Thomas walked next to the hero, his heart beating rampant in his chest as she held her hands behind her back and sweetly smiled over at him. "What're you doing out this late?" It was sunset when Chloe stormed out, making it night by now. He adjusted the straps on his shoulders.
"I-I lost track of time at a friends house," Chat Noir nodded and blushed. "What're you doing out?" He asked back.
"I-I thought that I could go on patrols some nights. I still need to ask LadyBeetle if he wants to do it with me," he nodded. They walked in silence. They rounded a corner when Chat realized she had no idea where they were going. "Why don't I just catapult us to your house? I don't want to leave you all alone in the street."
"Uh," he parched his lips, running his tongue over them and clicking the roof of his mouth lightly as he looked at her. "S-Sure." She smiled and took out her staff and held his waist tight as they went in the air. He pointed at the library and she tipped down to it, him clinging to her.
"Clam down," her voice was soft. He looked up at her as she smiled at him. "I won't you drop you Princely." He blushed at the nickname but dug his head into the crook of her neck. She landed and he placed his feet on the ground and let go of her.
"T-Thanks." He stammered.
"N-No problem," Chat smiled brightly. "What were you writing earlier?"
"A-A story. I-It's really bad." He stammered.
"I could read it and give you feedback, if you want." She smiled and he blushed. He couldn't help it with her.
"O-Okay b-but it isn't done yet," he took out the notebook and handed it to her. "Don't share it to anyone else." She nodded as she tucked it under her arm.
"Will do Princely." She smiled.
He bit his lip as he walked out his door. "Goodnight Kitty." She blushed as he flashed a half smile to him then walked into the library. He walked up the steps in the back and up to his room. He sat his bag down on his bed and bit his lip, Tikki flying out of his shirt pocket and hugging his cheek.
Tikki quickly hid as a knock came from his window. He jumped and looked over, finding a pair of glowing green eyes. He opened the window to his walk on balcony over his desk. She sat on the floor while he sat at his desk chair. She held out the notebook and he took it from her grasp. "I read quick like this. I like it. What happens next? I don't like his dad at all and his mom and sister should have done something-"
"His sisters only seven. I haven't gotten there yet," Thomas couldn't help but laugh. "I-I don't really know what to write next." His hand tracked the markings on the old notebook binding.
"Well which character is who?" He looked at her. "Which character in your story is a person in real life. No one writes like that and says it's all imagination."
He blushed. "W-Why don't I tell you tomorrow," she blushed. "Here, after school?" He gulped.
"Sure," Chat smiled. "See you tomorrow Princely." She jumped home and landed on her bed. Plagg flew out of her ring and landed on her stomach.
"God your like Adrien with the Princess thing he did with Marinette," Plagg gagged but Emma ignored it and continued to scream happily. Emma changed into her pajama and Plagg lied down in her hair. It was as soft as Adriens. "I hate you Kitten."
"I love you too." Emma smiled. She snored soundly, as did her siblings while her parents were restless in their bed.
