(The dragon is Whale)

I landed at the front of a huge mountain, the peak was a little higher than the clouds. I gasped, Fawn nudged me with her wing, smiling, as though to tell me to get used to it.

I ran forward, pushing Cloudburst, Whale, and Nightmare out of my way. I soon reached Truthseeker and stood next to her.

I smiled, the entrance was as wide as three Skywings, and as tall as ten Skywings.

"Why is it so High?" I asked. "Because, a lot of dragons fly through the entrance all at once, so they need room to fly and spread their wings. Trust me, the whole school is more than just this mountain." She explained, not taking a quick glace at me.

I looked up higher,my neck was starting to hurt from looking up for so long.

I felt Cloudburst push past me and race in, flapping his wings then lifting into the air. He flew in loops and zigzags in the entrance. He laughed, so did I. Whale,Fawn, and I joined him on the air. We flew around him. Then I closed my eyes ad laughed, when I opened my eyes, I was about to crash into Cloudburst. I couldn't move fast enough, and we knocked into each other. I fell a foot but I flew back up. We laughed.

Nightmare was just standing below us, grumbling. "Hey Nightmare? Are you allergic to fun?!" I chuckle. He rolled his eyes.

Then I heard yells, shouts, wings flapping. I looked away and saw a huge flying stampede of every kind of dragon heading straight torward the entrance,and us.

I felt talons grab my wings and drag me to the ground, I looked over and as Cloudburst grabbing my wing and Fawn's, Whale was holding Cloudburst's tail like he would die.

I felt wind push against my face as dragons flew over me. A mix of colors, like a moving rainbow. Their were dragons of all kinds, even some from other islands, hybrids, everything. Their were dragons of all ages. I started to gasp, to a chuckle, to a laugh.

"Wow.." I gasped, Fawn put her arm around my neck. Cloudburst sat next to me. "I can't wait to meet a Mineralwing, I wanna see one eat gold!!" She squealed. "I wanna see a Glowscale, Their scales are absolutely intriguing!" Whale exclaimed.

I looked at Cloudburst. "Which one to you want to see?" I ask.

He smiled at me. "The Mysterywings." He responded with a sigh.

I nodded then turned around. Nightmare glanced at me then looked away. He walked off into the mountain.

Fawn tapped my shoulder. "Wha-" I started

"He so likes you." She cut me off. I rolled my eyes.

"Let's go, all the dragons are in." I heard Truthseeker say. I looked up, not noticing that every dragon was already in. "That fast?" I blinked.

"I told ya thats why its a big entrance." She smiled, then pointed at the entrance.

My eyes widened and my mouth fell open. The entrance was now nine times bigger than it was before. "Wha-wha?" I stammered.

"A thousand years ago, an animus named Honestheart, built this mountain so every dragon, even from other islands, could come here and meet others, and learn about different history that others learn,learned about different dragons." She explained." She soon became evil, her soul destroyed from all the work in this mountain. Before,she knew she would soon become evil, so she put a spell on herself the day she found out she had animus powers. The spell was for her to die the second she killed a dragon."

"Who was the dragon she killed?" I asked.

"Her husband." Truthseeker sighed, shaking her head. "She was about to kill her daughter with a spear, but her husband blocked It and was stabbed in the heart."

I sighed. Then I heard a screech. "What was that?!" I ask, snapping back into reality.

"A Dierel." She responded. I nodded. Everyone knew what a Dierel was.

It was a small, dragon shaped, feathered, creature with small horns that twirled in a circle, they had one eye on there cheek and another in the other, they also had in eye in the middle of their head. They could be in any color.

I felt a nudge, I looked over. Fawn,Whale, and Cloudburst smiled at me. I smiled back. Then we bounded into the school, we all knew excitement we in the future.

I sat on the dark gray cushion and fidgeted and twitched with excitement. I sat next to Whale, Cloudburst was behind me, Fawn was in the back right corner of me, and a very jumpy icewing/seawing hybrid was on the other side of me.

Her silver and deep blue mixed scales were scattered all over her body,wings, neck, and tail. One of her horns was a turquoise and the other was a light blue mixed with silver. Her eyes were a mix of blue and dark gray, silver and blue mixed stripes circling her eyes

We were in the middle of the whole mountain, we were to be assigned to our groups, teachers, and caves.

All the new dragonet's were crowded in the middle, it was loud, crowded, and absolutely exciting.

