3Gun's frustration was unbearable. He drove the horses hard not caring for anything except getting to County and handing Margarita over. He would see Lorne and tell him about his sister but he wouldn't be spending any extra time.

Back in Busted Gulch, Loren was still causing all kinds of grief for everyone as they made arrangements for her well being until they could get in touch with her brother. Of course they didn't know about CG being kidnapped and so they waited patiently.

Loopy Lou was feeling uncertain about her whole part in the warrant business and she began to suspect a rat. On her own she decided to find the truth herself, which meant looking up some unsavoury people in Oh Aces.

There was a big fuss with Buck who was still determined to improve his lot with Lou and while that was going on, Tex Mex grew tired of waiting on word from Margarita. In fact he began to be concerned about her and rashly made the decision to go to Busted Gulch and see what was up for himself.

Lorne was torn between helping 3Gun or going back for his sister and 3Gun didn't wait for his decision. He rode through the night, tracking the kidnappers by the light of a muffin torch. Horse needed rest so he stopped to rest, cursing the frustration of his circumstance.

A wire arrived with all the details about Loren and Lorne began to vacillate over what to do. He didn't think he could find 3Gun now to be any help but he could help Loren. It occurred to him he might get everything he wanted in one action.

He would take Loren away from BG, from the saloon and the life she thought she wanted with AJ; he would propose to Myna and they would all live back in County. It might not please everyone but Lorne was thinking he had to start pleasing himself.

To stop him from pestering her, Lou agreed to let Buck go with her but she wasn't happy. She kept hinting at how deadly her trip might be and that Buck could be in danger too. He scoffed at the idea and told her he would have her back the entire time.

And so the drama that filled the town and the residents of the Gulch began to come to a boil and what would come of it, only the future could say.
