~ This story isn't based on an imagine from imaginexhobbit for a change. Every time I hear this song I think of the same thing and you all probably know by now that I have a weak spot for Thorin... So yeah. It's all based on my crazy mind.

Imagine the after party of your wedding to Thorin and you singing him a song to show your love. ~

The day was great so far. Finally Thorin and you had exchanged vows and you truly belonged to him. He was sitting next to you at the table, beaming with pride and almost crushing your hand in his. 'Azyungal, you're breaking my hand' you chuckle. Quickly he softens his hold and leans forward to kiss you softly. His eyes are sparkling and neither of you can't help but smile widely at each other. You never thought that someone could love you this much, but his love for you was evident in his eyes.

Fili, Kili and Dis sat next to Thorin, all of them happy with you as a new part of their kin. The brothers had just done their speech, earning several stern looks from their mother. But Thorin and you couldn't stop laughing at them. They both looked up to you as their aunt, even though you were younger then them, and they were great at making you laugh. Next to you sat Bilbo, Bofur and Balin. Bilbo had a hard time controlling his tears and he often excused himself from the table to take a break from all the emotional speeches.

And now it was your turn. You had prepared a song for Thorin, but you weren't sure if you wanted to sing it to him. You were worried that your feelings may be a little overwhelming to him. A few weeks ago you had entrusted the lyrics to Bilbo and Balin, asking for their opinion. If they thought it would be to much, you would have to change it. They both started crying after the first couple of lines, and you began to worry that it was to much.

Balin returned the lyrics to you and placed a gentle hand on your shoulder. His eyes were filled with happy tears and he pulled you closer to give you a big hug. 'He will love this lass. Don't you worry about it' he said in an uneven voice. Bilbo threw his arms around you as well and when he stepped away you saw the grand smile covering his face. 'Everyone would be lucky to marry a woman like you' he spoke softly. 'Don't you think that it may be to much?' you asked. But the both of them shook their heads immediately.

'Lass, we are dwarfs. When we love it's with our whole heart. And while Thorin may not be a dwarf of many words, his feelings for you run deep. He is also scared of overwhelming you with his true thoughts, one of you must take the first step' he insisted. You nodded and collected the lyrics.

And now it was time to sing those words to your beloved. You weren't sure how he would respond, but you were sure of one thing. You were really nervous. Doubt still circled through your mind, and you were unable to control it. So you thought back of the moment when he slipped the ring around your finger. He couldn't keep his hand steady and he wouldn't let go of your hand afterwards. Almost immediately did he swung his arm around you to make sure everyone understood who you belonged to. Apparently getting married to him didn't show it enough.

Hesitantly you walked to the front, onto the stage and looked nervous at your husband. He smiled supportive at you. The dwarf behind the piano nodded encouragingly and you convinced yourself that the lyrics wouldn't be overwhelming to him. You could see the enormous amount of love in his eyes and you could feel it when he was close to you. You felt it when he hold you tight against him. This was your time to let him know how much you loved him. The piano started playing;

During the song you saw a tear escaping from Thorin's eyes. Everyone was silent, staring at you. You had almost everyone crying, even Dwalin though he contained his tears pretty well. When you finished Thorin got up slowly and walked towards you. He was smiling like he only did for you. He got up on stage and cupped your face in his large hands. No words needed to be said, his eyes said it all. He kissed you passionately and the whole table cheered for the two of you.

Thorin reluctantly withdrew and placed your foreheads against each other. 'I will guard you with my life, and nothing will take you away from me as long as I can prevent it. I promise you I will never love another, I will only desire you, my wife. I will make you feel loved for the rest of our lives and I will wait for you in our next.'
