I love the story and how it is inspired by real events. I like the switch between past tense and present tense in the story as you read how Gus and his fiancée got into the hospital and why it happened in the first place.

I also like how it's written kind of like a autobiography of sorts as he's recalling how he met her and the years they spend together before it happened. Also there were grammar errors as far as I could tell so well done on that part as well.

Overall it's a good story and would totally recommend this book to anyone who loves reading books inspired by true events.
