so her death didn't quite unleash the waterworks out of me. I think the whole HG fandom is gonna kill me for this, but I feel like she's a bit too ... well ... I'll go with weak. No, wrong word, I'll just say that she's not independent enough, for Katniss almost always has to save her in dangerous situations.

However, looking on how devastated Katniss acted at Prim's death, I will give this blond haired cutie some sympathy for dying so young, and with such a quick death as well. Now before you tell me that fast deaths are nice cause the victim doesn't have to go through all the suffering, Prim didn't even get a chance to say bye to Katniss or anything! She could have even yelled "I love ya Katniss!" but nope, Girl on Fire's little sis just went poof.

Plus, look at how adorable she was! The little duck must have kept Katniss company over the course of her fourteen year old (?) life, making her laugh and smile and ... you know what, I'm gonna stop being so mushy. So basically Prim brought out the love from Katniss.

I rate her death a 78 out of 100. Not that sad to make me mentally burst into tears, but still pretty dismal.
