I really liked the book a lot and enjoyed it so far but there is something that I wanted to discuss in this review.

The thing I wanted to discuss is that it seems like you don't describe a whole lot of the setting on where the story takes place at, I think if you described more of the setting, it would make it easier to picture in the reader's mind so, we have a much better image of what's going on.

Plus, I know the parents are supposed to be terrible to their kids but to me personally, it seems watered down quite a bit, but then again, I don't know much about abuse or child neglect to really know this or not. Like it's hinted at that they are abused or neglected by their parents but it's not specifically stated so, that's why I said it's watered down a bit for this book.

I also noticed that the paragraphs are pretty short as well. Don't be afraid to make longer paragraphs but not too long where they're walls of text, making it hard to read the book.

Overall, I like the story and would recommend this book to anyone who wants to read a book like it. But if you're not comfortable with the topic of abuse then this might not be the book for you.
