I smirk widely as I wave at Mrs. Cookies when she storms out from the principal's room. I was so pissed that I went and lodged a complaint with the principal. The principal was a good Indian man in his late forties and he had taken my complaint seriously, looked into the matter, and warned Mrs. Cookies.

And it turns out that a lot of students had previously complained about her in particular, so Principal Paul didn't need much convincing from my part.

And now she's being kicked out of North Orchid High School.

And Ryder got detention for four days, it's not a huge punishment but it is something. When Ryder finally gets out of the Principal's cabin he hands me a death glare and I stick my tongue out at him.

Yada, yada. I know I am a very mature person.

Getting Mrs. Cookies scolded and Ryder into detention was like the only positive highlight of my day.

As I walk down the hallway - I see Megan and Andrew making out by my locker and look away willing myself to not cry.

Tears blur up my eyes and I wipe them off and walk to my locker.

I cough awkwardly hoping they'd get the clue and go somewhere else to play tonsil hockey. But no, they are too engrossed in sucking each other's faces.

"Excuse me?" I say loudly to make sure they heard. Andrew removes himself from Megan and looks at me as his eyes widen slightly and Megan looks scared.

"Hey Aria," Andrew says coming towards me and flinch away from him and open my locker. Megan runs off to god knows where.

It's Lunch already people around us are already whispering.

I knew Megan and Andrew were meant to be.

Finally Andrew ditched the ugly nerd.

Ugly Nerd? She probably is a witch who cursed Andrew.

I don't pay much attention to the voices around or I am pretty sure I will start bawling my eyes out.

Andrew tries to touch my hand but I move aside.

God. I feel so disgusted by him.

"Ari, you know that what you saw wasn't the truth right? She kissed me and I was about to push her away, right?"

I turn around and push him away from me.

"Get the hell lost," I scream and the corridor falls silent.

I never talk much. Except with my best friends.

Andrew frowns at me and beings his palm to cup my cheeks and I flinch away and close my eyes.

I open my eyes only to find Ryder beating the shit out of Andrew.

I have an urge to go stop Ryder but I don't. Andrew deserves it.

And well Ryder looks super hot when he flexes his muscles.

Gahhhh What am I saying?

I quickly slip out of the place into the cafeteria and sit down beside Reece.

Brandon sits opposite to me as he looks at me with concern. I nodded letting him know I am good and dig into my homemade sandwich.

My phone pings with a message.

I open it to find that it's from my brother.
