Linh POV

Linh didn't have a lot of time to think or react when she saw the missiles being fired. She instinctively used her telekinesis to catch them.

Even though she couldn't see his face because, ya know, he had a mask on, she could tell the armour dude was shocked.

"What the hell was that?! You caught it - without - what?!" he spluttered. Even with the mask on, his confusion was very obvious. Linh smiled, then said, as if it was common knowledge, "Telekinesis, duh. You didn't know that?" Linh saw Keefe cheering out of the corner of her eye. Probably because of my sass there, she thought. With her mind, she shot the missiles towards a wall with no one nearby.

Then Sophie screamed, "Marella! Surround us with fire! Linh, keep water on hand in case of you-know-what! Tam, when I give the cue, put some shadows in that guy's mind. Keefe, Dex, Fitz, Biana, attack in any way you can!" She had been speaking English up until this point, but then switched to the Enlightened Language and said, "Remember, we need to get captured."

Marella engulfed them in a circle of flames and they started fighting him.
