Imagine suggested a long time ago by icecreamy2 ; Imagine the reader having a sugar rush and Fili and Kili taking advantage of it.

"Are you sure that you want to eat all that? Don't you need something with... nutrition? I can't imagine that all that candy will give you the strength you need to walk all day today" Bilbo said thoughtfully.

You filled your cup with cola. "No, it won't. But this will definitely help." You gulped everything down in one go. And filled your cup again.

"This can't possibly end well" Bilbo said, shaking his head.

At first nothing happened. You were feeling a little more energetic than before but that was it.

Until you got to the Mars bars. They pushed you over the edge of the road that had been building in your veins.

Your eyes widened.

Your leg started twitching.

They told you to run.

"SUGAR!" you screamed as you jumped off your pony and ran to the front of the company. Everyone watched you go and no one did a thing. They weren't sure what was going on. Except for maybe Thorin, Dori, Bilbo and Bombur. Whom all had small children around them at some point in their lives.

"(Y/N), get back on your pony. You are going to regret this within half an hour" Dwalin said grumpily.  

"I'LL NEVER REGRET THIS!" you screamed, running around in circles in front of the company.

Thorin smiled. "That is not going to happen any time soon. Let (y/n) run until she can't anymore. After that she can sleep on her pony." He kept a careful eye on you though.

Dwalin didn't reply.

"(Y/N)! Do you think you can run all the way to that pond over there and come back -" Fili started.

"in under one minute?" Kili finished.

You were already on your way before any of the adults could stop you. With your sugar rush peaking you felt as if you could do anything. Nothing could stop you.

You made it back well under one minute. The Durin brothers were impressed.

Fili and Kili looked at each other. They nodded. Kili rode to the back of the company.

Fili gestured for you to come over. He quickly scribbled something down on a piece of parchment. You were standing in front of him faster than he expected. "(Y/N), can you take this note to Kili please?"

He hadn't even finished when you grabbed the parchment from the hand and rushed over to the back. The parchment fluttered in the wind.

And so they send you back and forth for a couple of notes. You weren't sure what they wrote on it, but it had them laughing and you were getting rid of the energy that blazed through you.

Suddenly you started to feel really tired. But you kept on going.

You had... to... deliver.. last... Nope.

With a sigh but also a fond smile, Thorin got off of his pony and picked you up bridal style. Together with Dwalin he helped you up on your pony. "Now, sleep, we will wake you up when we're setting up camp." He stroked some hair out of your face.

"And for you two" he turned around slowly.

"We simply helped (y/n) to burn off some of her excess energy" Kili pointed out.

Fili nodded. "At least she burned a lot of it before we were randomly attacked again."

"Pony duty" Thorin said, getting back up on his pony.

The two brothers sighed, "Yes uncle."
