Imagine Fili saving you from orc's

~ This drabble was a request by @TigerEyes570 ; A scenario where the reader get's kidnapped by orc's and tortured. Fili needs to save the reader and falls in love with the reader. I hope this is what you imagined! Enjoy! ~

'(Y/N), are you sure you're not coming with us?' Kili asked disappointed. You looked up from your book and nodded your head. 'I'm sure of it. Now go, your mother and uncle are waiting for you.' Fili and Kili looked at you one more time before heading out the door. You heard the door closing and you went back to reading your book. Finally you had some time to catch up on your reading. It was nice and all to live with Thorin and his family in the Blue Mountains but his nephews could be a little clingy at times. Tonight they had asked you to come to the inn with them, but you didn't feel like getting drunk tonight. Maybe some other time, you told them.

They wouldn't be back for a few more hours so you finally had some time to yourself. You were reading a story about a princess who was captured by a dragon. Right now she was trying to talk some sense into the beast but you knew she would never succeed. She just had to wait for her knight to come and safe her. 'Poor woman' you mutter. If the princess would have been a dwarf she would have been able to fight herself free. But apparently human princesses were unable to do so, as proven by this book. The fire in the fireplace was crackling and you felt your eyes falling down slowly. You had almost fallen asleep when you heard a scream. You shot up in your chair, eyes wide, looking at your surroundings to discover the source of the sound.

After looking thoroughly you decided it must have been a sound in your dream. Maybe you had fallen asleep after all. You made yourself comfortable in your chair again, closing your eyes so you could fall asleep once more. But just as you closed your eyes, you could hear the scream again. 'That's definitely a real sound' you say and jump up from your chair. You grab your axe, which laid on the ground next to you, and make your way towards the door. You can hear another cry and now you can tell it definitely comes from outside. You run outside, not paying any attention to your surroundings. 'Who's there?!' you yell. Suddenly it becomes very quiet. The screaming has stopped and you wish you weren't out here alone.

'Hello?' you yell. But there is no reply. You lower your axe just a little and you are about to go back inside when something hit's you on the back of your head and you drop down on the cold stone.

'I think we will surprise (y/n) by coming back early. She will never believe that we didn't get drunk this time' Kili joked. Fili shook his head and looked at their house. 'She hasn't gone to bed yet, the fire is still on.' Kili looks up at their house and sees the smoke coming from their chimney. 'Maybe we can surprise her brother?' Fili looks curiously at his younger brother. 'What do you want to do?' Kili frowns and tries to think of something good. They have already put a frog in your bed once. Somehow you weren't able to understand why that was funny. Another time they had 'accidentally' thrown you in a puddle of mud. That didn't land good with you either.

Last time they had pulled a prank on you they had accidentally, this time for real, undressed you in front of the whole town. They had stolen your clothes and only given you a towel to cover yourself with. But they forgot about the fact that there would be a special celebration, due to a wedding, so that everyone would be out on the market. And that's exactly the place you had to cross to come home. Kili did understand why you had tried to strangle them for that prank. The other times were just a mystery to him. 'I think we'd better not do anything for a while, not after the market fiasco' Kili stated. Fili chuckled. 'You think so?'

They had almost reached their house by now, just one more turn and they would be able to sit down and relax. But when they came close they noticed your axe laying outside on the ground. The two brothers exchanged looks before Kili ran towards it, checking if it was really your axe. Fili quickly made his way into the house, yelling your name. But you didn't answer. 'Fili?' Kili yelled from outside. He stood up with your axe in his hands. A small drop of blood lay on the blade. His brother came running out the house and stuck his nose in the air. Kili nodded. 'Orcs.' Their faces turned sour and their fists clenched. Fili went back inside and grabbed more knives and swords. 'Should we get uncle?' Kili asked. Fili shook his head.

'We don't have time for that. We don't know when they took her. But we do know they won't keep her alive for long' Fili answered and put his two final knives in the back of his tunic.

After a while you opened your eyes, and you immediately felt the sting of the blow at the back of your head. 'What happened...' you muttered, trying to stay awake. A low chuckle sounded through the silence. You didn't recognize the voice but the smell was all too familiar to you. 'What are orcs doing in these lands?' you questioned with a huff. You felt a searing pain in your stomach when an orc kicked you. 'Silence, you filth!' the orc barked at you. Your eyes adjusted to the darkness and you noticed there were three orcs standing around you. The tallest of them was also the most muscular. Their ran several scars over his exposed chest, and one nasty one over his nose.

He knelt down so he was now at eye-level with you. 'Where is Oakenshield?' he asked in a hissing tone. You laughed sarcastically and tried to get yourself up. Another blow landed on your back and you were pushed down in the mud. You tried to search for a weapon when you realized your hands and legs were tight together. There was no way you would be able to escape. How hilarious. Just a few hours ago you had sat in your warm chair with a book about princesses, dragons and princes. Now you were in a lot of trouble yourself and you couldn't safe yourself. The irony.

