The Septic Eye

Mark Fischbach exited his apartment, locking the door behind him. He had a happy look on his face as he walked down the stairs, for he was looking forward to some well earned coffee. It was a chilly, autumn morning but he didn't mind snuggling into a warm, red scarf that was wrapped around his neck. The coffee shop wasn't far so he decided to walk. Little did he know that this small decision was going to make a large impact on his life.
Mark looked up at the sky, watching the dark gray clouds roll in. Suddenly he bumped into someone. It was a rather hard impact- so hard that it knocked the other person over onto their hindquarters.
"Oh my god, I'm so sorry, are you alright?" Mark asked as he held out his hand to help the other person up. Said person was wearing ripped jeans and a very dark green hoodie that covered their eyes. The person took hold of Mark's hand and allowed him to pull them up.
The person looked up at Mark.
He nearly jumped.
The person had striking green hair that seemed to glow, and brilliant blue eyes. There was one odd thing though, one of his eyes was different from the other because their whites weren't white, they were bright green. Mark instantly knew this person was Jacksepticeye.
Jack's hard gaze softened as he looked into the chocolate brown eyes of the taller man.
"Mark...?" He asked timidly, his Irish accent music to Mark's ears. He quickly pulled the green haired man into a hug.
"Sean... I haven't seen you in ages... I thought you left for good-" Mark stopped when he felt a pair of arms wrap around him and sobbing on his shoulder. He held the Irishman closer and gently whispered sweet nothings into his ear.
"Hey... Let's go inside, I'll buy ya some coffee, okay?" Mark led Sean into the nearby coffee shop.

While Mark sipped his coffee, he looked at Sean. There was something different about him, but he just couldn't put a finger on it. Mark then noticed that Sean was also staring at him. He had a concentrated look on his face, like Mark was a puzzle and there was a frustratingly missing piece. Mark felt the same way about Sean, but just didn't think about it so... Intensely.
"So, Sean," Mark started, snapping him out of his deep thoughts.
"Hm?" Sean hummed in reply, sipping his coffee.
"I've been thinking about... When you left..." Sean's expression became slightly more stern and his gaze shifted down to the table.
"I know why you left, and I understand. I'm not mad, I don't have a grudge on you. Actually, I'm happy." Sean's eyes brightened and his gaze shot back up to Mark.
"In fact, I've even been looking into what you were talking about... I've been searching for things about Cry... I think you'll be pleased with what I've found." Mark grinned.
Sean smiled, but then it soon faded.
"What about Felix? Does he still hate me?" He asked.
"W-...uh..." Mark sighed, "I don't know, Sean, he's never talked about it. You'll have to talk it out with him. But, hey, I was going to go for ice cream with him and Marzia later today. I'm sure that'll be a great opportunity to talk with him." Sean nodded. Even though he didn't want to face Felix, he was going to man up and do it anyway.
"Oh yeah, do you have a place to stay?" Mark inquired. Sean shook his head.
"You can stay at my place then, I have plenty of room." He smiled and Sean returned the smile.
"Thank you, Mark." He said.

There he was, in all his glory. His golden hair falling gracefully into place. He was like a lion in the jungle of heroes, the king. Said majestic lion was getting ice cream shoved in his face by his even more majestic lioness. Sean felt his legs begin to shake and became angry with himself. There was nothing to be nervous about!
"Hey, Felix! Marzia!" Mark called out, waving at the couple.
"Heyr, bror!" Felix shouted through a mouth full of ice cream, making Marzia laugh. Then he saw Sean and his eyes widened. He swallowed the remaining frozen treat that was in his mouth and stood up, making all sorts of anxieties arise in Sean. Soon he was right in front of the king, bracing himself for execution.
Except, that never came. Instead, he felt a pair of warm arms wrap around him. He timidly hugged back, flabbergasted.
"Sean..!" He heard Felix choke out. "You had me so worried you son of a b-bitch..!" Wait, was Felix.. Crying? Sean hugged him tighter, wanting to comfort him.
"I-I'm sorry, Felix.. I'm so sorry." He apologized, meaning every single word.
"Don't ever leave again, okay?" Felix said as he pulled away. Sean nodded and Felix hugged him one more time.
"I'm so glad you're back, bro.." Once Felix pulled away again, Sean looked at Mark who had the biggest smile on his face.
"Can't I get a hug too?" Marzia asked, grinning. Sean chuckled.
"Of course." He said, hugging the Italian.

If only these nice moments could last forever.
