First off the cover is good, I like how the word 'brothers' was bolded. But I found the blue shade of the cover quite in contrary with the story in general. The blue color suggests coolness and is relaxing, perhaps if you used orange or red instead, it would go much better.  I found the title to be eye catching and unique. It really suits the story and it gives off the vibe about the struggles and hardships the reader would see the brothers go through in the story. The blurb is short and straight to the point, hinting the hardships and leaving the readers in suspense. An interesting mix. Although I felt like it was too short and needed to be longer.

I was hooked right from the start. The author had a wonderful way with words, creating scenes that were so beautifully visualized, it was hard not to be in awe. It was almost poetic, I love how the author didn't leave out parts in which things were quite not generally accepted but still done. I loved the personality clashes between the characters and the conversations were fun and interesting to read. But I found some paragraphs to be a bit clunky and some scenes weren't properly described. I'd suggest editing the first few chapters. The plot was intriguing  and filled with relatable content.

Overall, this book was a compelling read, and I would recommend it to lovers of history, brotherhood, love and friendship.

Thanks for reading this review and I hope to you guys in the next one.