Soon, a big, bulky mudwing stepped up a small stone staircase. He walked up to a huge, flat, stone platform. It was pretty high from the crowd of dragnets. He waved his hands and everyone went silent.

"Hello everyone, I am glad you are all here are Amethyst Academy, I am your Principal, Landslide. My friend here, Paradise, will call you up and assign you to your groups, Teachers, and your cave." He announced, with a hint of laziness in His voice.

After, he walked back down the steps. Then came a small, rainwing,she ran up the steps, tripping once then giving a shy thumbs up to the crowd telling them she was alright. Her scales were flashing with yellow, white, and purple.

She held up a scroll then started calling names. All kinds of dragons walked up. Some dragons she has never seen before.

One dragon, supposedly a Glowscale, walked up. The dragonet's scales were almost as bright as the sun. Everyone grumbled when the Glowscale walked up the steps, shining like into their eyes. Then the dragon chuckle shyly then his scales turned a darker purple. "Prince Oscuro, you will be in the Boulder Group. Your teachers will be, Hail, Parrot, Revengeseeker, Poison, Swamp, Rain, and Copper. Your group mates are, Honesty, Cloudburst,Fawn,Spiral,Mango, Quicksand,Frigid,

After, a light gray dragon with black spirals all over her body, neck, face, horns, tail, etc, walked up. I guessed she was a Mysterywing, because I had never seen a dragon like that before. With such lar wings at such a young age. Her eyes were the most unusual shade of purple. "Princess Spiral, you will be in the Boulder group, your teachers will be,Hail,Revengseeker,Poison,Swamp,Copper, and Rain. Your group mates are, Honesty,Cloudburst, Fawn,Oscuro,Mango, Quicksand, and Frigid."

She continued,Whale, to his luckiness, was in a group with Darksight. Frigid, was the jumpy Seawing/Icewing that was next to me. I smiled. She called me up and explained everything. All of it was the same, since she had already called all my other group mates.

I walked back down the steps, I sat next back next to Whale and Frigid. Whale's eyes were lost and weren't looking at anything but air. "Probably thinking about Darksight." I thought.

I felt poking in my wing, I looked over. Frigid was squealing and jumping up and down. "Hi! I'm in your group! Its so exciting! EEEEEKKK!! I'm Frigid! A hybrid! I head your name is Honesty! Pretty name! EEEEE! I'm s-"

I covered my ears, not wanting to hear the other squeals and screams coming from Frigid.

Soon, her screams faded out, I sighed with relief.

Then I felt a nudge, I looked over to see Fawn smiling at me. I uncovered my ears.

"Time to go to out cave and sleep. I'm sooooo excited! Its our first night as Group Mates! I'm glad the principal picked us to be Group Mates!" She squealed, thankfully not as loud a Frigid.

I chuckled then stood.

My group, the Boulder Group, all walked together. We walked down halls, flew through tunnels, and slid down steep steps until we reached our cave.

We all said hi and introduced ourselves.

I lay in my bed then thought about my group mates.

"Frigid, most excited,annoying thing on Pyrrhia,Fawn and Cloudburst, The most best friends ever, Quicksand,the mudwing/sandwing hybrid, he is funny, lots of jokes coming from him, Mango,the rainwing/Skywing hybrid, she is nerdy, I don't say it in a mean way though. Spiral, the awesome Mysterywing, she is mysterious and kind, and Oscuro, Clumsy and shy." I thought about my group mates.

"What do you think about Nightmare, huh?" A hiss like voice asked me, seemingly coming from my head.

I almost screamed, not knowing where the voice came from. "Who are you?!" I screamed inside my head."What's going on?!"

"I'm a dead dragon, sort of, I'm half dead. It's hard to explain really, I am just using a stone I made to speak with you. You seem very speaical." The voice explained.

"Special?! What do you mean?! That's...just..." I was lost. "Who are you? I'm H-"

"I know who you are, young one, Honesty." The voice growled.

I blinked."Can you see me?" I ask.

"No, now can I say my name like you asked me to?" The voice asked with sarcasm.

"OK."

"Alright, I am, your worst nightmare."

I rolled my eyes.

"Real name please."

"Alright, fine, I don't like saying my real name, but, since you are very spiecal, and you apparently don't know that at the moment."

My heart froze, my eyes widened, I was gasping quietly. I covered my mouth so I wouldn't scream and wake the others up. This all happened because of what the voice said next.

"I am Honestheart, The Nightwing Animus."
