Imagine having to choose between Fili and Kili
This imagine was requested by hobbit_lover1999 ; Fili and Kili both like you but you have to choose. When you do, you make love to him.
'Why did I have to choose again?' you asked for the hundreth time that day.
Thorin ignored you at first. You were walking next to him to the room where it would all happen.
During the quest you had fallen in love with both his nephews. They had, also, both returned your feelings. But like Thorin had already explained to you many times before; you had to choose.
Thorin didn't believe that you could be the One of both of them. He believed, like Balin, that one of them just felt was his brother was feeling. Your heart would choose the right one.
'I don't want to do this' you said, still following Thorin.
He sighed. 'We have already gone through this several times now. You don't have a choice. Only the choice of whom you will marry. So choose wisely' he said as he opened the door.
The two brothers were patiently waiting for you in the hallway to their bedrooms. They were both wearing their best clothes, trying to impress you in these final seconds.
Kili seemed excited to you. He was wearing his handsom smile, making your heart flutter. You loved to spar with him and play games. He was the one you would go to when you wanted to forget everything.
And then there was Fili. His eyes showed determination. But there wasn't the cocky smile that he would normally wear. He seemed to take this more serious. That is what you loved about him. He was always there when you needed him. Lending you an ear when you needed someone to talk to.
In the end it didn't prove to be a hard pick. Not for you, at least.
Three pairs of eyes were patiently resting on you.
You swallowed. 'I have made my decision' you announced.
Thorin put his arms behind his back, eyeing his sister-sons from the corner of his eyes.
Fili nodded.
Kili's smile didn't change.
You would follow Dwalin's advice and follow your heart. The song of your heart only matched one of them...
'I choose you' you said.
Kili didn't stop smiling, instead his smile stayed on and he looked at you in disbelief. His heart was broken.
'You sure?' Fili asked perplexed. He couldn't believe you had just chosen him over his brother. The girls always seemed to be drawn to Kili instead of him.
Thorin nodded his head. 'Well then, now that the lass has chosen we shall leave you two alone. Kili' he said to his youngest nephew.
The brunette tore his eyes away from you and followed his uncle obediently. You didn't dare to look at him. You didn't want to see the hurt in his eyes. Not now.
Fili and you were left behind. Standing there. Not sure what to do now.
'Why did you choose me?' Fili asked.
You looked up at him. He looked happy to you. But there was a sadness in his eyes. This was exactly what you didn't want to do to them. You didn't want to cause a split between the two brothers.
'When Dwalin told me I had to listen to my heart, I could clearly hear it calling your name. Kili is a dear friend of mine, one that I don't hope to lose, but he isn't you. We have both sides in our relationship. Not only the fun but also the serious side. I appreciate that.'
He bowed his head. 'I am planning on treating you right for the rest of my life, my love. I will always be their, standing in front of you to protect you from any danger that may come your way. I will be loyal, fierce and unwavering. You won't regret your decision.'
And you knew he was right when he spoke those words.
'Let us go to your room now' you said, catching Fili off guard. His cheeks heated up a little.
'O-of course my lady, as you wish.' He rushed to hold the door open for you.
His room was so clean and had a clear order. It was everything you had expected from him. It wasn't the room of any dwarf. He was the next in line to the throne. And it showed.
A giant bed claimed most of the space in the smaller room.
'We spent many years sleeping together, Kili and me. My mother and father simply didn't have the money to buy or make us a bed at first. So we crawled up together at night. It is weird to sleep in a bed this bed now, all by myself.' His eyes followed the pattern on his sheets.
Absend-mindedly, he straightened it with one hand.
'It sounds like are not quite used to living here, if you would excuse me for saying that' you said.
He smiled, looking up at you. 'You don't have to hold anything back when we are with the two of us. I respect your opinion and I don't want you to refrain from saying something to me.' He took your hands in his.
Gently, he pulled you closer to him. His eyes were so warm, melting you as he was holding you.
'I don't mean to be blunt, but you look like I should take a bite of you tonight my dear' he said.
You chuckled. 'Blunt? No, I don't mind that. You look quite tasty yourself, my lord.'
Fili pinched your arse. 'None of that. Call me Fili or love or something like that. Don't call me your lord or your king. We are equals.'
While holding his stare, you untangled yourself from his arms and took a few steps back. Your dress was the first piece of clothing that hit the floor.
His hungry eyes were taking in every little detail.
Soon, there were more clothes lying there together. Your underclothing and his were a part of it.
Both of you had some experience but not that much. It didn't matter when you were together.
You moved together like you had known each other for so long. You met his thrusts with your hips and send him into another world.
Fili laid next to you, panting after all those hours together.
You were tracing his chest hair with your pinky. He was so soft and at the same time so strong.
'You are the light that brightens my days. I am never going to let you go' he said, his voice weak from sleep.
You curled up close to him as he held you tight. 'You won't ever have to worry. I will stay by your side till the end of my days.'
He smiled, burrying his face in your hair. 'I love you (y/n)'
'I love you too Fili.'
