Goku and Buu clash together creating a min shockwave in the sky, both of them were moving with incredible speed. When a regular human sees this they only would see the two disappearing and reappearing in the sky, Goku and Buu were neck and neck with the flurry of punches and kicks they were doing. Goku got some clean hits on Buu, though it was the same with the Majin.

Y/N grabbed Vegeta's unconscious body and took him to a safe place, he can hear the sounds of their attack echo throughout the mountainous region.

Y/N: "Man, both Goku, and Vegeta are incredible. When I look at myself, I see someone who isn't ready for anything... I spent my childhood alone, with no parents, no siblings... That man left me there when I was just a little kid... But I still do this not for him, not for myself, only because I believe it's the right thing to do." He sighs while finding a nice area to put Vegeta until he can be healed.

When Y/N wanted to fight, he wanted to be strong. Not for himself, he wanted to give people the chance of life he never had. His childhood was full of loneliness, he doesn't wish that on anyone.

Y/N: "Vegeta fought with all his might against Buu, only for Vegeta to get blindsided by his sneak attack." Y/N clenches his fists. "You found happiness here, you fought for people you cared about. That is a quality I respect deeply, out of respect for you and Goku, this is now my responsibility. I was tasked to stop this threat, not any of you! I must take responsibility here and stop self-disparaging myself!" Y/N's aura erupts.

Whis appears next to them as he looks down at Vegeta, then he looks at Y/N.

Whis: "I see, Majin Buu knew Vegeta would be reckless and he used that against him. Y/N, judging by posture, you want to go fight Buu." Whis said to the hybrid while he healed Vegeta.

Y/N watched the two connecting punch after punch, kick after kick. He watched carefully at the fighting between those two.

Y/N: "Yes... Goku and Vegeta have their fancy God forms, while I can't even become a regular Super Saiyan... It was my job to stop a threat like this and here I am, standing here watching someone else do the work for me."

Chapter 5: Goku's Gambit

Goku had struck Majin Buu with a strong gut punch. This punch causes Buu to cough up spit but then the Majin quickly did a spin kick on Goku which knocks him to the ground with a loud crash. Suddenly Goku gets up from the crater as his aura erupts from him violently as the low-class Saiyan's voice boomed.

Goku: "HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHH!!!"

Super Buu: "BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! No matter how much you power up, the more energy you'll use up!" Buu smirks at Goku.

That's when Buu formed a ball of ki in his hand and tossed it at Goku. The low-class Saiyan vanished from his location which he instantly appeared in front of Buu, Goku had punched Buu in the face causing the Majin to plummet to the ground. Buu had quickly recovered as he exhales his breathing which was like an explosive blast, this had stopped his descent to the ground.

Super Buu: "Goku is full of tricks, I have to be careful..." Buu looks up in shock to see Goku above him. "How did he?!"

Goku had his hands cupped together and drawn to his side, he was doing the Kamehameha technique. His energy quickly built up into a single point and Buu didn't have enough time to react as Goku thrusts his hands forward releasing the energy beam.

Goku: "HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!"

Goku yelled as the Kamehameha consumed Majin Buu whole, Buu screamed out in agony as the beam destination was nearby a lake; the moment the beam struck the ground a huge explosion had happened. The area was shrouded with a dome of blue light. The light slowly faded as Goku stared down at a huge crater.

Goku: "Heh... Luckily I didn't put enough power into it, but Buu is still alive." Goku's voice took a serious tone.

Whis had finished healing Vegeta but not enough for him to be feeling one hundred percent. Vegeta gets up slowly as he looks out at the battlefield, his expression was that of anger as he suffered that loss to Buu. His fists clench as he looks out at Goku who looked around for Buu.

Vegeta: "Damn that Majin Buu! He caught me off guard, but next time he won't be so lucky." Vegeta's voice was that of malice.

Whis: "Majin Buu used your pride to his advantage, you do need to learn not to charge in all headstrong." Whis said in his usual calm voice.

Vegeta: "Tch... Kakarot, you better not screw this up." 

Buu appears behind Goku hitting him on his back which causes Goku to be sent flying through the air, Goku stops himself midair. The low-class Saiyan flies towards the Majin with incredible speed, he kicks Buu right on the face which leaves an imprint on Buu's face. Buu was sent flying in the air which the Majin quickly recovers and his face healed.

Super Buu: "Seriously, you're gonna have to do better if you want to kill me!" The Majin chuckled.

Goku: "Damn! Buu's getting stronger by the moment! This is gonna be risky but I have to try!"

Goku took a couple of deep breaths as he was trying to do the Kaioken technique. Vegeta and Whis knew what Goku was trying to do but it was a mystery to Y/N. Goku's aura violently erupts, his blue aura was mixed with crimson red, it had a double aura effect. Goku's body had a strain on it but he had to power through it, Goku's Kaio-ken technique was going up drastically. The outer Kaio-ken aura was fluctuating violently and jagged while the Super Saiyan Blue aura remained gentle flame-like contour.

Goku: "HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!" Goku roars as he is channeling the Kaiō-ken.

Goku's body was illuminated by the Kaio-ken's aura, the light that was generated by this technique was so intense that the surrounding area illuminated many different shades of red.

Super Buu: "So... That technique." Buu chuckled.

Goku: "Kaiō-ken... Times Twenty!"

