Imagine the characters complaining
Prompt for today; "These are my complaints"
Oh boy.

Nathalie was working on her computer. Typing, typing, typing... well, that wasn't really the truth. It was what she was thinking about though. She knew she should be doing that.
What she was doing was watching YouTube video's. And the next day she would go swimming with her mother.
The door to her bedroom opened. And in walked Bilbo Baggins of the Shire. "I hope I am not interupting any creative flows" he said, peaking around the half-opened door.
Nathalie turned around with a swish. "Of course not Bilbo! Please come in!" she said excitedly.
The hobbit pushed the door fully open. "There is something I would like to talk about" he said, not meeting her eyes. This could mean a couple of things. And none of them would bother her too much.
She smiled kindly at him, encouraging him to go on.
"I was thinking, maybe you could put me as the lead character in more of your imagines?" he asked shyly. "Not that I want to force myself on your readers. But I think they kind of like your stories about me and I don't get to go out very often..."
"That is alright Bilbo. Don't feel bad for asking me. I will put you in some more stories."
Bilbo was about to open his mouth when she added; "As the main character."
He nodded happily. "Thank you, that is very kind of you. I will leave you to it then." He waved awkwardly and closed the door behind him.
She turned around in her chair. "I can write one quick story about him. Shouldn't take too long." She set to work on it immediately when there was another knock.
Or rather; the door 'knocked' against the wall because it was thrown open.
"Come in" she said just to annoy the person whom had just walked in.
"Lass, we need to talk."
Nathalie turned around to find her husband staring at her with his arms folded. "What is it love?" she asked innocently.
He rubbed a hand over his bald head. "You will continue writing 'Our golden years', am I right?" He waited for you to nod before he continued. "It is a lovely story and all, people seem to want to read more, but maybe they think I am really gay."
She forced herself not to laugh. "People know that you aren't gay. I haven't written any gay-sex scenes." She looked him dead in the eye. "Yet."
His eyes narrowed. "You wouldn't dare."
She turned around and opened the book on Wattpad. "Hey!" she yelped as Dwalin leaned over her, closed the laptop and took it with him as he walked out. "Not getting it back until you have learned to behave yourself" he said.
Nathalie leaned back in her chair with a loud humph. "Now no one can blame me for not updating on time. My husband took my laptop from me" she mumbled angrily.
"Oh, and Thorin is here with some complaints" Dwalin yelled from the kitchen.
And sure, soon after the dwarf king stalked in. "We need to talk."
"You are the third person today" she said with a sigh. Nathalie gestured towards one of the other seats. "Make yourself comfortable."
"I am afraid there are some matters which I can not longer ignore" he said with a serious face. He put the fingertips of his hands against each other. "Especially about the intimate stories you have written."
Not this again. "What about it Thorin?"
He swallowed thickly. "I feel like woman could be, let down, once they get the real deal."
Nathalie leaned back in her chair, a frown on her face. "What do you mean?"
"You applaud my techniques in bed sport quite often. Maybe woman feel like I am a great lover. I won't lie, I do have some experience, but they should know that the almighty king that they know and love can also be... how do I put this?"
"Less mighty at times?" she offered.
Thorin wasn't sure if he should nod or growl. Neither was the writer.
"That is one way to put it."
"Look, Thorin." She leaned forward, resting her hands on his knees. "I am sure that if they would ever meet you, they would be too nervous to think less of you and your situation."
"My situation?"
"Aye, we both know that I can exeggarate some parts-"
"Don't." He glared at her. "The next thing I want to talk about is all the moving around. One chapter you put me here and then in the other I am on the other side of Middle-Earth. Sometimes you even move me back to the time Fili and Kili were young!"
She smiles sheepishly. "I love those stories."
"At least give me a warning before doing it" he says, trying to sound stern.
Nathalie nods. "Will do. Anything else, my king?"
He stares deeply into her eyes. "Don't teach our language in your stories. It may fall in the hands of the wrong people."
She moves one hand behind her back before she answers. "Deal." What he doesn't know is that in this world we sometimes cross our fingers behind our backs.
Thorin smiled. "Thank you. Then all is done. Get to work."
"I can't. Dwalin took my laptop."
"What was it this time?"
She blushes. "'Our golden years'."
He laughs. "I will talk to him. Just put in some juicy scenes in the next chapter. He will like that." With a final wink to you, he left for the kitchen.
"What a beautiful writer life" Nathalie sighed.
