Imagine Pop!Thorin #6
This is one more story about little Thorin.

"HOW COULD YOU!"
"I DIDN'T THINK TH-"
"IT IS CLEAR YOU WEREN'T THINKING!" Thorin points his sword at the stone dragon in front of him. He is staring his enemy dead in the eye while the other doesn't move.
"I can't believe you brought that worm into this house. HAVE YOU LOST YOUR MIND WOMAN?" Thorin growls.
Nathalie throws her hands up in defeat. With a sigh she lets herself fall on her bed. "You do realize that a stone dragon can't hurt you. Even if it was once alive *which clearly isn't the case here* then he has been turned into stone" she tries to explain calmly.
Thorin isn't yet convinced. "You also said that I shouldn't be walking around and talking."
"You mean shouting."
The angry king glared at her.
"You can hardly say that you are talking. You scream most of the time" Nathalie said, avoiding his angry eyes.
"And whom's fault is that? You are insuferable" Thorin says. He turns his attention back to his enemy. "Who is to say that this worm won't wake up?" he asks suspiciously.
Nathalie shrugged. "Shouldn't he have moved or talked already? I don't think he has the same weird makings as you" she pointed out.
Thorin didn't lower his sword. It was simply too risky. Maybe the worm was just waiting for the moment he let his guard down.
"Do you want me to take it out of my room?" Nathalie offered. She could see why maybe this had not been such a bright idea. But in all honesty, that cute guy worked at the shop she had bought it at. He had a long bear, long hair and even a braid in his hair. Perfection.
A real life dwarf with the height of an elf. That was the only down side.
What surprised her even more was when she found his Facebook page. He had a link on it to his own website where he posted his poems. And in the shop they had talked about Tolkien. Finally she had met a boy who was so much like herself.
"Are you quite done thinking about him? You are supposed to get rid of this monster" Thorin pointed out.
Nathalie shot up like she awoke from a daydream. Which, to be fair, she did. "I can put it in a box or on top of something. I would like to keep it here, I think."
Thorin had a hard time to keep from rolling his eyes. "Do you think a dragon will be stopped from killing us just because you have put it out of reach?" he asked in a sarcastic tone.
She folded her arms. "I am just saying that I like this small statue. So I will keep it. Whether you like it or not." An idea popped into her head. "If you don't like, then you can leave this room."
They looked at each other with immense power, neither one of them was about to give up. A few minutes passed by without either one surrendering. A symphatic smile suddenly made it's way to Thorin's lips.
"Is it because of him that you want to keep it?"
Her eyes widened. "N-n-no, I-I have no idea - That is ridiculous" she spluttered. Her cheeks reddened.
Thorin nodded. "Very well. We keep it. But if that thing comes to life I swear I will kill it without hesitation." He put his sword back with one more long, suspicious glare at the stone dragon.
"Now, why don't we go back to that shop and find me a warrior goat to use?" he asked. Thorin jumped off the cabinet to be caught by Nathalie. "And maybe we can even see him and I can ask him to court you. Or rather, I will force him to."
"That is so not happening" said Nathalie.