The tall orc spat at your face. Did those creatures ever clean their teeth, you wondered as the smell of his saliva found it's way to your nostrils. 'Where is Oakenshield?' the orc growled. 'I don't know whom you're talking about' you answered, earning another blow at your back. The orc leaned forward and grabbed your head. His hold was almost skull crushing but he was careful to only make you suffer, you could die later. 'One more time, filth. Where is Oakenshield?' You raised an eyebrow, unimpressed with the three orcs standing around you. 'What's it to you?' The orc threw your head down on the ground. Luckily for you it was a forest ground, or your head would have split in two.

'Tie that dwarf scum to the tree!' the tall orc ordered. Your hands were untied as the two orcs dragged you towards a smaller tree. You tried to fight them off but your legs were still tied together and they were both holding your arms in a tight grip. One orc held you in place as the other one tied your hands together around the tree. 'Do you want us to take her shirt off?' one asked at the taller orc. 'No, this will do' the tall orc replied in a dark, deep voice. The two orcs left your side and made room for something. 'Now, are you sure you don't want to tell us where Oakenshield is?' the tall orc asked again.

'Tying me down a tree doesn't make me want to tell you' you mock. Maybe you weren't in the position to mock your abductors, but you would never tell them where Thorin was. They would have to kill you and then you still wouldn't tell them. You heard some noises but you couldn't tell what it was they were doing. You looked up at your left and saw the orc smiling wickedly at you. That's when you felt the first sting in your back. You closed your eyes tightly together and tried to control the pain as you felt two more lashes following closely behind the first one. Your shirt already tears at the third lash. At the fourth lash you can feel blood running down your back.

But you don't show them it hurts, not one tear escapes your eyes. You won't give them the satisfaction. Six more lashes follow and with every single one you can feel the skin on your back burst open. You've only received ten lashes when the orc stops for a moment. 'Are you ready to tell us where Oakenshield is?' he asks. You manage to chuckle and you try to relax the muscles in your back. 'Why do you think I know where he is?' you ask. The orc huffs. 'Wrong answer.'

Fili hears the orc cries first. Immediately he starts running faster, his sword ready in his hands. Kili sees his brother running off and tries to follow close behind, but he can't keep ut with Fili. First he notices the tall orc standing in the middle of a clear spot in the forest. Two more orcs stand close to him, both on either side of a tree. He signals for Kili to be silent and he stops running. Carefully he makes his way over to the clear spot. The orcs don't notice them yet, but they will soon. Kili points at his bow and Fili nods. His brother stands up and points his arrow at the head of one of the orcs. That's when the tall orc starts with the lashing again. Fili get's up, ready to slash his throat but Kili pulls him back.

He shakes his head with a warning look in his eyes. Fili crunches his teeth and watches the orc hurting you over and over again. Kili points his arrow back up, but this time aims for the taller orc. 'NOW!' Fili yells and Kili releases the arrow. It hit's it's mark and Fili jumps up at the orc, slashing his throat with his two swords. The tall orc doesn't have time to register what happens to him when his head already falls down to the floor. The other two orcs immediately grab their weapons and one runs towards Fili. He blocks the sword and tries to aim for the orc's heart. Kili shoots one more arrow at the other orc before grabbing his own sword and jumping into the fight, standing next to his brother.

You try to look back over your shoulder but the pain in your back prevents you from doing so. Kili and Fili are now fighting side by side as they attack the two orcs. Fili lunges forward and pierces his sword straight through the orc's chest. He makes a gurgling noise and falls down on his knees. 'A little help would be welcome brother' Kili says as the only orc standing is quite impossible to take down. But not for two Durin brothers. 'Get ready!' Fili yells as he jumps on top of his brother's shoulders. The orc focuses on the top brother and doesn't notice the sword Kili pushes right through his stomach. The final orc falls down at their feet and Fili jumps off his brother's shoulders.

He runs towards you and kneels down beside your face. '(Y/N)? Please say something to me' he says, pleading. You open your eyes and show him a weak smile. 'Of course I'm alive. I won't die because of some lashes' you joke. 'Thank Mahal' Fili says to the sky. Kili get's behind the tree to free your hands while Fili supports you so you don't fall down to the ground. After your hands are free Kili sits down behind you, offering a soft surface for you to lean against. You grunt when your sore back rests against Kili but it's a welcome change from the lashes. Fili places a hand on your shoulder and tries to keep you conscious. 'Beautiful don't go fainting on us, look at me.'

You look up at him and give him a weird look. 'You never call me that' you mutter. Fili smiles apologetic shrugs his shoulders. 'That's because I've never really seen you before. But here, in the moonlight, there is no question that you are my princess.' You chuckle and keep looking into his eyes. You can tell that every word he just said is sincere, and a small candle in your stomach get's lit with the warm smile on his lips. 'I don't want to be a maiden in despair. I'm a princess who can, normally, protect herself just fine' you say. Fili laughs and cups your face.

'Alright, as long as you're my princess you can be any kind of princess you want.' Behind you Kili clears his throat. 'I'm all for the two of you courting, but can you not kiss each other while I'm still here?' he pleads. You both chuckle but Fili doesn't care about his brother being there or not. He closes the distance between your faces and you close your eyes as you let him dominate the kiss. 'Seriously?' Kili growls behind you, but the two of you just ignore him.
