Imagine July 7 - Part 2

Requested by Laura5SOSx0 ; The second part for 'Imagine Thorin, Thranduil and Bard are all flirting with you.'

Our hearts are combined

as our souls are intwined

For now and always

I will be by your side

If you could only give me a chance

I will give you daughters and a white picket fence

Let us into your heart

and gift me with one more glance

Tell me that you love me

and I will hand you the key

To my heart

and family

Thorin and Thranduil both looked at Bard with amused expressions on their faces. 'What? Don't stand there like yours are so much better then mine' he points out. Thranduil smirks. 'Mine is a manifestation of true love, bow men.' Thranduil picks up the quill and writes;

Just like the moon

gives it's light not to noon

I will not give my love

to any dove

To tell you how I feel

I will give you something with a certain appeal

Around your neck the necklace of starlight

will shine bright

Tell me that you love me

and you will see

That the world is so bright

with a men like me by your side

Thorin huffed. 'You are already lying to her.' Thorin glares at him. 'Excuse me?' Thorin moves to the table and takes the quill from Thranduil. 'You don't have that necklace yet, it is still here in my mountain.' Bard quickly puts himself in between them to prevent another war from happening.

I have been told stories of old

when my heart was still young and bold

Of how love could change your life

now I'd like for you to be my wife

It was true that when I looked at you

I almost forgot all I knew

My fears, my worries and my dreams

you banned the Gold Sickness and it's schemes

Tell me that you love me

and you will fill my heart with glee

Tell me that I am your King in white

and show me that the old stories were right

Thorin looked at his peom to you with a cocky smile. 'Please. You think (y/n) will fall for that? She is much smarter then that' Thranduil said. 'It doesn't matter what you think, she will love it. Now, we still have to decide who can give his poem to (y/n) first.' Thranduil nodded. 'We can play 'rock paper scissors' over it' he suggested.

'What do you think bow men?' The two Kings turned around and found that Bard was no where to be seen. 'He ran for it to give it to her first' Thranduil spoke, dumbfounded. 'Luckily I know the secret paths in this mountain' Thorin said and ran away with the elf following closely behind.
