As Far Removed as Possible
The Shiny Sylveon Angel Lexington sniffed carefully along the scent trail she had found. Normally she wouldn't dare lower her head for anything, even to smell things better, but now was an exception. For her brother was missing, and she was hot on his trail. Eventually night fell and she was still traveling. The trail cut out suddenly, and she paused. That couldn't be a good sign.
Up ahead though, there was a house, next to which was an enormous mound of dirt, which stood beside what seemed to be a deep pit. Angel padded over to the pit, peering in, but as she could not see the bottom, she did not bother to explore it any further. She then turned to the house. A single light was on, and she saw the silhouette of what appeared to be an Eeveelution (as far as she could tell) inside. She decided she would try sneaking in, in case there was something up that she didn't want to be involved in. So, she tried the door, and found it not to be locked.
The house was dark in the foyer, and it was only Angel's light fairy motions that kept her from bumping around noisily. She found the foyer to be split level, so she began by heading upstairs, where she had seen the light.
A shiny Umbreon sat in a kitchen, happily chewing on a bone. Despite being rather large, he was dreadfully thin, his ribcage clearly visible under his short black fur. Angel shuddered at the sight of him, disturbed.
The Umbreon suddenly spun and turned to Angel, and Angel's heart leapt in panic, but she was soon able to calm herself, when she realised that the Umbreon was far beyond panic into terror, having dropped his bone at the sight of her. Tears were forming in his eyes. This would make things easier.
"I-I-I'm-"
"Shhhhh," Angel said quietly, quickly approaching and cornering him. "Keep your voice down and I won't hurt you. Got it?"
The Umbreon's eyes widened, and he nodded slightly, holding his head with his paws.
"What's your name?"
"I-I'm not supposed to have one..."
"Y-you don't have a name?" Angel was shocked at his reply. What horrors abounded in this place? This poor Umbreon was clearly starving, and upon having this closer look, Angel could tell there was nothing of substance to the bone he had been chewing on, no meat or marrow, both apparently consumed long ago.
"N-no," the Umbreon said. "Sh-she says I'm supposed to be a 'vessel...' and if I had a name I would be more than that..."
"Who says that?" Angel demanded, starting to burn with a righteous anger.
"I say it," a voice said from behind Angel. The Sylveon spun, to see...
Almost an exact copy of the Umbreon she had just been speaking to.
But not exact. This Umbreon, while shiny, and whilst having the exact same facial structure, same variations in pelt markings, same apparent bone structure, this Umbreon was fuller bodied, not to mention, female.
"Now, I wonder what you were saying to it, Angel... I wouldn't be pleased if you were meddling..."
Angel froze for a moment, freaked out that this Umbreon somehow knew her name, but she quickly recovered, trying to hide her unease.
"I'm not trying to meddle, I'm just looking for-"
"Your brother, I know. And that's exactly why I can't have you here. I've already got him right where I want him," the Umbreon purred.
Angel flushed with rage. "You?! Where's my BROTHER?!" The Sylveon leapt for the Umbreon, her fear fully subverted by her anger, but the foul creature only grinned, waved a paw, and gave a purr as Angel disappeared through a spontaneously created portal.
The Umbreon stared at her clone, a grin on her face. The feeble male couldn't stop shuddering, waiting to see if he would be punished. His female counterpart swiftly snatched the husk of a bone from the floor and swallowed it, then went back to her room to sleep...

Jan appeared before Austin as she dozed, padding over to him and grabbing him. The Flareon noticed she was quite lacking in her usual vigor and enthusiasm.
"Your sister showed up. I had to send her to another universe."
Austin's eyes widened. "Y-you did what to my sister?!"
"Sent her away. I'm sorry, it was the first thing I thought of. Sylveons freak me out..."
"Wait, what?! You... your son? Fuck that, bring back my sister!"
"I can't, she's out of my jurisdiction now..."
Austin growled and snarled, struggling against Jan's iron grip. She didn't budge.
"Please stop Austin, I just want to cuddle you right now..."
"You MONSTER!"
Jan sighed, and tried to think of something she could do. Then she realised an idea.
Austin tried his hardest to escape, to do something, though he knew it was pointless. Then he stopped. A funny feeling had begun to overwhelm him. A very funny, very... odd feeling. He had felt it a bit before, when he had laid beside Lansing, but now it was becoming unbearable. He needed... he needed Jan! He still didn't like her but he needed her so badly...
Jan sighed in relief as she silently altered the testosterone levels in Austin's body. Finally, her cuddle toy stopped struggling, and started to purr instead, nuzzling her chest instead of trying to bite her neck. This certainly was nicer... maybe she wouldn't freeze him when she woke up. Yeah...
"J-Jan? C-can I, uh..."
"Don't worry, my little fluffy toy, I'll take care of you in the morning..."
And so she clung to him, softly purring to him...
