(Sunflare's POV)

I sensed that a Psybeam had been shot. I raced to the location, but the signal was getting weaker and weaker as the seconds passed.

Suddenly, the signal refreshed and I was able to tell the exact coordinates of the Psychic-Type Pokémon.

When I exploded out of the trees and spotted the culprit, I was shocked.

It was Adam!

"Adam!" I yell angrily. "My cousin is in there!" 'Wait, how did I know that?' I wonder to myself.

Adam looks at me. "So what? This is the Hunger Games!" With that, he started to use the attack Guillotine, launching off the ground towards me.

I dodged it with ease, and launched a powerful Psybeam attack at the off-balance Stage 2 Sinnoh Pokémon.

Adam yells in pain. He attempts to do another Guillotine attack at me with the small amount of his remaining stamina, but I dodge gracefully and use a Psywave attack on the Fighting-Psychic dual-type-- weak against Psychic-Type moves.

Adam falls to the ground. I start doing a Victory Dance.

The cannon fires loudly.

I look inside the cave to find Darkfield and Elly.

Darkfield is tending to her wounds with something from his bag.

(Thunder's POV)

I am watching the tributes compete. So far, only three have died. This is one of the worst first days of the Hunger Games in history.

I set the sky to get dark, and send out the blimp.

(Luna's POV)

Leliana just killed Ty, and now we're all running from Suiko.

Great. Just great.

Leliana whips around, and she stands her ground. "Bash, listen to me! Fight Suiko!"

The melon Leafeon's ears and tail twitch. He starts to reach for his glasses to flip them back, but he slaps his own paw back with the other dark green foot. Suiko lunged at Leliana.

"Leliana!" I scream.

Leliana wing gets ripped horribly, so she cannot fly.

The cannon's explosion pierces the air.
