For this I'm going to put in the basics from both LOTR and the Hobbit.

Frodo: His eyes, the piercing blue color always makes you lost in thoughts and dreams.

Sam: His cooking, he may be a gardener but he makes a mean meal! Especially taters

Pippin: His sense of humor, him and Merry are always up to something and you love that he's always able to bring a smile to your face when your down.

Merry: His courage, it didn't matter how little he is you love how he was so ready to fight and help out. Even if it meant a possible death.

Aragorn: How loving he is, he hides it well but when he loves, he loves deeply.

Legolas: How skilled he is, it amazes you how he can go without sleep for days and still fight as if he had a full nights sleep.

Gimli: How stubborn he is, he makes you laugh with no trouble at all just by being stubborn.

Thorin: How Strong he is, he can take almost everything that is thrown at him, although sometimes just like everyone else his sensitive side is shown.

Fili: How protective he is, whether he is looking after his brother or on night watch he can defend and won't let anyone harm his loved ones.

Kili: How reckless he is, others are quite annoyed by it but you consider it entertaining and although you both end up in trouble you couldn't love it or him any less.

Bilbo: How awkward he is, his cute stutter always makes you chuckle, he has a different walk about him that always caught your eye.

Bard: How brave he is, he took on that dragon with bravery and never stood down from something if it meant something good would come out in the end.

Thranduil: How sensitive he could be at times, it isn't shown often but when he hurts you hurt, when he smiles you smile.