With an explosion of energy, Goku's energy causes nearby cliffs to crumble due to the intensity of his aura. With a burst of speed, Goku kicks Buu in the face. That kick made Buu's cheek have a foot imprint on it; Buu was sent flying into a mountain creating a giant hole on the side. The mountain shakes until a pillar of pink energy bursts out from the top, Buu's silhouette slowly rises to the top and purplish-red eyes shine in the aura pillar.

Y/N: "He's energy just increased dramatically!!!" Y/N's eyes widened.

Vegeta: "Kakarot needs to hurry up and take Buu down!" Vegeta said with venom in his voice.

The aura pillar dissipates and Super Buu vanished from sight. Goku looked around, Buu hits Goku with a surprise kick to the back making Goku arch his back. But Goku wasn't going down that easily, Buu delivers an upward kick on Goku sending him shooting up in the air. Goku spins in the air and stops himself from going any further. Super Buu chases after the Saiyan. Goku flies backward to get some distance before firing a Kamehameha at Super Buu, then swerving back and forth mid-flight to fire a blue ki blast volley. The blue ki blast volley hits Buu causing him to stagger but he then started flying again chasing Goku.

Goku: "I don't know how much longer the Kaiō-ken is gonna last... I can't keep this up, Y/N this will be up to you!" Goku stops in his tracks. "This might work!"

Goku closes the distance between him and Super Buu, dodging his attacks while forming four energy spheres around Buu to prevent him from escaping, then using a fifth sphere to send him flying with the resulting energy wave. Buu stops mid-air and he glares at Goku.

Super Buu: "This Goku is much more versatile than the one I fought..." He looks around.

Goku teleports in front of Buu and attacks with a strong left punch. He then attacks Buu with several high-speed punches and kicks. Goku finishes the attack by knocking him away with a left-hook kick, inflicting a huge amount of damage. Buu does some spins in the air which stops him from going any further.

Goku: "Crap... I can't keep this up..." Goku was panting. "I don't even know if I can use Ultra Instinct..."

Buu extends his right arm and fires a small, thin, very fast, and concentrated laser-like beam of ki from his index finger. Buu fires the attack very quickly while maintaining precise aim. Goku dodges the beam just in time as he looks in pure shock.

Vegeta: "That's Frieza's technique! How is Buu able to perform that?!" Vegeta has a shocked expression on his face.

Goku: "How are you able to use Frieza's technique?!" Goku asks.

Super Buu: "Simple... Before I came to this timeline or alternate universe, I killed everyone in my universe. I absorbed Gotenks and Piccolo... But the fusion ran out, so I absorbed Gohan." Buu chuckles.

Goku: "That much I know, can you hurry the explanation I am on a time limit right now."

Super Buu: "Very well... I absorbed the Goku and Vegeta of my timeline gaining their abilities. I was approached by this stranger who offered me power beyond anything I could dream of, I agreed to aid him in turn for gaining such power. He took me to alternate timelines where I absorbed villains from your past. Frieza and Cell, among others. I'll leave it up to your imagination." Buu laughed.

Goku: "So that's why you were able to go toe to toe with a Super Saiyan God and Super Saiyan Blue." Goku smiled.

Super Buu: "Yes... Those forms proved to be ineffective to me, I must applaud you for your efforts. I've been entertained by you and Vegeta, though that one there intrigues me." Buu points to Y/N.

Goku: "Well right now, this is our fight right now."

Super Buu: "Agreed..."

A bunch of Death Beams is fired from each of Buu's fingers that home in on Goku, Goku tries to dodge them but they continue locking on to him. But one of the Death Beams hits Goku in the leg causing him to yell in pain. Goku stops in his tracks as multiple Death Beams rain down on him striking the Saiyan and exploding on contact. Goku yells in agony as the Kaiō-ken wears off and he reverts to his base form.

Super Buu: "It's time we end this meaningless squabble."

Buu is above Goku, he extends his hand downward and fires several Big Bang Crashes down at the trapped Saiyan. The accumulation of the Big Bang Crashes eventually result in a massive red explosion against the opponent, inflicting a huge amount of damage. Once the explosion settles and the smoke clear a giant crater was all that you could see, there was no trace of Goku anywhere. Buu begins laughing as Vegeta and Y/N look in shock, the power Buu has is very concerning.

Super Buu: "The mighty Goku has been slain by me, Majin Buu!" He crosses his arms while looking down in the crater.

Y/N: "He defeated both Vegeta and Goku, how do we win this battle!" Y/N says with his voice shaking a bit. "It's my turn to fight I suppose..."

Whis: "His power is quite troublesome, Y/N I suggest you be on your guard. This version of Majin Buu is a crafty opponent... But he has never fought you before, doesn't know what you're capable of. Use that to your advantage." Whis looks down at the crater.

Vegeta: "You may not be a full Saiyan but you still have Saiyan blood in your veins, fight with the honor of the Saiyan race Y/N. If you lose this, I'll beat the hell out of you." Vegeta looks at Y/N with a serious expression. "You came here for our aid, now it's time to see how far you've progressed."

Y/N: "Alright... MAJIN BUU!!!" Y/N yells up to the Majin. "YOUR FIGHT IS WITH ME NOW!!!" Y/N flies up to Super Buu and glares at him.

Super Buu: "I've never seen you before, but once I've beaten you, I'll absorb you as well!" Buu laughs.
